Looks professional and (unless I'm mistaken and it really is) it could certainly be a real anime character. However, it loses points because other than the fact that the arms are missing, it reminds of an older overly sexualized squid girl (entirely a joke there Sea) and for me, her breasts are just a little too large for her frame.
