Snuff Movie II - The Wheel of Snuff (WillowVX & littlerooster)

Alex nodded and held out her wrist to be shackled.

"No tricks." She promised. She let Rod shackle her up and lead her out into a private room.

He shackled her up and led her to a room in the mill where no one else could hear them speak.

"So, what can I do for you?" he asked trying to look cold but the light in his eyes was on.

Being close to Rod made her skin crawl. She really wanted to punch him over and over. She wanted to hurt him. He killed her sister. It was him. She hated him.

"I want to try and cut a deal." She took a deep breath and continued. "Me for them. I'll stay with you and Heath. You can use me for what ever movies you'd like. I won't fight you guys." Her head hurt. "Just no more girls. Let Blue and Alison go, move location, and don't take any more girls." She prayed that this would work. One way or another she'd stop them from hurting people, even if she had to give herself up to do it. She thought of something for a moment. She wasn't sure but she felt like she needed to tell him.

"And Rod..." She started, tears falling without warning. "I... I saw Alicia." She wiped her face on her shoulder and smiled. "I saw her. She was there, in the room with me, when I was in the cage."

Rod listened to her talk about the deal, it seemed similar to what Alicia wanted to do, Alicia wanted to run away with him, Alexis was willing to perform the shows and have done to her whatever they wanted to do.

"Alicia... I mean Alexis, I would have to put that to Heath, to see what he thinks, he would love the idea of a willing victim of course, one who looks keen to do all the tasks." he said to her.

Then he saw her cry, and she mentioned seeing Alicia, in the cage with them.

"But, but she is dead, do you mean like a ghost?" he asked her bewildered and terrified.

Alex nodded. "Yes. Do it. But you both have to promise to let them go, and no more girls. I will stay here for as long as you like. No fighting. I'll do what ever you both ask of me." She stood up straight and tried to look honorable. She just felt like a mess.

"I don't know..." Alex whispered. "She came to me before, during the show. She was dressed like a nurse, in all white. I thought... I thought that it was somebody you guys hired. But then nobody could see her, except for Alison..." Alex remembered that she'd need to ask her about that. "I know it sounds crazy. But she was there, Rod... She talked to me." She started sobbing. God, she missed her sister. "How could you do that?" She looked up at him, pain stung in her eyes. "Why did you take her away from me?" Alex fell to her knees and sobbed with her head down.

Rod broke down. He started to weep without sound.

"I loved her, we were driving away from Heath, she kept talking though, kept pushing, we would have been ok, her voice, the noise, the stress of not having my meds, everything, it just became too much, I crashed the car, and then, then...." he trailed off.

"It just seemed like I had to kill her" he said without any feeling in his voice at all.

"But you know what is on that wheel, why would you allow that to happen to you? He has other ideas, they are not mine, he wants to torture, he is quite ill." he looked at the ground.

"So Alicia just appears? Is there anything that causes it, anything that precipitates it?" he asked, thinking back on his pop culture knowledge of ghosts.

Alex felt cold. "I don't care what you and Heath do to me." She said. It was a half truth. She was tired. Part of her wished to die. She ignored his excuse about killing her sister. She couldn't think about it. "I just want to make sure this never happens to anybody else. I don't want any more innocent girls to be hurt."

Alex tried to think. "She came when I was hurt. She tended to my wounds." She thought harder. "She comes when I'm alone. Every time she's come, you were all either gone, or sleeping, or occupied with the game." She remembered one other time. "She also came when I was with the girls, trying to escape." She didn't know if it meant anything. "I don't believe in ghosts. But I know what I saw."

Rod considered what she was saying.

"You know that eventually Heath will kill you and he will find other women" he said pausing a moment "I think you should carefully about what you are proposing" he said to her.

Alicia appeared again, behind Rod, she stroked his hair and smiled at him, and then smiled at Alexis.

She spoke to her "He is right Alexis, this is not the answer either" she said.

Rod was oblivious to Alicia but straightened his hair just after she had touched it.

"I think I better take you back now, I will tell Heath what you told me, about the deal I mean, not Alicia's ghost." he said to her.

He led her back to her cell, unshackled her and locked up the cell door and left.

Alex didn't have a chance to say anything before Rod took her back to the cage. She didn't know what to say. Alicia was there. She stroked Rod's hair and smiled at him so lovingly. Even after what he did to her. Alex was spinning and she thought she would be sick. Alicia had been right about everything so far. But she had to try. Atleast if Alison and Blue were out, those were two people that she saved. That was something.

"Alison?" Alex whispered, not sure of she was awake or asleep.

Alison heard Rod put Alex back in the cell and close the door, she then heard Alexis whispering to her.

"Yes Alexis, what just happened, did Rod hurt you?" she asked.

Alex shook her head. "No. No he didn't hurt me." She rubbed her eyes, she was tired. "Alison, you saw the woman in white. The nurse." It was more of a statement than a question.

Alison wasn't sure what to say, she had seen the woman in white, dressed as a nurse, but she saw right through her. Could this be the woman that Alexis was referring to?

"Alexis, yes, I did but, I could see right through her, like she was a ghost" she said figuring that in the situation they were in, why worry about sounding insane.

Alex looked at her intensely. "How could you see her?" She wondered if she should explain. She looked over at the sleeping Blue.

"She was my sister." She began... "Heath and Rod.. they made her do awful things. And Rod killed..." She broke off, getting choked up. "Rod killed her." She tried to take in deep breaths to calm her voice. "Nobody else was able to see her but you and I." She looked at the woman skeptically.

Alison could hear that Alexis was skeptical, it was her sister after all, she probably felt some kind of ownership to be the only one to see her.
But Alison did in fact and see her and started to describe Alicia to Alexis, her facial expression, her hair colour and style, everything in detail.

"I did see her Alexis, I hope you believe me, I described what I saw, is that your sister?" she asked not wanting to start a fight but not wanting to lie.

"It's okay, Alison. I believe you. Of course I believe you." She sighed but tried to comfort the woman.

"I just don't UNDERSTAND...." She trailed off, deep in thought. "How come you can see her too?"

"I don't know either, I have never, errr, never seen a ghost before" she said not sure how to put it and as this ghost was related to Alexis wasn't sure what the sensitive word for it was.

"Yeah I did, he is thinking about it, you know how he wants to create some masterpiece, it appeals to him, especially if you really do a good job of it, you know acting like you are keen for it all to happen." he shook his head like all of a sudden all of this was offensive and sickening to him.

"He won't let the others go until you have done the job though, he doesn't trust you Alexis" he said with a small laugh.

"I just don't want anybody else to get hurt." Alex whispered and curled up in the cage. It was impossible to get comfortable. Her body screamed at her for sleep.

"I will tell him you agree then, to go through with it and the others will be released afterwards" Rod told her.

"No, Alexis don't, you can't" yelled Alison.

"Rod, Rod, no, I won't be traded like that" yelled Alison at Rod as he turned to look at her.

"So you would rather be tortured then be left alone and then let go?' he asked her.

"Yes" she couldn't believe she just said it, but she couldn't allow Alexis to sacrifice herself like that.

Alex groaned. Stupid woman.

"Tell Heath we have a deal." Alex said strongly, with all of the energy she had left. She didn't lift her head to look at either of them. She kept her eyes closed and waited for sleep to take her.

Alison knew that Alexis thought she was stupid but she didn't want someone else's blood on her hands, not to mention there was not guarantee that the boys would keep the deal. They were trapped like rats in a cage and there wasn't anything they could do about it.

Rod left the mill.

In the morning Heath was sitting on a chair waiting for Alexis to wake up.

"So, I hear you are willing to be a willing victim if we let the other two go?" he said to her grinning from ear to ear.

Alex stirred. She wasn't fully awake, not until she heard Heath's voice. Gimme a break, she thought to herself.

"Yeah." She muttered, still half asleep. "Sure. Whatever." She curled into herself and wanted to go back to sleep. Screw these people.

In the morning Heath went back into the Mill to greet Alexis as she woke up.

"Good Morning Sunshine, I think we should talk about our show" he said to her.

Alex was waking up as Heath came into the room. She stared at him and nodded.

"Yeah..." She said with a deep breath. "Yeah, let's do that." Her whole demeanor seemed to have changed. She hasn't felt like a child in a long time, it was finally starting to catch up with her.
