I'm also pretty interested in POE 2, I just find it funny you both posted at the same time with the same game. I might wait till it's fully 'out' though. But I am tempted after watching someone play it for a bit.
 
Playing BG3 with a Dark Urge run, with a bit of Phasmophobia and Faith The Unholy Trinity on the side. I picked up the Ace Attorney Trilogy, a series I've never played during one of the Switch sales but haven't started it yet.
 
Probably gonna start playing animal crossing again on my switch. i need something relaxing to get me through new years.
 
When I've not been passed out in bed I've been hopping between Infinity Nikki and the original Death End Re;Quest~ The latter I've played before years ago, planned on replaying it back in October for Halloween but sigh life and lack of energy...
 
Back on Elden Ring, doing a Str/Fth playthrough at the moment and just got my Blasphemous Blade. Running around killing everything with fire!
 
The number of games I am juggling are probably more than I should be, lol.
No Man's Sky and Palworld are the two main ones right now. One because of the events going on and the other because of the chaos I can have with some online friends.

A date with death is one a couple of friends got me into as well. I'm not usually one for dating sims, but bullying the grim reaper, taunting and teasing, and trying to win a bet against him? Surprisingly fun. Plus, the character creation, while limited, is also very customizable. I've played through the game three different times as three different OCs, and while the characters don't look exactly like them, it gets close enough.

I also play Phasmophobia with friends, Skyrim with more mods than I probably should, New Pokémon Snap because I finished the game before they added a bunch of stuff to it, so restarting it and streaming to friends is fun.

I just got back into flightrising for a bit, too. Because a few of my friends are really into it, so when an event happens, I try to get involved in order to help them get the event goodies. (several of them can't do the repetitive movements for coli grinding. And they offer me art in return! win-win!)

And I'm not going to include the few art games I participate in, since those are less games and more of an excuse to draw cute things, lol.
 
I think for me there are two; Marvel Rivals which I have seen mentioned in here and Star Trek Legends. Marvel Rivals is a 6v6 PVP shooter type game or one where you take up Marvel characters and combat one another. The other is a game that was originally on the phone then they brought it to the Switch and Playstation console. So yeah for me Marvel and Star Trek have something to keep me invested.
 
I cannot help but encourage people to try Warhammer 40K: Rogue Trader. It's absolutely hilariously over the top, lots of fun. Do it.

Game's so good. It's also a lovely crash course into the setting of 40k if you are unfamiliar with the setting as a whole.
 
I don't even know why I bothered. Elden Ring. Friend at GameStop told me I would love it. I have died so many times I shut the system off, came back, and died more times than the damn first time. I'm no good at this but I'm a trooper, I'll keep playing a little longer.

I really like Elden Ring but I will say it's not for everyone. I've gotten more than frustrated at a few areas or bosses so I empathize.

It's clearly not for me 😂 yet I keep coming back for the brutality of my character's demise, and loss of runes, due to my failings.

If it helps I sucked a lot of butt at Dark souls 1 which is where I started with the whole Souls stuff. It took me a year to go back to it after getting frustrated and then things started to click together. The same could happen to you... Or maybe not, but that's ok - it's just a game and all that.

That does make me feel better, like it's not just a me thing. Thank you. It might be time to take a page from your book, give it a break for now , and come back to it. Maybe by then I'll have a more impressive update for you.
 
I've been playing the browser game Fallen London for about 9 months now, just started a second account to play alongside the first, and I haven't gotten tired of it one bit. I think I may have a problem, but it passes the time at work and gives me something to look forward to. Currently pursuing The Story That Permanently Softlocks Your Account on my first character, and it's been a doozy.
