Yeah, if its an app would we pay 1 dollar to have all the services of BM on the phone. What's even better is that you wouldnt need to type. You can just speak in the mic area and boom post is done.

Slimpies said:Realistically, I don't think that among the millions of apps, an app for a single forum would attain enough attention to attract new members. It would be a convenience for existing members. Another thing to consider is that, while such an app might fly in Google's play store, Apple will not condone apps with erotic content in it's app store. I realize that this is not all what this site is about, but it's a core theme and a hook to get new people in, there's no denying that.
A mobile-friendly theme, or a forum plugin that accommodates easier navigation, would be a much cheaper, simpler solution.

Playboy for iPhone gives you exclusive content you can only find on the App, plus the best articles from the latest issue of Playboy Magazine. Content includes NON-NUDE girl pictorials and original lifestyle content (Food, Drink, Style, Travel).
ComiXology has removed 56 titles from its iOS app this week — they range from Angry Youth Comix to Sex to The Boys: Herogasm — to adhere to Apple App Store policies. They’re still available for purchase from comiXology.com.
“In order to comply with the Apple App Store guidelines regarding adult or inappropriate content, some new releases were rejected for our iOS app this week,” a statement on the comiXology blog reads. “In addition, certain previously released titles that fall outside of these guidelines were also rejected and will be removed from sale.”
It's probably not an issue of cutting out links so much, but just simplifying the format, and maybe adjusting somethings like abbreviations and such.The_Gladiator said:I think an ap could be cool myself, might give me less links I have to scroll through to get to the one I want.
it would probably be easier if I turned off signatures on my phone, but then I wouldn't have them on on my computer either and I'm not going to bother to change that every day, so I'll just make due. haha.
but a mobile cite version could be cool also, although what links and such could you really cut out?

Apple has a known reputation for removing apps with adult content from the app store. This is from Comixology:

If you have a developer account, you can read those guidelines. They have clear rules regarding adult content and imagery. I'm not allowed to paste these guidelines here. I'm sure some apps will slip through the net and pass review here and there, but that doesn't mean they won't be removed at a later time. It's apple, they have a shit ton of rules.

There's so much small font - I can't even tell you how many times I've accidentally logged out or clicked the wrong thing. I know you can zoom in, but I have a Galaxy S2 and it's just a headache. I would prefer an app - easier, simpler...
