After he was done with his work, he looked around at the other pets who seemed to envy his pet. But he couldn't figure out that the reason was that they were staved for some much needed kindness that he seemed more than willing to give out. They all wanted the same thing: Love.That's all they ever wanted after realizing they would never see their family and/or be free again.

Alexis slowly woke up as time passed by, oblivious to her master's thoughts. She looked around, laying on her master's feet and yawned sleepily. "Ahhhmmmm...." She looked really cute, and then she jumped up to her master's laps when she wanted some warm. Looking around, she could see how people gossiped and laughed, but not at her. That's when people started to actually gossip about them, and a few slaves were surprised at the boldness she showed, even if she had a kind Master. And their jealousy grew even more when her Master just cuddled her back a bit, though he was blushing like a mad man and looked like he was lost and didn't know what to do exactly.

Alexis ignored the other nekos and master who start to pity them, but she couldn't help it. She loved her master, and that was it. But she was a bit sad when he put her down and grabbed the leash to take her. She obeyed every single thing he ordered, and she walked right by him. The rest of the first part of the day went on smoothly. N one really messed with him, except a few teasing here and there, which Chris mostly ignored. Chris didn't know that his neko saw him as a beckon of hope and didn't want to separate from him.
