As he entered the town, he looked around for an inn, wanting to try to calm down, as well as get a solid meeting place for his group. Upon finding one, he is stopped by a familiar voice, a girl slightly younger than he approaching him.
"Balmung, is that you?" The girl asked, her hazel eyes shimmering a bit with her smile. He turned to her, confused.
"Reina...? What are you doing out here..? This is a ways away from Skyrim..." He commented, admittedly happy to see her. She was an old friend of his, as much as he could tell. He had saved her village from a bandit group, protected her brother in several battles during a civil war, and had been their personal bodyguard when they decided to move to Solitude. He.. might have even had feelings for her at the time, but given his 'duty' to his village, he had suppressed them. She had grown quite a bit in the past few years. She had become strikingly beautiful (Cha mod+5), to the point where he couldn't help but blush a bit just by looking at her.
"Looking for you, honestly. My brother will become the Jarl of Solitude in a few years.. it's complicated. But he's also getting married at the same time, and he wants you to be his best man. You did save his life after all.." She responded. 'And, I want to be with you..' She thought to herself, smiling softly. "You'll come, won't you?" (Diplomacy 30)
(Balmung fails the check, but would have gone anyway.) "I'd be honored.. But I'll be waiting here for a while... I'm waiting for my companions." He smiled back, still a tint red.
"Well, How about we share a room until then? Split the cost 50/50.. and I'll join you when your friends get here."
