My mother is afraid of butterflies, moths and anything that flaps wildly. I like insects unless they are shown a few hundred times bigger, then I don't like them anymore. Grass hoppers and ants are ok, but not flies, mosquitos or spiders, especially when it's suddenly like in that one Spongebob episode.
