"I don't want to do them, but it'll make Okaa-sama mad... I-" Tears swelled in her eyes and she stung her hands. "I hurt someone really bad." Her voice started to shake. "I think I killed him."
"I don't know what to do..!" She started to cry, rubbing furiously at her eyes to wipe away her tears. "Okaa-sama tells me I'm doing a good job but I feel so awful..!"
Akihime moved toward her and grabbed her hand firmly, "You know better than to leave the room." She stated firmly, "What were you thinking, someone coud have seen you."
"Who's this?" Akihime froze and turned, staring at the glaring assassin across from her and her child. Sasuke crossed his arms and shifted his weight as he waited for an answer. Akihime pushed Minehime behind her, "She's a student of mine. I had her brought here to learn."
"So dana knows she's here?"
"I haven't informed him yet." Her tone was firm and steeled, glaring lightly.
Minehime fell silent, not saying a word as Akihime spoke with Sasuke. Peeking out from behind Akihime, she stared at Sasuke, fear and sorrow in her eyes.
He looked to her and Akihime blocked his view, bidding him farewell before taking her back to the bedroom. "You are not to leave this room, little fang, do you understand?" She said gently when they were safely behind closed doors.
Akihime watched her briefly before leaving the room. Sasuke crept out from the shadows and entered the room silently, looking at the small child who played sadly with her toys. "You got a name?" He asked gently.
Minehime scrambled to her feet when she heard a voice pipe up from behind her, turning to face Sasuke with wide eyes. "I'm not supposed to talk to you." She gripped her doll tightly, red eyes glued to him.
He shook his head, "Listen, whatever she told you, she's wrong. I want to help you." He said calmly, wanting to be as nonthreatening as possible. "My name's Sasuke." He told her, as a sign of good will.
She looked down at her doll and pulled at one of the arms. "Okaa-sama said you were a bad person." She sounded scared, but also like she wasn't going to budge anytime soon.
He made a noise, "Well, yeah...my job requires me to do bad things," he took a slow step forward, "so I suppose that does make me a bad person. But not to cute little girls with cute looking toys."
"Oh, you can't, huh?" He looked a little disappointed, "That's a shame...I brought you candy, too. But you should probably respect your mom's wishes.."
