Alright, here's everything you know about lycanthropy (I'm just making a lot of this up, because the way the rules do it is weird).

Lycanthropy is a curse that causes the afflicted to transform into an animal at either the full or new moon, depending on the case, with supernatural strength and speed, and regeneration that makes them almost impossible to kill without silvered weapons. Forced transformations override conscious thought; some lycanthropes who embrace the condition learn to transform at-will, retaining their minds, though they still lose themselves when they change automatically. The curse can be inflicted by powerful magic-users or other beings, and carriers transmit it to people they bite or claw (if they survive, which is rare). A single lycanthrope is extremely dangerous, but fortunately, the condition is rare. You've hardly ever heard of more than one victim being found in the same place at the same time, which makes it unlikely that this wolf pack were werewolves.

So what I'm hearing, is orgies make this game move faster? :p

Yeah, but Nicole views Jen as male, so that's unlikely to happen.

And Hanna, realistically, would probably be okay with it, but Dan isn't a futa fan, so Hanna's out.

Been thinking about this (was going to reply at the time but wanted to gather my thoughts first).

I was trying to come up with reasons for Hanna to have issues with it (perhaps it is more common in elves or half breeds etc, and she might be partly racist from her background and experiences etc), but honestly there is no reason that she would have an issue with it.

So than I thought about my own issues with it and frankly they don't hold up in a fantasy setting - I am perfectly fine with Amaril including illithids, beholders, wererats, bullywugs, giant wolves in various scenarios etc despite the fact that all those other things would likely squick me out in real life if I encountered them in those settings, but somehow not fine with characters with the 'incorrect' gender attributes?
It is bad roleplaying on my part - so I am removing my earlier issue, it is not my cup of tea but within the confines of Hanna's character there is no issue with people trying it on with her - frankly she makes money from people she might not feel for trying it on with her - and she can always say no if I am not feeling it.

When I find myself being hypocritical/illogical in my roleplaying it annoys me a bit :).

Perhaps it's merely a friends and business are seperate sort of thing? So she won't try anyhting on Jen or Nicole.

As it is, I know it makes you (Dan) uncomfrotable, so I'll do my best to avoid Hanna having to deal with it.

I wouldn't worry about it - that is why it took me a while to respond. Hanna will act the same either way - I like to get into a character's mind set and use that for there actions.
The above is mostly that there is no need to 'censor' behaviour on Jennifer's part on my account part (if I - the player - get uncomfortable I can always mention it later).

For the record, I'd much prefer it if you'd mention any discomfort as soon as it crops up. I can edit posts to take things in different directions. I don't want anybody to have to deal with something they don't enjoy.

Also, I wasn't going to mention it because I didn't think it would be IC knowledge, but I just realized it probably came up in subsequent conversation between Jen and Tess--she wasn't agreeing to leave with Jen if she was allowed. She was agreeing to try and convince the baron to let her walk around the keep naked.

Sorry to have let the conversation go on this long, it only just occurred to me Jen would probably have had that clarified. Although what's been said in this conversation still makes sense if Jen is just hopeful Tess changes her mind.

Sure will do.

I have enjoyed the game so far, it is my first online game with fully mature content so I wasn't sure what I would think coming into it - good job Amaril :),

I should point out that arranged marriage is pretty much universal among the Realm's nobility. It's not out of the question that Jen would feel that way about it, especially given she seems to spend a lot of time thinking about that kind of stuff, but it's not something she'd likely expect to be obvious to most people.

Jen has modern sensibilities... somehow.

But yeah, she's got odd beliefs in marriage for the time.

Oh, by the way, let me know when you guys are done chatting and want to get on with the plot :p
