Alicia's facial expression after each orgasm never ceased to amaze Bryce. The look in her eyes was enough to make him feel truly satisfied. As always, he was unable to pull away from his wife until his tongue had collected every last drop of evidence of her orgasm. With a smile, he trailed kisses up and down her thigh before crawling up beside her once more.
He understood that he was highly blessed to be this woman's husband. He never understood how someone could look at her and see anything less than perfection. When he looked at her, he saw all of his hopes and his dreams. Everything centered around this one person. Happiness was etched in his features while his right hand absently played with the long tendrils of her hair. He twirled some of the strands around his fingers, leaning down to kiss the corner of her lips.
"That was so much fun. I hope you had fun too. Thank you so much for letting me touch you, for letting me worship you. I will never get tired of it." He whispered the words into her ear and smiled, looking at her with the most adoring gaze possible. He wanted there to be no doubt at all about just how much he loved his wife. Now, he would enjoy being able to cuddle with her as she came down from her high.

Nick paused for a long moment after she explained the way she saw the situation. While Josh and Nick were not exactly best friends, he liked to think that their friendship had been solid at one point. Besides, they ended up spending a ton of time together because of Anna and Molly. It was natural. It would be shifty of him to hold a grudge when the person who was actually shot had forgiven him and moved on.
Nobody needed to remind him just how seriously she took Molly either. If there was continued animosity between him and Josh, it would likely not sit well with Molly. In turn, that could cause a rift between Anna and Nick. He just did not deem it worthwhile to stay upset at Josh.
"Yeah, you're right. I'll drop it after we have that conversation. I know he has good intentions anyways. They're in a shitty spot. They're managing and you're recovering. Everything's fine at the end of the day." If she died, however, nobody would have been able to talk him down.
"Sounds like we have a plan then. We'll all go for a chat together and figure it out. Maybe we can talk next steps, too. Gotta be careful, whatever we do. I'd like to avoid having another close call." His head nodded towards her when he spoke, referencing her near death experience. One thing that would never change was the fact that he would always be protective of her. After what happened last time they were on the run, he worried about being on the run again.
