Also stumbled on Usamaru Furuya's version of No Longer Human in our library, so will binge-read all three volumes either today or tomorrow.

Was also reading Hayate The Combat-Butler, but put it on-hold after three volumes, since thought I might enjoy it more as an anime (which I've had so far)
 
I've run into two recently that are fairly new and show some promise.

Tune Into the Midnight Heart - This fills in the harem niche but seems to have a lot of heart. Specifically, the end of the first chapter left a fairly big impression on me and I'm interested to see where the mystery will lead.

MamaYuyu - Heroes, Demon Lords and trans-dimensional hijinks, oh my! Seems to be a battle Shounen but the premise definitely has me interesting. It's slow going but it's building up to something fairly big, thankfully the characters are fun enough to carry the series as it finds it feet.

Ichinose Family's Deadly Sins:
I only have one because I typically binge the whole series within the course of a day. If it's too big to cover a day's worth, I sometimes forgo sleep until I've absorbed the story as a whole. This one is a depression-fixer. Maybe not permanent, but things certainly seem brighter when you're done.
