Requiem of Destruction (1x1 with DarkMudkip)

He frowned softly and moved to help Hideaki, calling for help. His servants rushed in immediately and hurried Hideaki off, not giving Hidemune or Minehime a passing glance. Hidemune moved and took Minehime's hand, "Let's go..." He said gently.

Minehime followed after Hidemune, wiping away her still flowing tears. "I'm sorry.." She repeated, keeping her gaze on the ground.

She nodded, though clearly still upset, but once they reached Hidemune's horse, she transformed into a dagger, tucked into his belt.

Hidemune rode back to Osaka silently, and once he arrived there, he placed Minehime gently on his desk, "I have to report to Hideyoshi-sama but when I return, we'll have those dumplings, all right?" He told her gently.

"Ok.." Minehime'a soft voice echoed in Hidemune's head, and it still sounded like she was crying.

Hanbei was still by Hideyoshi's side, reading to him reports of varying kinds, glancing to Hidemune when he entered. "Back so soon?"

Hidemune nodded and bowed to them, "Minehime-dono and I went to Hideaki and tried to convince him to rejoin us. However," Hidemune hesitated, "she lost her sense of self and attacked him before any agreement could be made."

Hanbei frowned softly, tapping his fingers on his clipboard for a moment before looking to Hideyoshi. "Usually living weapons that cannot be controlled are distroyed, but seeing as how rare they are, we might be able to make special circumstances; in the end, it's up to you, my lord."

Hideyoshi's intimidating stare bore down on Hidemune before he made a noise. "Train her to control herself." He stated firmly. Hidemune bowed lowly. "Hai, Hideyoshi-sama." He replied. Hideyoshi gave him a noise that said he could leave and he did, Hidemune leaving to get the food he promised Minehime.

Back in Hidemune's room, Minehime sat in one of the chairs at the table, fidgeting and looking around the room while she waited for Hidemune.

Hidemune entered slowly with a large plate of various dumplings and many assortments of dango. "Hungry? There's a lot here." He said with a smile, closing the door behind him.

She looked over when the door opened and she nodded quickly, staring down the plate of food. It was clear she was hungry, but she also seemed to want to show some manners.

She hesitantly picked up a stick and took a bite. "Am I in trouble for hurting that man?"

She chewed slowly and carefully, nodding her head in silence. "Ok. I promise to do better next time."

"I trust you, Minehime-dono." He told her with a gentle smile, "You're still learning, and I understand. We will take as much time as you need to learn."

Minehime's face flushed and she nodded, munching quietly on her food, staring down at her lap.

Minehime shook her head no, not saying anything partly because of the food in her mouth and partly because she was embarrassed to say that she actually was.

He made a small noise and ate with her, "Well, everything is alright now," he told her, "so try not to worry so much?" It was really all he could say.

The rest of the day was uneventful, and when night fell Minehime returned to her dagger form, choosing to rest in that form instead of a humanoid form. The next day was to be busy, she had been told she was to go through some training, but was reassured by Hidemune it wasn't a punishment.
