vegas(krys/lady)

Anya looked up at the older woman frowning slightly as she considered maria stan. Tilting her head a little, confusion darkening her feautres as she sipped her tea. "Krys?what do you mean?"she said looking between the two looking about ready to jolt but wanting answers first.

Sebastian winced. He mother had to bring up krys fidn't she? This was tough for him to talk about, but he knew now she had to know. "We dated aabout 5 years ago. Came close to marrying her, but when she miscarried, we realized we were better off as friends." He admitted, looking guilty. He hadn't thought to tell her because it was so long ago. "She was gonna have a boy. We were gonna name him Dmitri." He added, sighing. This was hard for him. His mother simply say and watched, curious about what the woman would do. She wasn't sure about her. Something was off.

"So you were going to marry her...after you found out she was pregnant..."Anya said her eyes going soft andsad before completely frosting over, freezing him out from what she was feeling. Unwilling to share just how badly she was hurting. Retreating into a lifetime of hsvits, where emotion would get her in trouble while she was in jail and locked up. Freezing him o it to stop the pain."oh. Well. That's good to know."she m it teed staring down at her tea.

Anya tilted her head a little considering that before sipping her tea. Boh. Well. Okay."she sighed emotionally reeling behind the ice, simply trying to deal. Wincing a little as she considered how this had to be looking to his mom."...we didn't come to talk about that though. We came to visit your mom..."she said skidding on mental ice, and needing somewhere safe and easy to recover for the moment. Not wanti ng to lash out at him even if her anger and pain said she should

Sebastian nodded. "You're right. We came here ti see you mama, not talk about the past." he said, kissingbher head. He needed to relax too. He looked to his mother, who smiled at him."i'm glad to know shes doing good. Hows filming going sebby?" She asked, krystal having picked that nickname up from her. Sebastian smiled. "Its good. We'll be done in a week." He said, grinning. He couldn't wait to show anya around LA.

Anya smiled a little swallowing hard as she leaned into the other, tensing a little at the sound of his name before letting it go, grinning a little, though it didn’t quite meet her eyes. “Then we’re heading for LA for awhile. I want to travel before it gets to difficult to do so.”Anya smiled a little, relaxing, quiet.

His mother smiled, though she looked worried. "Are youbsick, dear?" She asked curiously, worring about both her and her son. While she didn't trust Anya yet, she worried because she was obviously important to her son. Sebastian snuggled his fiancee, kissingvher head before sipping his tea. "Yeah. I think she'll like it there." He said, relaxing a bit though he worried about anya.

Bno...just..."Anya bit her lip looking at sebastian for support before swallowing thickly. We'll she was going to find out sooner or later. Rather hear it from her son then from the papers."pregnant. A few months actually...and since you can't fly at the end of a pregnancy seb wants to show me around LA before it gets to hsrd."Anya said looking nervous. Her anger and hurt over what she'd found out leaving her at even worse odds of being polite and nice to his mother, which was upsetting her even more.

Sebastian smiled at anya, trying to offer support. He hoped his mother would be happy for them. Maria smiled at anya, looking the woman over. "I'm happy for you. I do hope for the best." She told them, sebastian smiling in relief. He was afraidbhis mother would disapprove. She had yet to know about just who anya is though

Anya smiled, swallowing thickly, sighing softly. Glad to hear the other’s praise, swallowing. Fidgeting a little as she looked at his mother, “There is also something you need to know. Because...well. If we’re going to be family...”Anya swallowed hard, because it hurt to admit, to trust. But if she wanted to be part of this family, she needed to know that she was accepted for herself, and not for being someone maria thought she was. “My father is Nikolai Celescue.”She swallowed, staring down, trembling a little. “He...I didn’t know him. Never met him...but.....”She trailed off, looking at sebastian for support, sounding utterly lost.

Sebastian hugged her close, trying to offer as much support as he could. He looked to his mother in a curious way, wondering what she would do next. "Well, that explains alot. I can't say I approve, but i also know I can'f fault you for your parentage. I'll make my own judgements about yoh as I get to know you." She said, but you could tell there was a deep sadness and worry in her eyes. Sadness for anya and what she must have gone through, and worry for her son being with someone so close to the countries aweful history

Anya swallowed hard, watching her. A quiet sadness in the woman’s features, nodding a little. “Thank you. That means alot.”she said staring down, even if she had a feeling it was going to be a loss. She’d seen how his mother liked the idea of him and krys, felt lost at it. Even knowing his mother would simply allow them to be, and do what they wanted, she had a feeling she’d already made her judgement, and that simply made anya retreat into herself even more then she already had. Shifting to rest her head on sebastian’s shoulder she smiled slightly. “Visit. I think I’m going to just nap here...”he muttered, even if you could tell she was trying so hard to not fall apart, and simply not ruin his trip when all she really wanted was to go home.

Maria smiled. "Of course." she said softly, trying to stay indifferent. She really did believe in not punishing the daughter for the sins of her father, but having lived through it, she worried. Worried that anya might use her son to take back the power over the government. She had nonidea just how much the woman hadninfirectly suffered at thebhands of her father, and wouldn't likely ever know. "Go right ahead anya. If you'd be more comfortable, you could sleep in seb's room." She offered, wanting the woman comfortable if only for her son's sake.

anya smiled shaking her head as she leaned into sebastian."no. I wont. Thanks but it's gotten hard sleep in ng without sebastian around."she said blushing ever so slifhtly, relaxing into him with a sigh. Wanting nothing more then to go home, but willing to let him stay as long as he wanted since she knew he didn't see his mother as much as he wanted to.

Sebastian stroked her hair and gave her head a kiss. "Rest, iubesc" he ordered, knowingbthe knowing the woman was likely very tired from the pregnancy. Shebwould need lots of rest. Maria smiled a little. "Whatever makes you most comfortable dear." she told the other woman as sebasyian snuggled into her. While she wasn't sure she quite approved yet, she had to admit they do look cute together.

Later when they got home anya had retreated even further into the quiet, and you just knew there was icy anger and pain under there. But he'd have to break her control if he wanted her to tell him. To many years of keeping in control, of having to that she didn't trust that she had someone who'd let her yell at them and still want her afterwards. That this wouldn't break them. Feeling broken and hurt herself as she sat on their bed pulling her boots off with a sigh."when do you have to be there tomorrow?"she muttered looking up at him because despite her anger with him sue was also still afraid of being left alone so she needed him desperately. And knowing where he was going to be made iteasier for her to have a good day, to know that if she needed him she could go to the set.

Sebastian looked at the calender on his phone. "Tomorrow? 1230. They don't need my character until that last few scenes. I'll be here until then." he explained, givinh her a light smile as he made their dinner. He was making her favorite. He knew she was mad atbhim, and wanted to help her feel better. "So, what's on your mind? Don't worry, i'll still love you." He promised in that dominant tone, and it was the truth. No matter what happened, she'd always love her.

"Cool. I don't have finals till the afternoon so we should go out for breakfast or something."she sighed laying back and staring at the cieling. At his words she turned her head to look at him shrugging. "Just realizing that you know everything about me. And I don't know anything about tou. Did it just never occur to you while we were talking that I might have appreciated that I wasn't the only fucked up one in this relationship?"she said still ice cold, because for her, ice w as the only way she could function enough to talk to him. The fact she'd reverted to romanian saying that even if she sounded calm she wasnt."I'm not sure what this is can be called a relationship when it's just me trailing after you like a lovesick fan who shares everything and got nothing in return...wait.no that's probably a lie. A fan probably knows more then I fo."she said lashing out because she was in pain

"Yeah, breakfast sounds nice" he said, smiling at her a little. He did like taking her out for food, buying her things, stuf like that. He liked making her happy, and it appeared she was mad now. Sebastian cowered slightly as she yelled, going back into that corner he spent his childhood in. Not everything in the house was what it seemed. "My stepfather used to abuse me sexually, physically, and verbally. My mother never knew, or if she did, she turned a blind eye. I spent most of my life feeling like everything was my fault. That I was worthless." He told her in a small voice, eyes closed. He didn't like talking about this. It was hard for him, just like talking about anything in his past.

Anya sat up staring at him, eyes wide and pained as she stared at him. Deflating as she sat on the edge of the bed, her anger spent in the face of him being hurt. While she was still hurting and in pain, she couldn't be angry. Not anymore. "Seb..."she trailed off at a loss for words starting to Cry, upset she'd yelled at him now eveN if she'd felt justified being angry that he'd known everything, and she'd blindly simply never asked for more And he hadn't offered more.

Sebastian snuggled into her, hugging her close and hiving her a kiss. "I'm sorry. I should have told you, but its very hard for me to talk about, and is the reason I don't see my mon much. My step dad is always with her. I can't being myself to go through that again just to see her." He admitted, sighing. He knew she had every ri h t to have been mad, and he didin't blame her one bit.

Anya sniffled leaning into him."I know the feeling."she muttered a thread of anger in the sniffled words. Even if she understood why he didn't talk about it it was still hard on her to know she'd shared everythingn, and he hadn't trusted her to do the same. "...we should invite her here...I msan. You're going to be living in Romania more...we could have her here in the city instead of you going there..."she offered, not wanting to get into another argument again, so she was trying to be supportive instead of angry and mean, even if she wanted to be

Sebastian smiled and stroked her hair and kissed her head. "Thank you for being so understanding, iubesc. I am sorry that I didn't tell you sooner, but don't think its because I didn't trust you. I absolutely did. I just wasn't ready to admit it. You have every right to be mad, and i don't blame you. I was being an idiot." He said, snuggling closer. It felt good to have told some one. She had been the only one he'd admitted it to. Sebastian smiled a little again. "I'd love that. Also, just so you know, you're the only one i've ever told about the abuse." he added, getting back up only to put dinner on the table.

Anya frowned slightly turning her head to look at him, trying to decide if he was being serious about trusting her. Wanting to believe, before offering a hesitant smile, kissing him lightly."then thank you. For trusting me."She muttered still angry with him but it was starting to fade."I forgive you."she muttered before her eyes widened as sherealized just how much he'd trusted her if she was the first he'd ever told."oh seb...we'll be here for each other."she muttered running her fingers through his hair, because who could understand better then another victim? Letting him go she smiled as she settled in to rest as he finished dinner
