From hate comes love. (My_Apocalypse_Pony and I)

Joe was petting the cat as it had a purrin fit as always with him. He was a little quiet and glanced at his sister and smiled. He was not gonna bring up what happened earlier to day. He could start tutorin her tomorrow when she was in a better mood. It wasn't wise to study in a bad mood and he especialy knew this. He looked at her. "I had to. You're My sister and My twin. You're all I have." He smiled at her, his attention was stolen as the cat bumped his head against his sisters arm. "Mint you sell out." He looked at his sister and spoke. "Sure. We can start tutorin tomorrow if you want. The offer still stands. But I'm not gonna force." He wouldn't live for long if she was kicked out. If he didn't have the only person that kept him sane in a sense then what would be the point. "What do you wanna watch?" He asked her while stretchin a little.

Moving further back on Joe's bed, and crossing her legs, she scooped Mint up. Placing the cat in her lap, Lyndsey shrugged, "what do you have? we cant go back downstairs," she said not wanting to see her parents again. She also knew he had a ton of movies burnt onto his computer. "Of course i want your help, I just didn't expect you to give it," she said truthfully.

Joe stood up and got his laptop, he turned it on and connected the power cord before he looked at her. "You might be annoying 99.8% of the time but I still love you." He turned on the computer and let it load up. After a few mintues he logged in and looked at the list of movies he had. "I have clash of the titans if you want to see it." He looked back at her and pet the cat softly its purrin now loud.

"It's not out. Not legaly anyways." He stood up and opened up his closet door and rolled out a plasma screen tv. He then connected the computer to the tv, so the computer screen could be seen on the tv. He clicked play and moved back sitting beside his sister. "Wonders of the internet."

She smied at her brother then moved Mint, who meowed in protest. She layed on the stomach and rested her chin on the palms of her hands. She bent her her knees swinging her feet slowly in the air. As she watched the movie she she caught herself jumping, moving around, and talking to the screen.

Joe shook his head a little and laughed. He found her reactions cute and funny. His attention would shift from the movie to her for a few seconds. He liked the quality time they spent. It was rare for them but he liked it more than being alone.

By the end of the movie, the stress of the day had gotten the best of her. Slowly her head went from resting on both hands, to one hand, then to resting on her arm. Her eyes became gradualy more heavy she fought sleep but it overcame her and she missed the last quarter of the movie.

Joe looked at her seeing she was asleep. The cat, Mint, went and slept like a small curled up ball of fluff beside her. Joe then sat up a little and grabbed his beds blanket and drapped it over his sisters body covering her body, up to her shoulders.
