Spilled old coffee grounds onto the kitchen floor 'cause the filter tore when I was moving it to the trash bin.
New pot of coffee was contaminated with grounds and not dripping on-center.
Accidentally closed out of a PM RP I was working on a reply to, only to restore it and realize they don't autosave like forum replies do.
