Friendly Fire, More Than Flames of Passion[Vampire07]

Aiko always loved the sun light but hated it when it woke her up. She heard the keys at her door and wondered what was up. Shrugging her shoulders as she shook her hair loose with her humming softly. When her hair was close to being dry she looked over at her door to see Angelo standing there. The slightly damp locks of hair fell over her face when she got to her feet. Her hands ran over the shirt to flatten it out to make herself presentable. The green eyes of hers landed on Angelo seeing he was in his tailored suits and looked like he was going to take off shortly. Relaxing as she smiled over at him not daring to move away from the window.

"I see you're ready to get going." She said softly but placed her arms behind her back then the thought of her clothes came to mind.

"Um Angelo I have something to ask if you don't mind." She moved towards him but stopped about six feet away from him. It wasn't because she feared him it was her nature to give people room. "Mind if I could get my clothes from my apartment? You know you can send one of the men with me to keep an eye on me."

At this point she had grown tired of just walking around in a shirt. She'd love to go out into the sun and lay by the pool and have the sun's rays caress her her chilled skin. With her being injuryed she wouldn't be doing anything but relaxing around the mansion until Angelo's return. She had a more trusting feeling about his men who may be left behind to keep an eye on her and assist her when she needs it.

It must have been a sign of how comfortable she was at his place. The fact she didn't seem to sense the door opening or a figure standing there. Not to mention there weren't any traps or maybe she just learned to hide them better? He watched her for a moment before she realized he was there and turned her attention to him. A brow raised at her greeting and he pretended like he was upset when he said. "And I don't get no damn good morning?" However that didn't last long as a smile came to form on his face the moment he finished talking.

"Morning, Aiko." Angel said realizing he hadn't yet said it either only to node his head in the fact he had have plans to leave early. "Of course. A lazy crime boss is a dead one." He said as he moves to stand up straight while fixing his vest and making sure he was nice and smooth looking. Hearing her question caused him a puzzled look to appear on his face since he didn't think there was anything she could ask him. Well anything that he could actually have a problem with fulfilling. Another thing he would have to keep locked within his mental vault. "Sure, Trey and Kevin will take you." He told her.

Trey was Tony's eldest son and Kevin was one of his own personally bodyguards. The one without the lewd mouth. "I'll inform them when I get downstairs." He said only to add. "Oh and breakfast should be ready, unless the guys ate everything." He paused and checked his watch to make sure. Giving the time she may have a chance since all of them wasn't up yet. That was something he couldn't be sure about.

"Anything else you need?" Angel asked while he brought his gaze back to her only to slide his suit jacket on and make sure it was on straight. "Oh and until then, I have some extra pajama pants or some basketball shorts for you. I don't think I want them looking at those legs without me being around. I think I may get jealous." He teased her with a charming smile, only to motion her to follow as he went back towards his bedroom.

Smiling as he agreed to letting her go gether clothes atleast. Walking over to him as she heard him offering her his shorts or some pants. He commented he may get jealous if the men saw her legs. Smiling as she walked past him to his room but she didn't bother to tug her shirt down to keep her ass covered since she didn't hear the men moving around.

Reaching his room as she pushed one side of the door open then slipped inside. Though she stood in his room thinking about what he could be doing today. Sighing as she turned to look for Angelo. She knew he was a careful man so he'd return back here unmarked.

"Where are your shorts? I don't like walking around your place with my bum peeking once in awhile." She called to him as she walked back to his door to look at him. She leaned against the door frame looking at him with a soft smile.

A smirk came to Angel when he saw her come towards him only to be given a smile. He wasn't sure if that was because of what he said or the offer he made to her. Either way, he slid to the side to allow her to pass before following her. His eyes subconsciously formed the back of her figure only to land on the round and perfect ass of hers. It was then he became aware that she wasn't pulling her shirt down and her walk was causing it to roll up some. She had to be doing this on purpose, like she was punishing him for something he had no clue about.

Aiko only made things worst because now he didn't feel right bringing some piece of ass home to take out his frustration while she was there. It felt wrong in some ways. But at the same time he wouldn't want her to leave for the world. Angel felt his eyes enjoying the way she walked until they entered his room again. He watched her head into his closet which brought a smirk to his face. She didn't even know where he kept his things at and yet she was moving around like she owned the place.

Angel laughed a bit when she came back out while looking a little confused as to where his things were. "Shorts are like house clothes to me. So they're in the dresser draw." He told her while moving to pull out the middle draw on the left side of his dresser. There were different pairs and brands. Some were like jersey shorts and other looked like sweat shorts. "Or you want a pair of my boxers instead?" He asked with a raised brow since he knew some chicks didn't mind doing so.

Laughing softly as she went over to his drawer and pulled a pair of shorts of his that had a draw string. Turning around where she faced him then slipped the shorts on with her tying them off.

"Wear your boxers? I think I'm content on wearing your shorts." She said as she walked over to him as her finger tips ran over his vest. Her thoughts trailed to the image of him in his muscle shirt last night and simple pants. Finally her hand came to a stop on his chest where she laid her hand on his chest before looking up at him.

"You better get going before your men start to worry about you." Her voice was soft when she spoke to him. To her just standing close to him was peaceful either way she took a step back from him but smiled. Her steps took her away from him but she felt a slight tug when she parted from him. Walking down stairsto the kitchen to find something to eat. Her stomach growled as she reached the first floor seeing one or two men wandering around. When she reached the kitchen she found some toast and snatched it before one of the guys could get to it. Smiling as she ate it in silence when she left the kitchen. Today was going to be one of those days of relaxing and perhaps hanging with Angelo when he returns.

Angel shakes his head some when he heard her laugh. He remained by the dresser as he watched her come over and select something to where. He didn't bother with looking away like he was shy or didn't want to make her feel uncomfortable. Instead he watched to make sure she could fit them and was about to get inside of them. He wasn't sure how bad her injury was, so he wasn't to make sure she wasn't forcing himself. He knew she would try to hide any pain she was going through and pretend it wasn't there.

So Angel had to keep his eyes on her to find the slightest wince. Lucky for her, he hadn't noticed in and smirk at what she said about the boxers. "I just figured you'd want to get inside a pair." He teased only chuckling at how bad of a joke that was. His gaze rose when he saw her come to stand before him, her hand on his chest which only caused his pulse to quicken a bit. Those light brown eyes locked onto her own while he brought his right hand out of his pocket to gently comb his fingers through her hair. Nothing was said as the two just stood there only to separate from one another.

Hearing what she said, Angel gave a shrug of his shoulders. "Let them worry, I'm the boss remember?" He asked with a smile only to follow her out of the room and down into the kitchen where a full spread awaited them. There were a few people there as two female cooks continued to make more food to make sure everyone there had something to eat. Two kinds of scrambled eggs, soft fried eggs, and hard fried eggs, pancakes, waffles, bacon, sausage, ham, breakfast rolls, and sliced fruit. It looked like a catered meal and that was what they were paid for. "Trey, you and Kevin take Aiko home to get some things. She isn't to lift more than her wrist." He ordered the moment he stepped into the room.

Two twins stood with their backs to the counter, both wearing black suits with white ties, and each having a clean shaven head. Troy always wore jewelry on which was clear by the earrings and the small necklace he wore. Trey was busy picking a piece of bacon off his brother's plate only. "Gotcha boss." He said after securing piece of fat and then placing it in his mouth. Kevin was sitting at the table with the other bodyguard and tony as he turned towards the boss. "Understood." After Angel made himself a sandwich using two waffles pieces and putting some scramble eggs that was made with cheese and some bacon on it.

Angel placed it on some aluminum foil and wrapped it up only to pour some syrup on it. When on the go, you had to make things work. He grabs his cup of orange juice and began out the kitchen. Tony and his other bodyguard rose to follow after him, knowing the driver was already ready and waiting. "See you later sweetheart." Angel said to Aiko and gave her a kiss on the cheek before finally leaving out.

She was sitting on a bar stool when Angelo instructed off hand that she wasn't to lift anything. Aiko choked on her toast as she looked at Angelo. "Oh come on." She commented about it but watched as he fixed such an odd dish. "Damn Angelo I know the food in the marines was bad but it couldn't be that bad." She laughed softly but stopped when he called hwe sweetheart then kissed her cheek. "After you eat that please brush your teeth before you come back to kiss me."

She said playfully to him as she watched him walk out of the kitchen with the remaining men leaving with him. Smiling as she sipped on her oranage juice wondering if the two guys minded in helping her. After she got done eating she got down from the bar stool then walked over to the guys who were going to help her. Looking over at them seeing they were still eating at their own pace. All she could do was smile as she left them to eat of course she could take off and grab her things but she wasn't going to let that happen.

She turned around when she reached the door to look at Kevin and Trey. "When you guys are done lets get going." She wasn't going to waste any time nor was she going to rush the guys and look like a bitch. Looking like a bitch was the last thing she wanted to appear to them since she will be working with them shortly. With her walking across the main hall she slipped out the front door where she sat on the side. The sun caressed her cheeks as she laid back on the concret. Aiko looked at the clear blue sky figuring she didn't want to seem like a tool anymore but apart of a family. Sighing as she closed her eyes coming close to falling to sleep with the sun warming her up.

The men laughed at the joke she made and Angel kept it to himself since he knew he'd get her back later. Instead he headed out of the house and into the waiting Bentley. While he got in, he wonderd if it was wiser to change up the cars he was driving. With less enemies it almost sounded like it was too late for that and maybe that was the reason it made sense as well. The few the enemies and more they'd try sneaky things to get around to taking the top. "So she my boss now?" One of the bodyguards asked as he climbs into the front passenger seat.

Biting into his sandwich, Angel merely watched his guard as Tony looked to him like he held the same question. With a sigh, he broke the meal from his mouth and chewed the remaining bits before saying. "When she heals, she'll be another one of my bodyguards. She takes orders from no one nor does she give them out." He made clear for them who nods there head or shrugs their shoulder like they didn't care. "You muthafuckas get on my last nerve." He said which only made the others laugh before the car pulled off to take them to his first destination. The were such a pain, but they were still family and so they were his pain.

Back at the house, the two were waiting for Aiko to sound the all out signal. She seemed to be content with waiting for them which they found all. But they were getting tied of waiting since they couldn't comment to anything as long as she was ready to leave. When she told them to come and get her once they were done, the two gave a nod of their heads. Soon once they finished shoving a few more fork fulls into their mouths, they moved out of the kitchen after her. "I thought I'd have to wait forever!" Trey said as he jogs down the steps and heads over to the SUV that Kevin owns.

He moved to the back door and held it open for the woman while he heard Kevin laughing with a shrug. Kevin climbed into the driver seat and started the engines as he waited for everyone to get inside. Closing the door behind Aiko or for her, he would move to the front passenger seat to wait. "Address?" Trey asked with his hands holding onto the GPS device.

Her eyes snapped open to see the guys already there. Shocked that they were quick to follow her. Smiling as she dashed to join them and when Trey opened the door she slipped inside. The space was enjoyable but she loved her motorcycle since she can explore any area she wanted. Settling back in the seat to hear trey asking her about the address.

"23rd street. Its an apartment complex." She looked out the window hearing the engine starting up as Kevin started out the estate. Something told her something was off but she ignored it. Shaking her head as she leaned against the door looking at the scene changing. From wide open ranges to city limits the sounds of cars honking their horns seem like a strange sound to her now. Without thinking she touched her chest where the bullet wound was. There was some pain that was coming in waves. After awhile the pain disappeared when she looked at the two men.

Why pick them Angelo? She asked herself but her eyes went right back out the window wondering if he was slowly introducing her into the family. He has his reasons and she had no right to ask. Down one ally way she noticed a figure dressed in street clothes but he bared a black mark. Aiko straighten up now getting that uneasy feeling in her stomach. With her hand on her stomach she looked down the street seeing her apartment complex coming in view. The knots in her stomach got worse but she gave a weak smile if Trey or Kevin looked in the mirror to check on her. "Its the building on the right."

"23rd street Apartments?" Trey asked both to make sure and a bit surprised. A grin coming to his face as he punched the address in only to add. "I had this shawty up there bout a year back." He said as he placed the device back on its holder and allowed Kevin to take them across town. "You a Kim? Man was she a freak." He said laughing only to feel an elbow be placed into his ribs. "Man wha-" Noticing the glare meant that the driver was serious and then he remembered that Aiko wasn't some normal girl they could talk freak with. "Well, she was a blast." He said as he sat there like a good boy and allowed the silence to take over the vehicle.

However Trey got bored after a while and reaches down to turn on the radio where some hard rap music filled the car. Kevin gave him another glare, but the boy pretended he didn't notice it. So the driver reaches to turn down the music some, but let it remain on. After some time they were coming down the street where the complex was. Out of constant drilling by his father, Trey pulled out his gun and made sure the clip was full. He also made sure he had an extra two on him just in case things weren't a cake walk.

"What apartment?" Trey asked as she car began to get slower and Kevin spoke up like he sensed what Aiko would do or say. "You go in when we give the clear sign." He said with a firm voice as he continued passed her place and went down the street to the local gas station. "Let us do our job." Kevin told her as he checked both of his guns and steps out of the vehicle while Trey lingered behind to make sure he had the right apartment number first. He was kind of hoping he got into a gun fight so he could tease his brother. But with Kevin around, he may not even get off a shot. "Damn quick draw champion." The boy mumbled under his breath, almost forgetting the reason he was still in the car.

"C'mon, cough it up. We gotta secure the place, then one of us will come back and get you and the car." The windows were tinted and it surely wasn't an expensive vehicle nor was it common among their ranks. So the odds that someone spotted her inside of it was rare.

She couldn't help but laugh as Kevin was correcting Trey on his terms of Freak and his choice of music. If she didn't know better she would have thought they were brothers. Hanging her head but she looked up when Kevin took her right past the apartment complex. "Whoa...." She leaned forward having Kevin instruct her on what they were doing. Sighing as she leaned back in the car seat with her rubbing her eyes.

"Apartment 40. Third floor directly across from the stairs. Guys becareful more than likely my apartment's been altered in some way as in pick locked." She said as she looked at the two of them. There was no way in hell she was going to tell them Angelo came in when she was naked and still in the tub.

In her apartment it was cleaned up as the knives from her front door were removed and repaired. The small unit of hers cleaned her apartment for her but when they saw Angelo had her they packed her clothes up in duffle bags and her weapons in boxes. The men left the door unlocked but that was two days ago then the men kept a close eye waiting for Aiko to return. The men respected Angelo's position and one of them done research only to realize the two had a history so none of them were going to get between them.

Back in the SUV Aiko sat in the car waiting for the two to return with the all clear signal. Though she sat there in silence with her arms crossed over ehr chest but the sudden pressure made her wince. "Shit..." She muttered and gently rubbed around the wounds to ease the pain and didn't reopen the wounds. She looked out the front window to see some kids playing but they took off as some other kids chased them. Old fashion tag game. Aiko laughed as the smaller kid managed to tackle a bigger one into the grass. Shaking her head thinking it was great to be a kid no matter what kid of family you had.

That was pretty much how their group worked. Old Man Carter wanted it to be like an actually family and have real bonds between one another. That made them work harder and fight more to protect one another. The main reason Travis couldn't last long in their organization. When you considered someone blood, nothing would stand in your way to keep them safe. Something Angel heard often growing up.

The same went with Trey as he walked along side his more serious partner. The two kept an eye out as they made it down the street and to the 40th apartment where Trey remained in the living room as Kevin searched the place. "I'll go get her, you remain by the door downstairs." The man said as the two began to move down the steps. A few minutes later the suv beeped as Kevin turned the alarm off and climbs back into the driver seat. "All clear." He said while making sure she was okay. Slipping the key into the ignition, he turned the vehicle on and made his way down the street.

Trey was standing there by the main entrance waiting, talking on his cell phone which he quickly hung up the moment he noticed them. "Bout time. I thought you broke your hip on the long walk." The boy teased but Kevin was only a little over thirty-five. He was aware that seemed like light years away to a kid about twenty. "Oh shut up." The man snapped back as Trey held the door open for Aiko and Kevin moved to the main entrance to do the same for her. "C'mon, get the lead out cha ass." Trey said, teasing Aiko since everyone seemed to be a bit too uptight.

Last time he checked, they just crushed their biggest enemy the day before. Trey knew the coast wasn't clear, but no one seemed to be enjoying that small slight victory. Then again he was always in a good mood and couldn't think of a good reason not to be. The two of them soon followed her into the building and back up to her apartment so she could gather her things. Of course they didn't play to let her carry even the smallest of teddy bears back downstairs.

Aiko looked up to see Kevin coming back with the all clear signal. "As I expected..." She muttered but when they got to Trey she went to open the car door but Trey beat her to it. Slipping from the SUV as she looked up and down the streets and noticing there wasn't anything to worry about. Hanging her head as she went to the door but looked over her shoulder at Trey when mentioned getting the lead out. Smirking as she turned to him.

"When my wounds are healed remind me to kick your ass later on." She said playfully as she winked at him but turned from the men then headed up the stairs to her apartment. Pushing the door open as she noticed the windows she had were open. Sighing as she looked over her shoulder at the men then pointed to the windows.

"I'm guessing the windows weren't open, huh?" She couldn't get rid of her smile as she went and closed the windows. Though she went to her bedroom where her custom made leather holster was set on her bed with her things already packed up. Though on the dresser was a shoe box she had in her closet. Laughing softly as she grabbed the box from the dresser then went to her door.

"The things are in here. Its already packed up." When she means things she meant everything. Her clothes, perfume, shoes, make up and of course her weapons. In one long duffle bag was one rifle that had a cherry red stock and made from pure wood. It was the rifle her father made for her when she was small. Amazing on how he knew she'd love guns. She tilted the box in her hands to bring Kevin's and Trey's attention to it. "I'm going to handle this much atleast. Its not like I'm going to allow loud mouth to handle it." The loud mouth was directed to Trey as she had respect for Kevin not because of his age but his experience.

Her sudden turn around caused Trey to jump back some and reach for his gun. The fact everyone knew about the history the two of them shared made her that much more fearsome. So he knew full well that she could kill him with the least amount of moments. Hearing the fact she was joking caused Kevin to erupt into a fit of laughter. He enjoyed seeing the fear written on the boy's face. "Dat shit ain't funny." Trey said as he lowers his head and follows the two to the apartment.

Nothing else was heard from him as he went to grab the bags, as much as he could carry and took them to the trunk. "You hurt his feelings or me?" Kevin asked since he was a bit unsure of it, but he enjoyed the fact someone shut one of the twins up. Normally only Tony or Angel could say something to make them hush the way they did. Trey had came back to grab some more stuff while Kevin held a few bags of his own. They both looked to each other when she spoke of carrying the container. Kevin gave an extra bag to Trey so he could free a hand up.

"Just let me carry it. Orders are orders." Kevin said as he reached out for the box. "You don't understand why me nickname him Angel of Death. Not just because of his ruthlessness, but he also manages to see and know everything." Trey explained only to look over his shoulder since him and his brother believed he had cameras or people following everyone. That was something that often popped up when they were smoking, followed by the 'Who were following the people following us' question. With the right kind of weed, that went on for a little too long. Trey decided he had his excuse, his hands were full, so he made his way to the suv to place the last few things in the back.

He stood at the bottom level as he waited for the last two to come down and join them. His eyes searching the street every now and then to make sure nothing out of the normal was happening. Then again, he wasn't sure what fell into that anymore.

Shaking her head at him when Kevin asked if she shut him up for him. "No, I got a feeling Trey is the type who will run his mouth when he gets the chance. Besides he needs to know some women won't take his shit some of the time."

She informed Kevin but looked over when Trey grabbed her things then placed them in the SUV. He returned to grab some more but she shook her head to Kevin when he offered to grab the box. "Its holds something dear to me. I don't want to loose track of it."

She walked behind Trey but stopped in the living room then looked over at Kevin then walked back over where she opened the shoe box. "Theres nothing deadly in the box." She informed him as inside the box was two tiny bears, jade dragon and some photos of her and the unit when she was in the marines. Shutting the box as some other items in the box were from over seas. "I'll take the heat if...Whoa Angel of Death?" She looked at Kevin as he let that part slip out. That nickname to her didn't seem to exactly fit him but of course its been awhile.

"I have a different nickname for him." She beckoned Kevin to follow her out of the apartment. Once they were out she shut the door and held the box close to her chest. "More than likely Angelo hasn't told any of you about our history together. We weren't fuck buddies but partners before this underworld snarled us." She told Kevin as she walked down the stairs to see Trey was waiting for him. Once again he remained quiet smirking at him as she approached the SUV before she opened her door not expecting the guys at the moment to tend to her. "Come on guys lets get back before your Angel of death gets back." She wasn't joking about it so she learned alittle bit more about Angelo. Shutting the door of the SUV then pulled out the photo of her and Angelo sitting at the water fountain. They were in their fatigues as she stood there with her rifle behind her head then having Angelo sitting there with him having a slight smirk.

Kevin just shrugged his shoulders since here was little he could do about it. If he forced it from her and hurt her, then he would get worst punishment than just letting her handle it. Realizing it was a lose lose, he just let it be. "Okay, if you say so." He told her as he moved downstairs and placed the rest of her bags into the back of the suv. Reaching up to grab the door and pulling it down before walking around the driver side to slip inside. Once Trey climbed into the passenger seat and Aiko was inside, the vehicle was brought to life.

Soon he began to pull out of the parking spot and begin their travels back to the house. Hearing what she said caused them both to raise a brow only to laugh some with a shake of his head. "We don't know nothing about yall past. We just found it out after googling you that the two of you were in the same unit." Trey said with a bit of laughter in his voice but she would find out soon enough what was so funny. "And we already know the two of yall ain't fuck before. You two seem a bit uncomfortable around each other." Kevin said while Trey shook his head a bit a that.

Noticing she could be a bit confused, Trey jumped in. "The two of you faking well, but we all can see it." Even though it didn't help or clear things up. "We wondering how long yall going to keep faking like everythings normal. I mean in the poll, I got hundred in ne-" And then another elbow found itself into his ribs and just like before he was confused as to why. "Why the fuck you keep elbowing me!" He snapped and if it wasn't for the fact the man was driving, he would have slugged him by now. There was only so much abuse he was willing to take.

Another knowing look from Kevin and Trey realized he almost put everything out there. She wasn't suppose to know about the poll the gang had for how long before they gave in to each other. "We not saying yall feelings towards each other aren't genuine, it just seems like yall trying to force each other to REMAIN friends." Kevin cleared up and hope that had made even the slightest sense. With a shake of his head, he looked back to Trey who was leaning against the door as he waited to get back home. He was tried of the abuse they got just because they were the youngest in the group. They were among the only blood Carter's left and still got little respect.

She looke dup shocked the guys noticed it before she even did. The feeling of her being awkward around Angel now. Growing silent as she leaned back in the seat with her putting the box aside but she folded her hands in her lap. With the guys placing bets on them it did make things harder now.

"Thanks for telling me you guys have a bet going on." She said knowing it was soem time for the guys to kill but she couldn't help but to feel the need to make every one of the men lose. That goal was impossible unless she knew the longest time limit the guys guessed. At this point she looked at her hands wondering if Angelo felt something towards her or was she going to another piece of ass. She didn't want to ask Trey, seeing he had a big mouth, how many women had Angelo fucked since he came to power.

Aiko leaned her head back and closed her eyes as she knew she stayed close to Angelo only because she felt safe around him. Her jealousy from the past perhaps did mean something as the women would have approached Angelo if she wasn't there. At the moment she was wanting to just get back to the house where she can change then go sit out by the pool. What can she do? Yank Angelo close to her then kiss him? The thought made her smile at the childish thought. Either way in if there was any feeling besides friendship between them then things would work out.

Every minute that draws by the closer they got to the mansion. When they arrived to the front door she snapped out of her thoughts but stayed silent. Gathering the box up as she opened the car door then stepped out. "Do you guys need any help with the baggage?"

The pair grew silent. Both of them instantly had the feeling they had said far too much. Now they could do nothing but wonder about the death that awaited them. A mood found its way into the car as neither of them said anything nor did they turn on the radio. They let too much information come out over the course of the day and she was carrying something. They already exposed the game which turned out as a simple joke and now everyone was taking it serious.

If either of them found up it was up to ten thousand, their would be another family lost today. The Carter family would all be killed by its own boss. The drive seemed a lot longer, sad given the fact there was barely any traffic out here. That only made it even more noticeable, but luckily they made it home. The two climbed out the car after turning it off only to notice she had bet her to the door. Hearing what she said next made them look at each other as if they were both imagining the extra death that could come.

"Nah...we've fucked up enough already. Let us at least ensure a kind death." Trey said though Angel wouldn't actually kill them for something like this. It was just that neither one of them wanted to be on guard duty. Forced to stand at the gates of the mansion or sit outside the warehouse for the next week or two. Of course that was somebodies job, but they were often punished with it to give the other guys a break. How could anyone just stand all day, doing the same thing for hours was beyond them. They could only imagine the extra placed onto it, like no tv or cell phone, maybe even twelve hour shifts, or not chairs.

The only plus side about that last one was the fact their shifts were shorter and so was their overall sentence. That didn't mean they were aiming for it though. The two gathered the bags and began into the house before two extra guys came out to get the rest and close the vehicle up. Most the family was there now, the dishes that once held all the breakfast were empty. Two guys were in there cleaning up, Angel didn't believe in forcing the cooks to make all that food and then clean up after those animals. Most of them were in the entertainment room doing damn near the same thing they were doing the night before.

Others were in the theater smoking while watching some comedies. It was clear they were all taking advantage of the time off they were being given. It didn't come often and they doubted it would last all week. "Anything else you need?" Kevin asked while grabbing Trey by his shirt as the boy tried to sneak past. They had already placed her things in her room and on her bed. True they had already finished the task they were told to, but they were hoping they could win some points and lessen their torture.

She followed the pair to her room seeing the men already placed ehr things in her room. Hearing Kevin asking what they could do to help her. Aiko smiled as she went to her duffle bag and pulled out the red bikini from the bag. Inside was a white cloth that came with the swim suit.

"I was wondering if Trey could stay and help me for a few moments." She looked over seeing Trey was captured by Kevin which made her smile. As usual her hair kept falling in front of her eyes. "About that bet...Angelo isn't going to find out about it. Theres no need to tell him of a silly thing." She gave Kevin a wink as she was going to over look this as she placed bets all the time but ended up diving in cold waters naked because of her lose.

"Kevin, please make sure Trey doesn't take off. I need him to help me with the sun screen." She informed him as she went into the bathroom. There she stripped of Angelo's clothes and slipped her string bikini on then the top slipped in place. The toppicked her breasts up in support and the bottoms formed to the curves of her ass. The strings came around her hip to flatter her tiny waist and flat stomach.

Walking out of the bathroom as she ran her hands over her ass to flatten out anything that may bother her. She looked ot the guys as her hair was braided back from her face. Her steps crossed the floor as she reached into her bag pulling out a bottle of sun screen. All she needed Trey to do was rub it on her back then she could do the rest herself.

Trey felt uncomfortable as it was. It was like he had just walked into Angel's bedroom without him knowing or entered the man's office with bad news. This had him feeling like it was a trap, like a worst death awaited him. "You heard her." Kevin said and motioned with his head for the boy to move back into the room to tend to the woman. Both froze when they her what she said and breathed a sigh of relief to know they could continue to live. "Thank you so much." The pair of them said before Kevin bows his head and leaves the room since there was nothing left for him to do.

Trey stood there feeling like he would rather be shot then do this, but thinking this was keeping her from snitching on them. With that in mind, he would grit his teeth and bare through it. He couldn't imagine doing anything that could upset Angel, she had no idea how much they were grateful for him. His ascension to the throne and his actions quickly crushed the speak of in fighting between them. Talk of war to take the throne by force. The man came and gathered those on the fence about things while eliminating those who took their defiant stance.

When she came back out, Trey took a deep breath only to add. "You know we do have female members? They most likely already by the pool or in the kitchen or something." He said like he was trying to find a way out of things, because the feeling this was a trap or set up was screaming in his head. He looked away from her figure only to glance back when she grabs the bottle up. "I got ya back, you get the rest?" He asked as he moved towards her to take the bottle out of her hand. He poured some into his palm and smears it together while he waited for her to expose her back to him.

It may have seemed like he was rushing but he felt like he had to. Everyone knew the boss may not return until later in the afternoon, but it felt like the man would appear at any second. He wasn't sure what would happen to him since this wasn't something he was use to. Could his father beat an ex marine? Oddly enough he was extremely doubting it.

"Thats all I ask of you." She turned around exposing her back to him as he moved her hair from her back. Though she didn't think there were female members there. To be honest she wasn't to comfortable with women touching her. With him pressing into her back like he was rushing so him being tender wasn't there. "Trey, please relax."

When she thought he was done she took the bottle and turned to him. "Thanks, Trey." She said with a sweet smile. Walking away from him as she sat in one of the chairs. There she added the lotion into her hand and smeared it over her legs./ She didn't expect Trey to stay there but she continued on with adding the sun screen to the remaining parts of her body. With the remaining lotion on her hands she rubbed it on her face so she wouldn't get burned. If she did she can imagine Angelo thumping her in several fashions.

Finished with the sun screen she went back over to her stuff and put the lotion away but she looked over ehr shoulder to see if she was alone. When she was she reached into one of the boxes to pull a switch blade out. When TRey was around something didn't feel right like he belonged there. The reason for her to get him to stay behind to comfirm her concern. Sighing as she left the knife in the box and wrapped the white cloth around her hips. In one swift movement she slipped into high heels and grabbed her MP3 player. Silently she left her room then went by the game room or any place the men were to relax.

Getting outside where the sun hits her body. Smiling as she went to the back seeing some of the women who worked in the kitchens were outside already. Aiko walked to the opposite side where she laid down on the lawn chair. There she laid on her back with her placing the ear buds in her ears and having latin music start playing. So far the men didn't tell her when Angelo was returning so she was using this time to relax. Reaching down as she loosen the cloth and rolled onto her stomach in a full stretched out position.

Trey looked took his eyes off the ceiling when he heard her speak only to chuckle some. "Yeah..sorry." He said before placing his focus on the task at hand. He stopped rushing and made sure to spread it along her back evenly and the right way. Once he was done, he rubs the remains of it into his own hands. "Your welcome." He didn't know why, but he had the feeling she was going to pump him for information. He was glad she didn't as he headed out of the room and went to look for his twin.

Finding him in the gun range.

An hour or two seemed to pass before that Bentley was returning through the gates and heading to the main house. Things went smoothly but not as he would have liked it. He found a few houses and buildings that fit what he was looking for, but knew the man was trying to legally rob him. After controlling Tony's temper to stop from pounding the man, he decided to go look at a few other places. Someone would return to pay the man a visit and convince him to lower his prices. Not kill the man since that wouldn't allow him to get the things he was seeking, just add a bit of pressure to him.

Once the car pulled up, Angel climbed out of the vehicle before his driver could get to the door. "Give it up, I'm ain't no stuck up rich brat." He told the man with a pat on the shoulder. The driver always tried to get the door for him and only ever managed it when his boss was returning to the car. Angel smoothed his suit out as he went back into the house with his bodyguard and Tony bringing up the rear. The thought to find and see how Aiko was doing had crossed his mind, but he figured she may want her time alone. Word would spread that he was back in the house and if she wanted, she'd seek him out.

Instead Angel decided that it would be better to spend time with his men and talk with them. So he headed down to the entertainment room. "Who wanna lose half a mil?" He asked once he entered the room while removing his suit jacket. The room began to laugh at the boast since ain't nobody in here have that much money but him. Not to mention the fact he wasn't all that good at the game. In truth, he wasn't a horrible player but he wasn't gonna reach the pros either.

Angel just figured there was no point in beating them and taking their money. He wanted to build relationship and moral, not show how great of a difference it was between them. After waiting until one of the games ended, he would jump in and play a few games. He enjoyed his time with them, laughing and joking as he lost money.

Within those two hours Aiko got tired of being alone and walked over to there the other women were. She felt odd like it was high shcool but before she could say a word one of the women handed her a cold bottle of water and made room for her among them. All she could do was smile as she listened to their gossip but she couldn't gather information when they began to ass her questions then got playful when she refused.

Aiko smiled as a pair of girls were playing around and fell into the pool. Her view of women was beginning to change when one of the cooks grabbed her shoulder.

"So wheres the relationship between you and my boss?" The older blonde asked with her brown eyes looking at Aiko to see her face turning red. The blonde and the other women shrieked in shock and began to offer advice which Aiko shook her head.

"No its fine. If things were meant to be then things will happen." Aiko said as she got to her feet only to have the girls pull on her hands for more gossip. Aiko pulled free and bidded them farewell before she headed inside with the cloth wrapped tightly around her hips. When she got inside she heard the men yelling out in victory and harassing the loser. There was one voice that stuck out and it was Angelo's. The sound of her heels echoed off the front hall as she went to the game room to see Angelo was one of the guys. Smiling at the sight as she waved it off to allow him to be one of the guys. There was one room she didn't get to see on the way in. She stepped into the large den where Old man Carter's painting was.

Aiko stepped closer to it as she noticed it was an oil painting. She stood there in silence looking at the old man and the people who surrounded him. So he surrounded himself with people he cared for....What a man. Though she did wonder why didn't Tony nor his sons take the position. Rubbing the back of her head as she figured the men wanted Angelo to keep the family going with no problems but why was she getting the feeling something else was among the men that Angelo didn't know about. With her arms wrapped around her waist as she hung her head. "Why make me one of the men, Angelo...." She said to herself as if to piece it together. Did he suspect something and she was his plant for later on? Cursing softly as she turned to leave the room then re-entered the main hall to hear the men still having a great time.

"Ten thousand!" Someone in the group shouted out as Angel watched his opponent sink his six ball in a row. He saw no point in betting them and making a fool out of them, though he could. He could let them bet him until he lost a good hundred thousand, bait them into doubling up, then take it all back. That would just be cruel, but he didn't let them completely win. Here and there he could win but never had more than a two strike run. That easily brought some on his side and then caused others to laugh when he failed at it.

Some thought the Boss should be perfect in every way, he didn't see a reason for that. He didn't see himself as a god or king, he was there leader and someone in that position should never be too far ahead of them. Granted that made it possible for people to think they could beat him, but that wasn't a problem here. He never lost at the gun range and showed his combat prowess when they boxed or wrestled. So it was clear he wasn't a push over. It also could have been when he was first given the title, he put a bullet in the brain of someone who thought they should have been given it.

Angel trusted most of them, but he knew there were some who was hidden from his view and staying silent. Tony had always been in support of him, so he was okay with it. Besides he was among the only members to know about this before there was even a prize on old man Carter's head. There were still blood relates though, ones that weren't included in the circle and he knew he needed to worry about.

It seemed time had flew by while Angel was playing pool. His jacket, vest, shirt, and tie had been removed and rested on the counter to the bar. He was left in a white wife beater as he continued to play pool and didn't even notice that Aiko had peaked in on them. It wasn't until some time after she left that one of them whispered into his ear. He had glanced over his shoulder to the entrance to see she wasn't there anymore. After a few more shots that ended the game with him a good fifty thousand short, he called it quits.

He slips his shit back on, but left it unbuttoned, and drapes the rest of his stuff over his left arm before leaving out. He was fastening a few of the buttons as he stepped out and ended up in the main hall. The sound of clicking had caught his attention and he looks up to see her leaving the dining room. "You hungry?" He asked with a raised brow since he wasn't sure why she'd be in their besides that. Not many besides him and Tony would go in there and rest, but he stopped going as of late. He had a copy of the picture in his office.

Once he realized what she was wearing though, he became a bit speechless. Looking over her form as it seemed like the attire was made for her figure. He then saw the heels on her feet and looked at her like she knew that was overkill. "Heels, really?" He asked as he places his back against the banister, resting there since he wasn't sure how long they were going to stand here.

Looking over to see Angelo had emerged free from his men. Smiling as she turned to go to him but Trey's voice entered her head about the bet. So she stayed where she was but smiled at Angelo. She was going to welcome him back when he mentioned about her heels. Rolling her eyes as she approached him. She stood before him as she felt her heart race but she ingored it when she looked up at him.

"Come on now. A girl got to feel sexy once in awhile." Her voice was soft as she fingered his unbottoned vest but her sharp green eyes went to his as she gripped onto his vest with both hands. "Kevin and Trey were a lot of help. Thanks." She was glad he picked someone who she could trust even if Trey was a loud mouth. Aiko moved closer as she kissed Angelo's cheek. At this point she had a feeling there was a spy watching them to inform the men on their progress. Sure she could have kissed him on his lips but wheres the point on disappointing the men? The thought made her smile on the inside when she stepped back from Angelo. "I'm glad you made it back without getting hurt."

Slowly she let his vest go as she climbed the stairs. On her way up she loosen her hair as it feathered down her back. She reached up under her hair and lifted it off her back as it felt nice to relax. Though she turned and looked down at Angelo. "Nice oil painting in the dining hall. It does capture his warmth bery nicely." Though she never met Carter personally but she heard rumors about him caring for the children in the area. That painting showed that spark in his eyes.
