Fixers (Beautiful_Disgrace and I)

"Well well," Luce muttered, machete loose in her hand as she stalked forward, grabbing the boy by the hair to drag him out. "How shocking! Some pigheaded shit of a boy wanting to stick his dick in everything that moves!" she said dryly. "Lucky for you, I have a very sharp pigsticker, you won't even feel it." The shit they dealt with on a daily basis, honestly...

The minute Luce grabbed him by the hair, he started screaming even louder. Aernir watched as he was dragged out into the street and he couldn't help but feel a little sorry for him. Even if he had tried to kill them. "N-no..please! I just...please don't kill me! I'm sorry, I just didn't want you to take her away!" He begged her, looking up at the woman with tears in his eyes.

"Yeah? That's real touching," Luce muttered. "Life lesson, kid: Good feelings don't always mean the good people win, that's where scumbags like me fill in the blanks." she said, tossing him against the van to grab him by the throat. "So...you either die with dignity, or you die a bitch...which one?" Luce purred, eyes wild with hunger. "Because I haven't gutted someone who screams like you do in a long time...makes my pussy wet."

The kids face went pale, and an odor filled the air as his gray sweatpants started to turn black from wetness. He was pissing himself...he was sure he was going to die. His gray eyes looked at Aernir, and he just took out a cigarette. Honestly he didn't care one way or the other, but...

"Luce, why don't you let Olivia get here first before you kill the little weasel."

"Sure," Luce said casually, machete trailing down his shirt. "I got a few questions for you, boy...so tell you what...you give me the answers that are honest, and you get another second. You lie to me, you lose one." she purred. "First question: Who the fuck are you, and what are you doing with that android?"

"I..I'm not anybody...well...my name is Cyrus...I'm an orphan and..." God, he was sure he was annoying them with all his crying and blubbering but...he couldn't stop. This wasn't the first time he had looked death in the eye, but he was sure that he wasn't going to get out of this alive. "I...I was trying to hack her..."

"...Hack her?" Luce muttered, her once murderous expression turning into genuine curiosity. "Stop crying, makes it hard to understand you. Hack her for what?" she asked, shifting her blade away.

Cyrus attempted to stop crying. He sniffled a bit and then looked at the building behind her, swallowing hard. "Someone wanted the data that was stored inside of her AI. They told me I could keep her and they would pay me well for it...I...well I like androids and robots...and I need the money to live, so.."

Aernir sighed a little hearing that. Always shitty having to kill someone that just did things to survive.

"Uh huh," Luce said dryly. "And her being an attractive android was just kind of a nice perk, right? Anatomically correct?" Dirty bastard.

His face went completely red, and he looked away. "That's none of your business..not like a real girl would ever like me anyway. That's why I like androids so I can program them to like me...Real girls don't work that way..." He seemed quite bitter.

"Creepy..." Aernir said as he heard the doors open and looked back, seeing Olivia and Rayna together. Olivia limped over and then looked around confused, her eyes finally settling to Cyrus.

"What..? Is that the guy?" She asked them with a confused look. He was a goddamn kid! A kid who apparently didn't know how to hold his urine. And all Rayna could do was tilt her head to the side...

"Uh huh," Luce mumbled, both to Olivia's question and to him. "Someone whose scared to talk to real girls and afraid to get burnt, guess getting killed by a girl is just desserts, eh?" she smirked. "So who wanted the data, kid? You give me the answer, and I know how to reward you."

Cyrus swallowed hard, his heart beating fast. If he told them, he'd be dead. He was sure he'd be dead..but...suppose it didn't matter if he was going to die today.

"Richter Hughes." He answered quietly, which made Olivia jump. That name...so he was behind all this?!

"Jean Claude's business partner...hired you?" She asked as she came closer to the boy. "You better not be lying you goddamn brat!" She shouted at him.

"No, I'm not, I swear! I swear!"

"Down girl," Luce murmured, eyeing the kid a moment with a tilt of her head. "Say, kid...Cyrus, right? You think if I brought you to a nerd, you could show him how to find out about more of all this?" Hm, her gears were spinning...a little. They needed more, and she'd rather trust someone like Wizard than a kid who pissed himself.

"..Yeah. For sure." Cyrus answered as he sniffled a bit. He had always been...very good at computers and hacking. He kind of knew who Luce was talking about, probably the guy who hacked his security system in the first place..

Olivia frowned and then put her gun away. She supposed she'd trust whatever Luce was concocting for now. Plus, she wasn't as...hard as she should have been. Killing a kid would give her nightmares.

"Hm," Luce mumbled, machete tip tilting Cyrus' chin up with her eyes narrowed. That old look drifted into her eyes, but it was gone in a moment. Tch...Rayna was making her soft...

"Alright then," she said after a moment, leaning forward. "As for your reward..." she said, leaning forward to whisper something into his ear. It was a...promise, of sorts. Luce was not an ideal role model, not that she ever cared, or wanted to be. But if it made her job easier, she'd do it. "Got it?"

Cyrus' face went completely crimson when Luce whispered that amazing suggestion in his ear. Olivia, Aernir, and Rayna were all confused. "Y-yes ma'am.." He said, nodding quickly. He..he had never...seen any real girls before. He had convinced himself he didn't want to but...the very thought..well his sweat pants were showing something very peculiar other than the twin trails of piss stains.

..Good lord, what had Luce promised him? Aernir just had to wonder as he narrowed his eyes in disgust.

"Good," Luce muttered. "Let's get going, you get in the back, kid...the far back...you reek." Not a water drinker, eh? Guess that wasn't a kid thing anymore. Like usual, she ignored everyone else. She knew how to get things done, that's all.

Cyrus frowned a little and then crawled into the back. Aernir moved the android with him and grinned. "Since you like her and everything.." he said sarcastically before turning to Olivia. "We're gonna do the drop off tonight, but the kid is gonna stay with us for a little bit so we can get to the bottom of all this. That cool?" He asked her. She narrowed her eyes a bit.

"Yeah...but I gotta stay with him too." He was the final piece to her cut, after all.

"Whatever," Luce muttered, taking the driver seat. "So, Olivia...were those names important? Should we give a shit?" she said, starting the van up. Just wanted to go home and fucking take a nap, ugh...

Olivia slid in the middle of the van with Aernir, and Rayna sat in the passenger seat. "Yeah...if this kid isn't lying...it means that my clients partner paid him to steal Angelica, a prototype of a product they've been working on for years. I'm not sure what to make of it, it's possible that he just wants to profit from their particular brand of android by himself..." She explained as pinched the bridge of her nose.

Cyrus stayed quiet..all these people were pretty scary from what he saw. They got through all of his defenses..and even though they were all pretty banged up...well he knew they could still kill him.

"Sounds like a mess," Luce mused, glancing to Rayna or Aernir. "Either of you been able to get to Wizard? My ear's still got a little bit of static...think that chaff fucked up the implant."

"No...pretty sure that little fuck broke all of our links. Haven't heard anything at all from him and I haven't been able to get in touch with him either.." Aernir told her as he leaned back. Rayna nodded.

"I can't ear anything either...it's not responsive." She told them. "I hope he's not too worried about us..."

"...I'm sorry. They'll probably have to be reset." Cyrus mumbled in the back.

"Eh, don't sweat it, kid," Luce mumbled. "Wizard's probably just having a minor heart attack, he'll be fine. He's freaked out over less." Ugh, Rayna really was making her soft. She should have just gutted the kid and been done with it, but noo...feh. Whatever. She was more irritated than usual because of her good hearted choice.

Cyrus stayed silent pretty much all the way. When they arrived he was...pretty skittish about getting out of the car when Olivia was glaring at him. Well, Aernir couldn't blame her when she almost had her leg blown off thanks to him but..at least she was behaving. Aernir grabbed Angelica with his good arm, wishing he didn't have to be so careful with her.

"Is something wrong, Luce?" Rayna asked as she took her hand when they started going upstairs to the apartment. She was ready to just...well she was hungry more than anything. Using magic constantly like that
made her more hungry than tired.

She linked her fingers with hers, but didn't answer for a while. No, it wasn't worth worrying about right now. They had more important problems.

"Feh," she replied in response. "Nothing, no. You're going to help me with Cyrus, alright?"
