Fates Altered-Avengers Moon/Lady

“And cute electronics. I’m definitely going shopping.”She snickered before wincing. “He really shouldn’t have. But we’re both okay. We’ve figured life out, and now we have a family of our own choosing.”Alais smiled a little before nodding, “Yes. Actually. Complex insane show tricks.”She grinned looking amused before nodding. “A little easier for me since I can talk to them, but it’s hard still, they’re intelligent and stubborn. You just have to learn how to work with them.”She shrugged before making a face. “It is, but he’s pretty boy, and he looks like a Joscelin.”Alais said looking amused as the horse nudged her in response to his name. Snickering quietly as she watched the percheron play with his water bucket and steve, she smiled as she made a gesture, snickering as the horse gave steve a lippy kiss on the face, amused. “awww, he likes you, Steve.”She said smiling a little.

"well you'll have to take someone else because Steve's not ready for a crowded are like that and i don't go shopping with women after.... the incident." he admitted, getting a vague look in his eyes before smiling at her. "ask Natasha to go with you." he decided. "or make Tony go, he won't pay attention to what you buy and it'll still be a surprise and he still has to carry all the bags!" he admitted with a smile. "how complex? i might have to look at youtube." he admitted. "i'm curious now." he admitted. "well, he's your horse so.." he shrugged and then laughed as he watched the Percheron make a mess. "you know. i don't think this one ever got a name." he admitted, watching Steve get kissed. Steve blinked twice and then scrunched his face up in disgust and quickly evacuated the barn to find something to wipe his face off with.

“True. I wouldn’t make him go in the crowd....and what incident?”She said looking highly interested and amused before nodding. “I’ll make tony go, and natasha. We’ll shop, and he can carry bags.”She snickered a little. “Complex. Here...”Alais said pulling out her phone, grinning a little as she found the one video she had saved on her phone that scott had taken, one of her teaching her newest stallion to do the dance on air. “There’s more, but this is one of the more complex. It’s a ancient warfare thing, teaching a horse to kick out at a enemy while in the air.”Alais said before smiling as she watched the percheron. “I think I’m going to name him winter. Since he’s seemed to take a liking to Steve.”’She snickered a little amused at steve’s face, looking amused as he found the hose to wash his face.

"...did i mention an incident? nothing happened. not at all. asking Natasha is cheating." he informed her. "and i insist you get the idea out of your mind right now." he ordered. "good. you make Tony go. he'll be glad to help." he admitted before blinking at the phone, his head tilted at it. "wow." he muttered, impressed. "i didn't know horses could jump and kick at the same time." he admitted. "i really am going to have to look up some of these." he admitted. "maybe when things have settled down a bit i can go to a show?" he mused before chuckling when the Percheron proceeded to slobber all over her as well. he stayed well back. "i think he just likes to slobber on people." he admitted with a grin, watching Steve spray himself free of horse spit before he turned the hose on Alais to wash her as well. James couldn't take it he collapsed in laughter. poor Steve! thought he was helping!

“...I’m curious now.”She said studying him before smirking, now she really had every intention of asking natasha or tony. “Which will be amusing, considering I’ll be buying his present.”she snickered a little. Nodding a little. “Years worth of work to be able to g et them to do that, patience and training. But they’re very capable of doing alot of different hings if you ask right.”Alais said, the quiet pleasure and utter pride in having amazed him lighting her face. “Yes. We should. There’s a competition here in New York every year, in about a month, for this kind of stuff. We should go, if things are okay then.”she smiled before laughing as Winter slobbered on her, making a face. “I think so to.”she said laughing as the horse startled to at getting some of the spray. Looking startled at having been sprayed she stared at steve, feeling lost at the apporiate response considering james was laughing at her. Shivering a little at the cool water she smiled, directing the horses back inside, knowing they’d get to their stalls as she pushed her wet hair out of her face. “Okay steve, that’s enough, I’m clean.”

he snorted. "don't be. you'll never know." he stated simply before chuckling a little. "that'll just make him happier that he helped." he admitted, smiling at her before nodding. "i suppose if it took years for people to learn tricks like that." he teased with a chuckle. "Really?! a competition?" he looked at the Gypsy Vann. "can you get him up to shape in time to compete? how do you sign up for the competition?" he asked curiously. "we should totally go even if things aren't so okay. Steve will be a bit better by then i'm sure and if he's not we can take turns staying in the hotel with him or whatever." he admitted with a smile. Steve blinked at James when he collapsed into laughter and looked up at her, his head tilted before he smiled. and not his usual smile either. it was a smile of Mischief and impishness when he suddenly turned the hose on James, making him shriek and squeal and race off, dripping from head to toe, making Steve laugh as well, a carefree, honestly amused laugh and he smiled at her and turned the water off, looking quite pleased with himself. "we're all soaked!" James whined even if he did look amused.

“It did. But it’s well worth the time of training them.”She said before nodding. “Yea. World wide, the best in the business turn up. Me and Scott actually met here, at this one. Seems Rouge likes horses, he brought her up for the weekend for it...and like they say, the rest is history.”She smiled a little before biting her lip, looking at the vanner, nodding slowly. “Yes. I think I can. But....I’ll have to stay here. It’ll take time and patience....and...I can’t...”she trailed off, torn between her need to be with steve, and her need to want to compete again, to take the gorgerous vanner to the competition, and get him ready“I’m already entered. I got third place every year, automatically get entered unless I say no.”She shrugged a little. Smiling as she watched James, laughing out loud as he raced off, grinning as she watched steve look so pleased with himself. “Well, the dog’s not.”She said wisely, snickering a little. “There should be towels in the barn. We can dry off and head home.”

he nodded. "i'd imagine so." he admitted. "it's challenging but also very rewarding right? and i bet you form pretty deep bonds with your horses too." he mused. "especially since you can actually talk to them."so rouge got you and Scott together?" he asked, curious. "wow that must have been, uh, awkward..." Rouge's crush on Scott was unknown only to Scott who had treated rouge more as a little sister than anything else. "of course you can. this is important to you. me and Steve can help too. Steve always loved to help. i can clean tack and stuff and Steve can groom the horses and help much stables and stuff." he decided. "you can have both you know, you don't always have to choose." he promised her with a smile. "well. he wasn't until now." Steve admitted, watching the dog lean into the soaking Steve getting all wet himself. "yeah. lets head home, Steve's drooping." and so he was, half asleep while patting Codi.

“Yes. It is. Very. And some of the bonds I develop....are actually deeper then the ones I have with humans.”Alais said smiling a little before snickering. “Yea, she did. And it was. Especially since my poor blind husband just couldn’t see what was plain to the rest of us.”She snickered because it had made the girl so unhappy to know they’d met simply because she’d wanted to see hroses and he’d tagged along. “....Well. Okay then. That’ll be perfect. I mean, as long as you’re not doing anything, we could come out here daily, it’s not that far out of the city.”She said looking happy at the idea, pleased that she wasn’t going to have to choose before laughing as the dog got himself all wet. “Home, and make sure tony hasn’t blown up anything.”She looked amused as she got them towels, made sure the horses were okay for the night, before climbing back into the car, eager to go home and tell tony he had done a amazing job.

he nodded. "that's actually a Stark thing i think, because Tony get's much more attached to his bots than he does people. in fact i can name on one hand the people who Tony actually trusts and loves unconditionally and that's you, me, Johnny, Bruce and Pepper." he admitted with a smile. "i'm sure Clint and Natasha will join that list eventually but he doesn't know them well enough. they haven't been put through the roller coaster yet." he admitted with a shrug. "the only time i'm busy is when i'm saving the world and even then you'll be Super Assassin sitting so..." he admitted with a shrug and a grin. "but yes, the daily venture would probably be very good for Steve." he admitted. "be good for you as well." he admitted with a smile, chuckling at Steve and ruffled his hair before during him, ignoring the feeble sleepy protests and growls that Steve was giving him. "oh i'm sure Tony's getting laid." he admitted, checking his watch. "nope. he's napping by now." he admitted with a smile. "he'll be awake in about twenty minutes." he admitted. "Tony might not look it, but he's a very scheduled man. especially when Johnny's around."

“really? Now I don’t feel quite as weird about it.”She said looking amused at the idea before nodding. “I trust slowly to. Takes awhile to warm up to people.”She shrugged before snickering, “I will be. It’ll be good for us all then.”Alais grinned, so utterly happy with the idea of seeing horses every day, before smiling at the sleepy protests, rolling her eyes a little at james’ words as they headed back for the tower. “It’s disturbing a little you know his schedule that well....and I’d thought he’d be one of those people who worked until he collapsed, slept for a bit, then got up and worked some more.”

"you shouldn't." he admitted with a smile. "everyone is that way t an extent. only weirdo's actually like other humans." he admitted with a chuckle before nodding. "i can't blame you for that." he admitted. "a lot of people would love to take advantage of you, simply because of your relationship with the European monarchy." he admitted before smiling a little. "that's a scheduled." he admitted. "see, it all has to do with what mood he's in. if he's excited, he'll bounce around the tower and tinker with everything and babble people's ears off before collapsing in exhaustion about six hours after his hyper binge. if he's upset, he'll go down and tinker in the lab and refuse to see anyone for hours on end. he might even make nasty things for the person who he's upset with. he made shit scented arrows for Clint once." he admitted. "if he's worried, he'll lock himself in the lab and work on as much as he can, slowly delving into madness until he makes twisted melted metal things over the course of three or four days unless the person he's worried about returns before that. when i was in the hospital with crushed ribs, he got that way." he admitted with a smile. "when he's feeling too much, he gets sex from anyone who will fuck him, though Johnny is his preferred partner. honestly i'd rather Tony go to Johnny than to go to some punk ass fucker who just hits Tony and gets off and then abandons him." he admitted. "he's been abused by nasty Dom's quite a few times." he admitted before smirking. "when you live with Tony for as long as i have, you learn his scheduled." he admitted, not mentioning that he payed more attention than most. "in any case, he only works until i feed him most of the time and he sleeps more if i'm there to tell him to." he admitted, looking very pleased to know he was one of the only people who Tony would listen to.

Alais smirked a little as she watched the man talk raising a eyebrow as she considered what the other was telling her."well that's good to know...and you're rigght. I'd rather him go to johnny then someone who'll abandon him."she sighed looking out the window before looking over at james."I think youVe probably paid more attention to him then most. But it's good for him...glad he has you."she smiled a little before grinning as they got back to the tower smirking at the sight of tony waiting for them as johnny made him food. It wasso obvious the man was nervous about what she thought of the barn."Tony it's amazing."she said smiling at the utterly relief in the billionaires face."if you need anything, just let me know and I'll get it for you."

he nodded. "even if i really don't like Johnny." he admitted before smiling at her a little. "i know it's not fair to Johny, i just really don't like that he gets to touch Tony and i can't." he admitted, sulking a little. "plus he looks so much like Steve it kind of hurts." he admitted, shaking his head. "i suppose i can't really be annoyed by that anymore, even if Steve isn't my Steve, i still have him back." he admitted with a smile and a shake of his head before flushing. "i don't watch Tony anymore than anyone else does." James was apparently a terrible liar. he grinned when she told Tony how amazing it was and patted Tony's shoulder, looking up when Bruce appeared, looking tired, covered in odd liquids and looking very hesitant. he must have found the answers at long last. "Johnny? would you call Sue please?" he asked him. "Reed too if you don't mind." once they where all there Bruce started. "alright, so, from what i can understand, Johnny is in fact a clone of Steven Roger Barnes. however, there are a lot of differences. for example, Johnny never got T.B. as a child and so never developed any of the health problems. also, the Serum was not transferred into the Clone for reasons i cannot understand at this time.... this is where things get... interesting."

Bruce admitted. "Sue Storm, is in fact, not a Clone of Steven Roger Barnes. she is in fact, genetically speaking, his daughter. or rather... johnny's daughter. using Johnny's, which at the time was the exact same as Steve's, genetic material, he created his own twin." Bruce admitted, examining them. "which sort of means that Johnny is both your father, and your brother without the need for incest." he admitted. "technically speaking, genetically speaking, Johnny does not have a father or a mother. while Sue is the daughter of Alienna Storm and Steven Rogers." he handed his research to Reed, who looked utterly fascinated. "and what are these here?" "the building blocks of the Serum. it's like having recessive genes, the Serum. it's not unlike the X-Gene. only in the Serum's case, it was woken during that... accident, during space." he admitted. "which is very likely the only reason why they didn't die, compared to you, Reed and your friend Ben who had the X-Gene. again, more interesting since the Serum is... from what i understand, a selection of the X-Gene. somehow, Dr. Erskine managed to remove the X-Gene, mutate it, multiply it, and then reinsert it into the human body, which is why it had such drastic differences between Steve, the REd Skull, and the one hundred and fifty test subjects that followed in the american government..." "the WHAT?!" James demanded, making Bruce blink. "they tried and failed, to recreate the Serum's effects that created you. they failed. of the one hundred and fifty people who where tested, only twenty five survived. of the twenty five, fifteen where physically mutated to the point they could no longer function. the remaining ten, well... Magneto is one, only he had the X-gene and all it did was amplify his already existing powers. Phil Coulson was another." "Phil?! seriously!? that would make him...." "he was sixteen in 1946 when they started the tests, so he's... let's see it's 2015 so.... carry the.... he's eighty five years old." "oh. my. god."

“Well, it’s not, but he probably knows why you don’t like him, even if tony will never admit it. And tony likes you, otherwise he would be freaking out worse at the idea of you flirting with him. Which you do.”ALais said smiling a little before snickering. “You are a terrible liar. You are indeed watching him more.”she snickered a little before looking up at bruce, tilting her head curious as sue and reed joined them. “....So...I...”Tony stared, as at loss for words as sue seemed to be. “It’s a good thing they didn’t commit incest, otherwise this would be even more complicated.”Alais said staring at them. “...>You’re making my head hurt. And I’m genius enough to be following this.”Tony said looking utterly amazed before whining a little. “That’s not fair!No wonder Phil always manages to talk me into circles.”He grumbled, because no mamtter what he said, he did like Agent.

he shrugged. "with Tony? it's sort of hard to tell." he admitted with a smile before shaking his head a little. "i do flirt with him a lot, but i don't think he realizes what i'm doing." he admitted. "or if he doe i don't think he realizes i'm being serious." he admitted with a sigh before shrugging. "so i watch him. a lot. how can i not? everything he does is always so amazing." he admitted with a shrug.

"well, it's pretty complicated." Bruce admitted. "it's more convoluted than anything else and that's just from what i was able to get out of the mass of information i was able to interpret. there seams to be some form of magic intermixed with the Serum and there seams to be some sort of common ancestor that isn't an Asgardian or a Dark Elf or a Kree of which we have DNA of for comparisons and it's just... intense." he admitted. "Phil was trained by Peggy Carter personally because he was the only person in the entire project that she thought Steve would have approved of." Bruce admitted with a smile. "anyway, that's why it's so hard to shock him. unlike the frozen wonders here, he actually experienced eighty years of linear life."

“Well, maybe.”Alais smiled a little before snickering. “He probably don’t know you’re being serious.”She said smiling slightly before snorting. “No wonder his ego is huge, if you’re always telling him his stuff is amazing.”She teased.

“....that’s both disturbing and awesome, and makes my head hurt.”Tony said sighing a little looking a little amused before whining. “That’s not fair!I should be able to shock him. I’m going to come up with something amazing, and shock him.”Tony decided. “You could go horse back riding with us tomororw.”Alais said lookign amused, smiling slightly as she watched steve and codi.

"i know he doesn't realize, but someday he will." he admitted with a smile before smirking. "his things are amazing. i'll show you some of the stuff he's made me sometime." he promised.

"it is very convoluted." he admitted with a shake of his head. "feel free to try Tony. though, admittedly, i think you have tried very hard." he admitted looking amused before pausing. "no. no horse riding. because if he rides a horse i'll be expected to and then the next thing i know i'm on the ground half dead because the horse tossed me and then turned me into paste." James ordered with a snort, grinning when he realized Steve had curled up on the floor with Codi and both where sleeping. "so hows his arm coming Tony? he's been fussing about it." James admitted. "i know you where working on some fine details." he admitted. "i don't know how long those take though." he admitted. "i thought he might calm down if we gave him a loose timeline."

“I will. I’ll totally come up with something.”Tony huffed. “Hey!You think my horses would be rude enough to toss you off them, and turned into paste?”Alais said smirkign a little as Tony eyed her. “Oh. You know, Phil would be very impressed with that. I dislike horses. They scare me.”Tony huffed twitching a little, though he was considering it just cause he wanted to see James ride...and see just how happy alais was with the horses. “It’s almost done. Give me a few hours this evening, and we’ll put it on in the morning.”Tony promised smiling a little.

he snorted. "yes i do actually. horses never like me." James admitted. "i was a Sergent you know. i was expected to ride horses for show. never could oh ponies tolerate me somewhat, but horses hate me so much that they are more likely to bite me than take the bridle from me." he admitted. "if you can get one to accept me i'd be more than happy to try riding but you gotta promise they won't bite me, kick me, dump me or piss on me first." he ordered before smiling at Tony. "how about we stage a picture of you mucking stalls instead? he'd look very shocked indeed that you where doing menial labor." he teased with a smile. "anyway you don't have to go near the horses to watch her work, it's amazing, seeing the horses do the things she can get them to do. she's entered into this contest thing." he admitted. "me and Stevie promised to help her out a bit, i think it'll be fun." he admitted before nodding. "great! i'll tell him 'sometime tomorrow' just in case you see something else you want to add." he admitted with a chuckle. "we should really put him in a bed."

“...seriously?I wonder why.”Alais frowned thinking about it, before snickering. “I promise, if I can get a horse to agree to let you ride, I’ll make sure they wont hurt, or piss on you.” “....You had a horse piss on you?”Tony said looking interested before making a face, before nodding. “Fine. I can muck out a stall for shock value.” “It matters that much to you?”Sue snickered watching tony. “Yessss. Agent needs shocked sometimes.”Tony huffed before smiling, “I can’t wait to see.”he said looking pleased with seeing his sister work before grinning. “Good. You need something to do. Something normal. Let me know if you need anything for this contest.” “I will.”Alais promised smiling at the man, remembering what james said, giving people things was tony’s way of saying he cared. “That’s good enough.”Tony grinned a little. “...Let’s.”Alais said getting up, crouching down next to steve, gently touching his shoulder. “Steve? Time to get up for a bit. Time for bed.”She soothed softly not wanting to startle him

"i don't know. they just hate me." he admitted with a shrug. "i try to avoid them." he admitted with a smile before grimacing at Tony. "yes. a horse has pissed on me." he admitted with a smile and a shake of his head. "you don't have to much out the whole thing, just enough to get dirty and sweaty." he promised Tony. "think of it this way. you'll be helping Alais and you'll get to shock Phil and it's a hell of a good workout." he admitted with a smile. "yes. she needs some time to do what she loves to do, plus Stevie loves the horses." he admitted. "we might have to set up a cot though, he still get's tired so darn easily." James admitted, watching the sleeping man and dog duo. Steve groaned and growled and smacked at her hand with his stump because he was laying on his arm. he hated getting up. he stopped grumbling only because he crawled into his assigned bed and went back to sleep, Codi curling up beside him. "i'll get started with dinner." James decided, ignoring the fact that Johnny had already been cooking. Johnny was still trying to make sense of what Bruce had told him.

“That’s amusing and interesting really.”Alais said looking thoughtful and amused as tony laughed at the idea of a horse pissing on him. “That’s true. I’ll be helpful.”Tony grinned happily, pleased with the idea before nodding. “Good. And I’ll make sure we get one of the cots from the lab. It’ll be good for him.”Tony smiled a little snickering as alais got smacked some. “hey, stop. Just go back to bed.”Alais snickered amused as she got him settled into bed.

The next morning Alais looked thoughtful as she watched tony bound into the room, ratty torn jeans and a t-shirt replacing the usual impeccable clothes, even if he was normally in the lab, he wausually dressed well. It was obvious he really was intending to actually clean out a barn. “Ready to go?” “Almost. We’re going to put Steve’s arm on first.”Tony grinned excitedly, so happy to be showing off the tech

James snorted. "you lot don't have to look so amused you know!" he complained, sulking a little. "jerks!" he complained, even if he was smiling. "your always helpful Tony." he admitted with a smile. "we'll take the cot with us tomorrow. then Steve can go with her whenever they want to go. he hates being separated from her." James admitted with a smile. "where she goes, he's bund to go right beside her." he admitted. "i just wish Steve could understand English properly. i don't understand how they could take English from him, but still allow him the ability to speak Russian. i'm pretty sure that's not how the mind works, right?"

Steve was watching everyone run around, wearing a shirt and jeans himself. he wasn't sure he liked it, but hadn't protested since Alais had told him to. he wasn't sure how he felt going outside again, especially without his armor. he hated being sp vulnerable. nothing else to be done though. "Prosthetic Status?" he asked, eyes lighting up when he realized that the Stark man had his arm. it looked, weird though. "....eh?" Steve poked it, looking confused. it was smaller, shaped more like a real arm, like a copy of his own arm actually. the other had been more 'basic arm shape' than actually shaped like an arm. he could tll this one was lighter too, but yet, stronger. how interesting.

“Yes we do.”Tony snickered a little before smiling shyly, pleased. Happy at the idea of being helpful before nodding. “It’s both amusing and endearing watching him around her.”Tony muttered watching as alais got steve to bed, worried for his sister before sighing. “No, probably not. But considering how long you were on ice, I’m amazed you function at all sometimes. Who knows what kind of damage they did.”tony made a face.

“You’ll be fine. It’s comfortable.”Alais promised, in her own jeans and t-shirt and riding boots, definitely looking ready for a day in the barn. “It’s finished. Come. We’ll put it on.”Tony said making steve sit down in one of the chairs in the lab, carefully hooking it up and waving a hand. “It’s better. More like your real hand. Try using it.”he said eager to see if he’d managed to do everything right, with bruce’s input, and give the man some sort of feeling with the metal. While it wasn’t as good as real nerves and flesh, he might have a sort of feeling, along with the ability to gauge temperatures when he was touching them.,
