He nodded and softly smiled when she said they would try and she then just moved closer to him. His arms wrapped around her as he gently held her back. When she looked up at him his eyes locked with hers before they kissed once again. Their bodies were right against eachother, his arms tightly wrapped around her waist. Rex grabbed her arm and he pulled her away from Lawrence, making him fall back onto the ground. Lawrence's entire body was shaking as he tried to bring himself back to his feet only to get kicked back down by Rex as he looked at her 'Relax babe, I will leave him alone, just be mine again... come on I need you right now" he said as he was going to try and pull her away from Lawrence and his home... he was a selfish brute, just like he was when they broke up.
 
She smacked him on the nose and pulled her arm away " No rex I have moved on and you just can't waltz right back and expect me to take you back, not after the way you treated me now" she started to push him roughly back into his truck " Leave me alone " she said to him again and turned going back to lance picking him up again easily and helping him back into the house.
 
Rex Growled "This isn't over you whore... remember what you were like with me... no woman who fucks as often as you will be away for too long" he said as he left. lawrence felt like shit as he was helped inside and he looked over at her and said 'Sorry... I... I thought I could..." he coughed a bit more as he placed a hand over his mouth, less blood than before but still there was blood.
 
She left him and went to the kitchen grabbing some water and a damp towel, she handed him the water and sat down in front of him wiping the blood off his face, she couldn't help but feel bad for him and she knew this would happen, she knows he couldn't protect her and she now knows that what happened last night was a mistake and it should never of happened, she breathed softly and kissed his soon to be swollen eye and cheek " lawrence....." she said softly, she never used his full name unless it was important " you don't deserve this, im not worth it" she stroked his cheek softly and pulled it back before standing looking down at him "im doing this for your own good we need to forget everything , i love you but this isn't going to work for you " she kissed his head and walked away from him grabbing her duffle which she had never done before and dropped it out the window after having grabbed everything from the shower and placed her glasses on her face before dropping down out the window and headed for her house.
 
"No... wait..." he said as he had tried to go after her but he just found himself on his hands and knees as he coughed and he could do nothing to stop her leaving. He stayed in that position for a moment, just crying as he... he had her... well he had anyway... He was too weak to move for some time but he shook his head and wiped away the tears as he wobbly stood. He headed out of his house, limping as he was going to go over there... he... he had to convince her he was man enough for her... something... he could not just let everything go...
