As he spoke of her being hotter then any other woman around even if she were wearing a brown potato sack, she laughed again while he held her tighter. "Mmm, I would rock that potato sack." she said confidently with a nod, a grin upon her face before she closed her eyes and hugged him just as tight. The young woman buried her face into Nicks chest, nuzzling her cheek against his shirt while taking in a deep breath, inhaling a scent that she knew was purely him. She had missed this. His tight hugs in his strong arms, the warmth of his body against hers and the smell of his cologne. As she took in his scent, the grin on her face faded to a soft smile and she sighed happily. She felt his grip on her loosening a bit and she looked up at the man as he kept an arm around her waist with his hand upon her ass, her own arms moving from around his neck, though one slipped around his waist and her finger hooked into one of his belt loops loosely.

Together the two moved over to the table in his dressing room, Faith remaining close to him as he poured them both a shot of Jack and handed her one. She thanked him while taking the glass from him. He mentioned her staying with him tonight. He wanted to take her back to his hotel room and she nodded with a smile. "I told the others I would either be back late or in the morning. So they know not to wait up." she told him before downing her shot as well. "I want to make up on as much of that lost time as we can while we're here." Faith would spend time with her friends and her family while here in Nashville, but the idea of spending the nights with Nick was an appealing one for her.
 
Nick did think about what a relationship with Faith would be like. He was sure she wanted to have kids at some point. Nick also wanted to have a few kids, and he wanted those kids with Faith. He did love her, since he first laid eyes on her when she was a teenager. They'd met during a time when her family was playing in Nashville. They were playing in one of the larger clubs, which featured several bands or singers throughout a week. Nick was playing the same club. He and Faith first met backstage. Nick, who was good friends with Faith's parents, watched the teenage Faith belt out the Patsy Cline song, "Walkin after midnight". Faith sang the song with such a seductive voice. It was like she was singing it to Nick. From there, they had an encounter at a party backstage. This is where Nick teased Faith, thinking she would never want anything to do with a man of his age. Much to his surprise, Faith returned the teasing, but added a promise of more. The following day, just after Nick had done his show. Faith turned up in his dressing room. Faith was a private person, but keeping such secrets from family wasn't the right thing to do. His suggestion would give them plenty of time to spend together.
 
The first time Faith had seen Nick, they had both been younger. She had been in her teens while Nick had a bit less grey hair. She and her siblings had been introduced to him when their family had stopped in Nashville to perform at a club. Nick had been there to perform as well. The night that she had run into Nick, Faith had performed "Walkin' After Midnight" for the first time in front of an audience. Her mother had been teaching her how to sing a song like that and she had been told she was ready. After she had performed that song, she had run into Nick and he teased her. When she had first met Nick, she instantly had a crush on the man. He was sweet and kind, as well as quite funny and he didn't treat her like a child. So when he teased her, she was more then happy to return the teasing comments to him. As they teased each other, Faith hinted at them perhaps doing more before they parted ways. However, the next night, while the rest of the family were elsewhere, Faith slipped off to the club and appeared in Nicks dressing room where she offered herself to him. The young woman had been nervous, but he took his time and was patient with her as he eased her into sex. Once she explained to them where she would be and who she would be with. Nick smiled when Faith said his idea was great. He took her back into his arms, hugging her. They would have every night to spend together. Faith could watch Nick play each night, then they would return to the hotel where their romance could grow. A knock came at the door, a voice called out that Nick had five minutes until the show stared. Nick yelled back and okay before he looked into Faith's eyes. " There's a table waiting for you out front......If you want it......I've arranged for you to have anything you want.......Drinks.....Food......It's all on me. " Nick spoke before placing the shot glasses back on his dressing table. He reached down, grabbing his acoustic guitar. Nick then walked with Faith out of the dressing room, and towards the stage. Members of his back up band were already moving out onto the stage. Taking up there positions and waiting for Nick.

Nick gave Faith a kiss on the lips, then he gave her ass a playful smack. He told her to enjoy the show, he would enjoy singing to her. Faith would find her table, right in front of the stage. There was a reserved sign, with her name on it, placed on the table. Nick took a few moments before he was ready. The MC of the show came out on stage, announcing Nick. The audience clapped and whistled as Nick walked out on stage. He smiled down at Faith, giving her a wink of his eye. He then thanked everyone for coming this evening, and said he hoped they enjoyed the show. Nick and his band started into the first song. He was famous for playing old country favorites. His first song was It's Only Make Believe. Nick looked down at Faith, singing the song to her. The next song was a fun favorite among the people who came to see Nick. It was Third Rate Romance, the song drew cheers from the crowd. Nick didn't play in places like the Kansas State Fair. His following was much smaller then that of Rewind. Nick lobed playing those smaller clubs and bars, but he could also pack the larger ones in Nashville. There was around 100 people here to hear Nick play. And the people were treated to some great music. The next song on Nick's playlist was another old time classic. One he enjoyed doing. The song was Jambalaya.
 
Faith had several boyfriends in the past, though they were all fleeting romances with young men closer to her age. But her heart and her mind always returned to Nick. After she told him she thought his idea was a great idea, Nick took her back into his arms, hugging her close to him and she leaned into his embrace, wrapping her own arms around him while resting her head against his chest. It had been much to long to her. Hopefully after she talked to her brother, they could plan on them having gigs in areas close to where Nick was or even at the same clubs more often. Their moment was broken when a knock came at the door and she glanced at the door as a voice filtered through, letting Nick know that he had five minutes before he had to go on and she listened to Nick reply before tipping her head back a little to look up at him. Faith was told that there was a table waiting for her out front and he'd arranged for her to have anything she wanted, it was all on him. "You're a sweetheart." she told him before he took her shotglass from her hand and placed it upon his dressing table. Once he'd grabbed his acoustic guitar, they left the dressing room and walked towards the stage where members of his back up band were heading out onto stage.

Kissing him back softly, she giggled when he smacked her ass before nodding. "I will enjoy it." she told him. Leaving his side, she head out to where the tables were and she found her table quickly. Moving over to it, she sat down and got comfortable, ordering a drink to start for now. When Nick was announced, Faith began clapping with everyone else as he walked out onto stage, smiling up at him after he winked at her. Faith was familiar with the kind of music that Nick did, having seen him perform in the past. As her performed It's Only Make Believe, Faith couldn't take her eyes off him as she smiled at the man. That he was singing to her made Faith blush a little and her eyes glittered brightly. She thought that Nick was a great performer and she liked the way he performed his shows. The next two songs he did were up beat and fun, drawing cheers from the crowd as they clapped for him.
 
Nick played for over an hour. His performance would be broken up in two sets. This gave Nick a break and allowed him the chance to meet those who came to see him. As Nick played on, he would look down at Faith. Seeing her, sitting right in front of the stage, filled him with such happiness. His mind went back to thinking of them being together. Faith had been on the road, living out her dream for only a short time. A year had passed since Faith & April formed their band. They had just reached the level of success they always wanted. Nick wanted to marry Faith and he wanted children with her. Then a thought hit him. He wanted kids, but he wasn't a young man anymore. Nick was already in his early 60's. He still had some good years left, but those years were ticking down fast. It made him wonder, when Faith would be ready for marriage? He was left struggling with what to do. Nick felt he needed to tell Faith of his feelings for her. It seemed only right to say something. However, Nick didn't want Faith to feel any pressure. Before he would tell her about his feelings. He thought it was best to just talk with her. To find out what she'd been doing and what her plans for the foreseeable future were. Nick ended his first set by telling everyone it was time or his break. Adding he wasn't a young man anymore.

Nick left the stage to a round of clapping hands, whistles and cheers. He soon came out from back stage. Nick started moving around the room. Greeting those who paid good money to see him. He signed autographs and took pictures with people. Much like what Rewind does with their fans. It took Nick a good 15 minutes to work his way over to Faith's table. He called for a beer and shot before joining her at the table. " Everyone of these people paid good money to see me......The least I can do is mill around and greet them. " Nick said after he sat down to relax. One of the waitresses brought over his bottle of beer and a shot of Jack Daniels. Nick thanked the girl while tossing a $10 dollar bill on her tray. " You've been busy during this last year.......Traveling around like the old days......But with a different band backing you. " Nick spoke before he downed his shot. He spoke as if Faith was the star of the show, and in his mind, she was. Faith did do a lot of lead singing, but she wasn't the only one. April & Matt also did quite when it came to lead singing. Rewind was more of a group effort then a solo project with a backing band like Nick had.
 
The first half of Nicks set was very much enjoyed by Faith. She enjoyed hearing his deep voice sing the classic country songs and it put her in the mood to sing for the country club that Rewind would be performing for later that week. Like Nick, Faith wanted kids with him as well and she was well aware that he wasn't a young buck anymore. He was getting older and they didn't know what the years would bring, though Faith could tell others what she hoped they would bring. She wondered how Nick would accept the news that she and April were doing adult film on the side and she wondered how he would feel about her being with so many men. There was no emotional attachment between her and the men that she had sex with besides friendly affection on some level, but with Nick, she felt a true connection. She would have to find out when they had a chance to talk in private.

As Nick ended his first set, Faith clapped for him as he left the stage. As he came out from back stage, she watched as he was greeted by his fans and she smiled behind the mixed drink that she had ordered, chuckling affectionately as she watched him. Though it took him 15 minutes to reach her table, Faith didn't mind nor was she upset. In fact, she was glad to see him spend such time with people who came to see him. At her table, he ordered a beer and shot for himself before seating himself with her and he told her that the least he could do was mill around and greet them and she nodded while taking a sip of her drink. "I understand completely." she told him gently. "That's what the band and I do at our shows. We spend time greeting fans, signing autographs and taking pictures with them. Like you said, it's the least we can do after they spend the money to come and see us."

When he brought up her being busy this past year, traveling around like the old days but with a different band, she set her drink down. "I have. April and I, with the help of Doug, have formed a band which we're all happy and proud to be a part of." she told him. "Though, they don't exactly back me. Everyone in the band sings rather equally depending on the show and the set of songs we're doing that day. It's more of a group project then a solo project. None of us is the specific lead singer."
 
Nick didn't expect Faith to not be with other men. She was free, and could have anyone she wanted. Whether man or woman. They loved each other, but neither had spoken those words openly. Nick was wrestling with the idea of telling Faith his true feelings for her. He just wasn't sure if this would be the right time. She'd only been on the road for a year. He doubted, Faith had the chance to really live and enjoy her young life. Being sexually was apart of living a truly free life. Hell, Nick had more then his share of women over the years. Some he enjoyed being with more then others. Each of the women were good people, but none of those women were Faith. There were certain women Nick continued see as he traveled around. There was no reason for him not to enjoy some female company. He assumed Faith would be enjoying other men.

Nick smiled when Faith spoke of her brother & sister. He remembered them well. Doug was a fine musician, but his mind always seemed to be more on the business end of the business. April was always the shy and innocent one of the siblings. Nick was interested in seeing her on stage. In her early days, April suffered from stage fright. Even while playing, the girl was often a nervous wreck. Yet, somehow she made it through each show. Nick wondered if April had grown out of her fears. " I'm glad you three formed a band.....You all were very talented......It would be a shame if you didn't use that talent. " Nick spoke before taking a drink from his beer. " I'm looking forward to seeing your band play.......With you on stage I'm sure it will be a great show. " Nick added with a smile on his face. Standing at the bar were two men, both were eying Faith up. They had just come in off the street. As they stood waiting for their beers, they couldn't understand why she was spending time with an old fossil. She was so hot and sexy.
 
Even though they weren't an exclusive couple and neither of them had spoken about what their relationship truly was, Faith still saw her and Nick as a couple in a way. Since the last time Nick had actually seen April, the pretty little blonde had come pretty far from the nervous girl she had once been. April had blossomed into a confidant young woman who shined on stage, much like Faith did. Faith grinned when he spoke of the siblings talent. "Well, Doug doesn't normally perform on stage. He's like to manage things from behind scenes." she told him. "He only performs when he has to." She explained that it was usually her and April on stage with Matt, Carlos and Tyler. "I'm looking forward to performing for you." Faith didn't notice the two men watching her. Her attention was completely on Nick as she picked up her drink again and took a sip of it.

Reaching out, Faith gently took one of Nicks hands into hers. She could feel the callouses upon his hands from years of playing the guitar and she had her own callouses forming upon her own. Looking down, she slowly entwined her fingers with his, looking at how her smaller hand seemed to fit perfectly into Nicks and she smiled to herself.
 
Nick knew it was possible, he had a few kids around the country. If he'd been more famous, any of the he may have women knocked up, would have come after him by now. So he never knew for sure. Nick never sought fame and fortune. He just wanted to travel and play his style of music. Nick earned enough money to keep traveling. This was known by all the women he'd been with. None were under the illusion that Nick was wealthy. But, after so many years on the road. Nick couldn't remember all the women he'd slept with. The only woman his mind wouldn't forget, was Faith. She was always foremost in his mind and she was in control of his heart. Though she didn't know his heart was hers. That was one thing Nick never spoke with Faith about. They talked as often as they could. By text, by email and by phone. It depended on where the other was in the country. Nick only did this with Faith.

Nick laughed when Faith spoke of Doug working the business end. " Nothing changed with that boy. " Nick spoke while shaking his head. The smile remained on his face. He was pleased to hear, April was more confident on stage these days. Nick knew Faith's younger sister had a lot of talent. She just needed to get over her fears of performing. " It's nice to know April is doing well........I remember how shy she was around me. " Nick spoke after Faith had said she was looking forward to playing for him. He talked of having bought his ticket already. Faith then took his hand into hers. Nick was left wondering just how he should bring up the subject of sex? He wouldn't feel right by asking her how many men she'd fucked. In all honesty. It wasn't his business to know. However, knowing might help determine when Faith could be ready settle down. Of course, he didn't expect her to be ready anytime soon. But, a year or two down the road and she could be ready.

But no matter what, it would hopefully end with them being together one way or another. To Faith, marriage didn't even have to come first. A child between them could come first, but that was for them to talk about.

After she mentioned Doug, Nick shook his head while saying that nothing had changed with Doug and Faith shook her head as well, her gentle laughter ringing out as she grinned. "Indeed it hasn't. But he's amazing as a manager. He's always on top of things and coming up with new ideas." His next comment about April had Faith laughing again as she remembered how shy the blonde had been around the older man. She remembered when their parents had introduced him to their children. Doug had shook Nick's hand while April had sort of shied back from him and into their mother. Faith on the other hand, had gazed curiously at the man as she greeted him. Nick told her that he had bought his ticket already and she nodded. "I think the others will be happy to see you there." she told him. Faith was planning on telling her siblings everything the next morning when she returned to the bus, not wanting them to be surprised to see Nick at their show.

If Nick asked her how many men she'd fucked, she didn't even know if she could give him a straight forward answer. She didn't know how many she'd been with as she didn't count them. And then on top of that was the work she was now doing in the adult film industry. That number would just continue to grow as she did more films.

Hollywood and Washington D.C. were full of people who did far worse things then Faith. Plus, she wasn't hurting anyone with what she did.

Nick loved how Faith's hands felt. He took no notice of the calluses on her hands. His were much rougher then hers. He'd been playing guitars for more years then Faith had been alive. " I'll bet you get a lot of guys chasing after you........I remember your mama teaching you how to be sexy on stage......You must really drive the men crazy these days. " Nick spoke. He finally figured out a way to bring up the subject of sex without being overly crude.
