FACT: Akuma's car hates her this morning. It is currently protesting the fact it had to drive through heavy rain and flood waters to get to work.

Humble isn't known for it's flooding, but the southside, 59, bw8, and a ton of the outlying areas flood pretty regularly. Westhiemer PKWY which is mostly parks and soccer fields designed to flood is currently underwater.
