Party Hearty (Jamie and Darkness)

Seff 's tail slowly wrapped around himself, and her, a bit, to provide just a bit extra warmth.. and as they lay there together, they slowly fell asleep... Hours passed, and when the sun finally started to rise over the horizon, the butt of a flashlight tapped against the window, awakening Seff, who gave the raccoon of a police officer a shaky smile.

The next month passed without much incident, save for the chewing out both the young foxes had received from their parents. Towards the end of the month, Vixey, Seff, and all other parties involved had been brought to court to testify against Roman, Leopold, Zaid, Geoffry, and so on.. Even Sarah and Anthony had showed up to testify, with Sarah toting a small silver band on her ring finer, topped with a diamond.

And so a "guilty" verdict had been reached.

Seff offered Vixey a small smile as they walked out of the court house, his fingers interwoven with hers. They'd been forced to go out the back, as the press had immediately latched onto a case involving the daughters and sons of high-profile CEOs, lawyers, and other such influential people. He pressed a small kiss to the side of Vixey's cheek as they walked off to find Seff's car, parked in the back in anticipation.

Vixey fell asleep rather quickly wrapped in Seff's arms, her muzzle nestled beneath his chin and her arms around him. The next morning, she woke up with a start when the raccoon tapped the glass of the window and she looked up sleepily before groaning and laying her head down on Seff's chest again. Luckily she wasn't underage any more so she wouldn't get in trouble.... or at least not a lot.

Over the next month, Vixey got closer to Seff while her mother gave her the cold shoulder to show her how disappointed the black fox was with her though her father merely brushed it off and congratulated her on the new relationship with the male fox. Along the way she had to tell her parents what had happened when Zaid's lawyer tried to contact her in order to settle every thing out side of court. After that, her father had the best lawyers in his firm going over all of the evidence and such. When the day of the court hearing came around, Vixey went through everything nervously. She had been terrified to face Zaid and the rest of her attackers. When they played the video of what had happened, she nearly burst into tears and it was the same with Sarah. But the moment the verdict was given, Vixey and Sarah wrapped their arms around each other and began crying they were so happy.

When the trial was finally over, Vixey walked out of the court house at Seff's side, her hand gripping his. She smiled when he kissed her cheek. "I'm so happy this is all over." she said softly while laying her head against his shoulder.

Seff had been more or less under house arrest for the first week, but after that, his father had talked his mother down, and he'd started spending more and more time with Vixey. She barely had to drive anywhere, now, since he was usually her ride places.

After the week was over, his mother had rather taken to Vixey, and when it came out that Zaid's father was trying to settle out of court.. well.. as bad as it was, it wasn't hard to buy a judge. Or the jurors. Or the lawyer. The assembled rapists had had absolutely no chance to get out of punishment. Being rich certainly had some benefits, however corrupting it could be.

Seff's arm wrapped tightly around Vixey's waist as they made their way to his car. When they reached it, he opened the door for her, and got in on his side. The care came to life with a twist of his key, and soon they were cruising out of the lot. "I'm happy it's all over, too.. care to go celebrate?" he asked with a small smile.

Vixey had gotten to know Seff's parents rather well after the week of him being in trouble and she got on rather well with his mother. She wasn't anything like the other girls that Seff had dated before and that was probably why his mother liked her so much. The young vixen was sweet, polite and a little on the shy side. She had introduced Seff to her father as well and her father took a liking to him.

Feeling Seff wrap his arm tightly around her waist, she smiled up at him and slid into the passenger's seat. While he got in, she buckled herself in and set her purse down at her feet before sinking down in the seat with a sigh as she relaxed. "I think I'd like that." she said with a nod. "But where should we go?" She smoothed out the skirt she was wearing and smiled up at him. It was one of the few times since the party that she'd worn any type of skirt. At the moment her hair was pulled up into a ponytail, though over the past month, she'd had her hair down like Seff liked unless she was studying or felt a little stressed.

Seff considered her words quietly for a few moments as he drove down the street, his hand reaching out to set down lightly upon her hand. "Well... I don't know any really good places to eat that don't require a reservation or anything. And I think I've used the whole "executive privilege" thing a little too much lately," he said with a wry smile. "Could head back to my place? My parents are gone for the weekend," he offered.

Vixey felt his hand cover hers and she smiled before turning her hand over and gently grasping his hand with hers, entwining their fingers as she held his hand. As he spoke, she wrinkled her nose slightly and shook her head. She didn't really feel like going to a nice restaurant where people could see them. "Yeah. That sounds better then going to a restaurant." she said to him with a smile. "Just you and me in your house without people watching sounds rather appealing."

Seff returned Vixey's smile, his hand giving hers a squeeze as they pulled into his driveway. He parked the car, stepping outside, and he was quickly over to her side of the car to open her door; it was some chivalrous part of him he couldn't really override. His hand took hers as he led her too the door, and into his house. For the most part, things were dark, save for a couple of candles on the dining room table. Plates with nearly fresh food was set out, including chicken, salad, and so forth. "I.. um.. planned on coming here after court," he said sheepishly.

Vixey looked up at the house as he pulled up the driveway before looking over at him, an affectionate look in her eyes as he parked the car. She unbuckled her seatbelt before grabbing her purse, stepping out of the car after he opened the car door for her. Silently, she walked with him up to the house and looked around after entering the quiet darkened house. When she saw the dining room, she smiled brightly up at him. "It's wonderful Seff." she said softly before kissing him on the cheek.

Seff offered her a small smile, his arms wrapping loosely around her waist as she kissed him on the cheek. "I'm glad you like it," he said softly. He led her into the dining room, pulling the chair out for her a bit, before he made his way over to a table on the side. It had a set of speakers set up, with his slim MP3 player sitting right next to it. He pressed "play". Light celtic music filled the room before Seff returned to the table. He pulled a bottle of light wine out of the bucket set to the side, pouring them both a glass, before he finally sat down. He offered her a gentle smile.

Vixey let him lead her into the room and she smoothed down her skirt and sat down carefully. She slid her chair in a little and became comfortable before looking at him as he moved over to a table, watching curiously before smiling fondly the moment she heard the celtic music filling the room. Seff always knew how to make her happy or how to make her smile. "This is all so wonderful Seff." she said softly when he sat down. "It's very romantic." She brushed her bangs back from her face and smiled again.

Seff offered her a nearly embarrassed smile. "Thanks. It took me a while to plan it all out," he admitted. Mostly, it had taken some doing to get his father to convince his mother that she'd been overworking herself, and some more time to get her to go to a spa with him for the weekend. Besides that, he didn't really go out on many romantic dates. Most girlfriends of his were just people to pass time with.. he never found one he actually cared about. Until Vixey. He reached across the table, his hand gently squeezing hers. "I'm glad you like it," he said lightly, and with a final smile, he turned to his food and dug in.

Vixey thought the slightly embarrassed smile on her boyfriends face was adorable and it made her giggle softly. She nodded slightly. She could imagine that it had taken some time to plan it. Picking up her wine glass, she took a sip before setting it down and squeezing his hand back. "But I don't like it Seff. I love it." she said softly before she began eating as well. She ate slowly, taking her time to savor the food that was on her plate.

Seff's smile only grew more embarrassed as she giggled. He took a small sip of his wine to hide it, his smile growing a bit when she squeezed his hand back. "Well, I'm glad you love it, then," he said, having managed to not look crestfallen when she'd said she didn't like it. He ate mostly quietly, still a little embarrassed about dates like these. He tended to go out with her for coffee, or maybe a bite to eat after they were done with classes, and other such things with some regularity. But these tender moments when they were alone.. he wasn't quite used to them yet. He finished off his meal fairly quickly, finally downing the rest of his wine once he was done.

Vixey gently caressed the side of Seff's hand before pulling her hand away with a small grin. The past month with Seff had been wonderful for her. She had come so far from how she had been after her attack and she rarely had bad dreams any more and she no longer flinched or shied away from males unless she didn't know them. Other then that, she was a lot like she used to be before the attack except for the fact that she seemed to be a bit more out spoken because of Seff. She'd loved all of their outings. They were always fun and she enjoyed his company. Not long after he finished, she finished as well and leaned back in her seat with the glass of wine in her hand as she sipped from it.

As much as Seff had changed Vixey over the past month, she'd changed him quite a bit, as well. Though she couldn't notice it to the extent some others did, he was a fairly stand-offish person. He combined his father's aloofness and some of his more eccentric habits, and his mother's colder, more domineering personality. It was an odd combo, but Vixey had drawn him out of his shell a bit. He actually had friends now that weren't some twenty years older than he was, and took an active part in their relationship. "That was good," Seff commented lightly, as he relaxed back in his seat. "You know," he said, with a bit of a grin, "you look nice in a skirt." She hadn't worn skirts often since the attack, and he could understand that.. and though he rather liked her conservative jeans and sweaters for the most part, she -did- look very pretty in a skirt.

Vixey had noticed that Seff had changed a bit and she had been told by his mother that he had changed in ways she didn't notice. Hearing this always made her smile and giggle softly. When Seff commented on the food, she nodded in agreement with a small smile. "Yes, it was pretty good." she said softly before feeling her cheeks heat up when he said she looked nice in a skirt, her ear twitching with embarrassment as she giggled softly. "Thanks." she replied gently. "You're sweet." She smiled as she reached up and played with her ear. It was sort of like an embarrassed habit. She was sure he had noticed it already in the time they'd been together so far.

Seff had noticed many of her habits over the past month, though the one he saw most often was her playing with her ear. Another was the hair thing, putting her hair up when she was stressed, or dealing with schoolwork. Then again, those were quite visible, so he'd probably missed a lot of her subtler habits. "And honest," he supplied with a small smile, his hand reaching out to gently lay on hers. He knew she'd dressed up in a skirt since jeans and a sweater didn't exactly seem right to dress up for court. Even Seff had abandoned his jeans and a tanktop for a suit, though he'd gone tie-less, and didn't look entirely comfortable in it; it was something he'd picked up from his father. "Vixey.. would you like to go.." he struggled for what to say next, "elsewhere?" It was a rather unsubtle way of asking her if she wanted to go to his room. He wasn't entirely gifted with words.

Vixey chuckled. "Yes, and honest." she said softly, turning her hand over to gently hold his gently. She thought he looked nice in a suit but she could tell that he was rather uncomfortable. She was actually glad he went tieless because if he had worn one, it would of been a bit much in her opinion. "I think you look very nice as well." she said to him with a small smile, running her fingers along his palm. She looked up into his eyes curiously when he asked if she'd like to go elsewhere. The vixen wondered what exactly he meant by 'elsewhere' but she trusted him enough to nod. "Yeah." she said softly. "I would."

Seff chuckled softly, his other hand reaching out to gently brush against the back of her hand, his short claws gently raking along the back of her hand. "Alright," he said softly. He leaned foreward, and with a whoosh of air, he plunged the dining room into darkness. Holding her hand, he stood up, and started to lead her toward his room.

Vixey shivered a little as his claws raked along the back of her hand and she smiled a little wider. When he blew out the candles, she closed her eyes and blinked several times as her eyes adjusted to the darkness of the room. She slowly stood up with his help and moved over to his side, nuzzling his shoulder gently with a sigh while walking with him towards his room. She'd been there a couple of times but never when they were alone.

Seff offered Vixey a tiny smile as they approached his room. Mostly, they'd hung out in there, listened to music, and occasionally studied together. But they'd never been in there alone when his parents were, say, out of town. As they entered his room, his arm slipped around her waist. His room, too, was only lit by a few candles, and Seff gave her a tiny smile.. before he finally pressed a soft kiss to her lips.

Vixey smiled back and looked up at the door to his room. She couldn't help but wonder what had happened to Seff's butler who usually was somewhere in the house but she hadn't seen him. Upon entering his bedroom, she noticed the candles and looked at him curiously. "You know, those are a fire hazard." she said with a giggle before he kissed her. She wrapped her arms around his neck and kissed him back with a soft giggle.

Seff had told the butler to get their food ready and light the candles when Seff had sent along a text message to him during the jury's deliberations. He surmised that the butler was currently enjoying a quiet evening in his quarters reading a book. Seff didn't want to be disturbed tonight. "I love you, Vixey," he said quietly, pressing a long kiss against her lips, his hand trailing through her beautiful red hair.

Vixey gazed up into his eyes with a small smile, reaching up to stroke his ear softly. When he spoke, she blushed a bit and smiled brightly. "I love you too Seff." she said before he kissed her, happily returning the kiss while stroking his ear again and her ears twitched slightly when he ran his fingers through her hair. Reaching up, she pulled the hair tie out of her hair and let it fall down around her shoulders in blood red curls that glittered in the candle light.

Seff smiled into their kiss, his arms wrapping tightly around her waist, holding her close to him. "I.. I want you, Vixey.. I want for you to be mine," he whispered softly. He kissed away from her lips, down toward her neck, his hand happily stroking through her silken red hair, now let down and allowed to tumble over her shoulders.
