She gave a slow nod at his words. "I .... I know. I just .... ah!" A light beeping noise signaled to Maiyume it had finally finished. A slightly trembling hand picked it up ... and her face paled. With Urowen only close to her, he could easily read the result. In the window read, in clear English, a single word "Pregnant". She looked slowly up to him, words trying to leave but unable to. Swallowing nervously, she managed to only hug him, a shaking hand resting on his back, her head going on his chest. An equally unstable right hand still held the test ... in case he thought it was all a dream so he could read it with his own eyes.
 
Urowen had to look at the test multiple times, even after she had hugged him. He couldn't believe that it was actually true. After all of the waiting and all the hoping, it was finally a reality. And to his enjoyment, it was all true. When he finally let the news hit him he couldn't hold in his excitement. He suddenly lifted Maiyume off of her feet, carrying her slightly away from the walls and doors. "I love you." were the only words he got out as he spun her around in celebration. He sighed happily as he finally stopped the spin. "This is great news."
 


A nervous smile was on Maiyume's face as she found herself in Urowen's arms. "I .... I know it is. And I am excited, truly. But also nervous at the same time. The actual process of giving birth looks as if it .... hurts worse than sex the first time." Her head went back to his shoulder as she took deep breaths, finally looking back up when she regained her composure. "Um ... I did think on your offer. And ..." "I will see if anyone is interested later tonight. For now, let's just focus on celebrating the good news." He held her tightly as he let out a happy sigh. "You will make a wonderful mother, I can't wait to see our child." He said in a soft tone as he lowered his face down to her and pressing his lips to hers.
