Joe was in essence a nerd, in every sense of the word but he was happy. He loved computers, math, books and especially liked doing complete college level math books just for the heck of it. He was a very calm and collected person, women barely fazed him as he was more intrigued by science and the internet. His intelligence had made him cold through out the years, in a way he had forgotten how to deal with people and had no friends but his tools and comic books. He was the complete opposite of his sister even if she was his twin. He was not your normal nerdy guy, he was antisocial in many ways but still did exercises in his room, which was the old attic of the three story house. He had black hair that was combed back, icy blue eyes, black framed glasses. His height was 5'7" and his body was well toned, he was no giant in strength but his body health showed. He ate healthy too and never ate too much. He was rarely seen out of his room. He could only be in two places, the school lab or in his room. He only came down to the kitchen for food or for a shower in the second floor bathroom.

Joe sat infront of his computer desk in his room, he was working on a program, being a creature of habit as he was. He always wore the same style of clothes and was always well groomed and dressed. He wore today a white buttoned up shirt with a red tie that hung loose around his neck. He had just gotten home from school a few hours before and hadn't undressed yet. Black formal jeans and a pair of black formal boots. His room had a bit of everything from classical music to melodic death metal. Some Basch played in the back ground. He cracked his neck a little as he decided to head downstairs to the kitchen for some water. He undid his tie and threw it on top of his small single bed and walked down stairs. With wonder for his much more rebellious twin sister.

Lyndsey is your average teenage goth, dark clothes, dark makeup, and dark music. Her hair is always changing, as is her style. She mix and matches her dark goth clothes with that of her best friends Kandi Kid attire. When she isn't skipping school she is at home playing gory video games or with her friends at the local goth club. Unlike her brother, Zee is pretty social she has a few close friends and quite a few acquaintances. The only thing she has in common with her brother is her eye color.

Sitting on the Kitchen counter Lyndsey took a large bite of the pizza that had just been delivered then went back to playing silent hill on her psp. She wore huge pink headphones that matcher her thigh high fishnets. The headphones blared some metal band that she had on her ipod. Her hair was black this week, with purple bangs. Swinging her legs her chunky knee highs banged against the cupboard. She wore a black t-shirt that said "Zombies give great hugs" across the the chest and pvc shorts with garter straps underneath to hold up her fishnets.

Joe scrunched up his eyebrows at his sister as her hair color was so different from the last time he saw her. He shrugged and walked over towards the sink and washed a glass. The dishes were still dirty and he had washed them last week. "It's your turn too wash the dishes Lyndsey." He knew that it was more likely for pigs to fly than her doing dishes. But he thought it was worth mentioning even if she insisted on going deaf. He walked over to the fridge and poured himself a glass of water and drank it in silence before he closed the fridge door. Talking too her was like talking with a wall unless by some miracle her psp were to run out of power. Joe rinsed the glass after he was sone with it and placed it with the few clean dishes and walked towards the living room and sat down on the sofa, turning on the TV and flippin through the channels and stopping it dry on CNN. His internet was a little laggy for some reason and it made his fun less. He glanced at his supossedly twin sister but he sometimes wondered if she or him was switched at birth. He would ask but its not like their parents were ever around. He didn't even remember the last time they had dinner as a whole family. He thought about it while starring at the TV and realized. They had never had a family dinner. His thoughts made him a little sad and he just shrugged it off. He turned off the TV and decided to head up to his room and work out a bit before taking a shower.

Lyndsey seen her brothers mouth moving out of the corner of her eye but didnt know, or care, what he was saying. He walked into the living room and sat on the couch for only a few moments then got up and head back up the stairs. "Hey dweeb, somethin' is wrong with my 360, fix it for me" she yelled over her music, "preferably before you go jack off to Asian school girls." Jumping off the counter she walked past him up the stairs, shoulder checking him as she did.

His eyes darted a little as she passed beside him, his eyes darted subconsiusly around her hips and legs for a few seconds. He shrugged at both of her comments. He would have checked her XBox for free if she had asked nicely. "You should pray to Satan for a new one. He has a office at Dad's company." He told her in a emotionless tone. "If you'd ask nicely. I would've taken a look at it. Just 'cause I'm bored." He smiled at her just too annoy her in his own small way. They'd had some small nice brotherly moments in the past but after a few days it was the same thing all over again. So now he was cold 24/7 since he knew nothing in a happy sense would last with her.

"So does that mean you aren't gunna fix it?" She glared at him and rolled her eyes "please" she sighed dramatically. Standing in front of him on the stairs she blocked his path her hands on her hips, "you owe me, you locked me out last week. And hey, I don't worship satin, I am wiccan there is no devil in my religion."

The way she stood there with her hands on her hips made chills run up his spine for a reason. They were good chills. He smiled a little as he looked up at her. "OK fine. But you still owe me. I'm doing a job thats a 300 bucks for free." He took a few steps foward until he was two stair steps bellow her. "What's wrong with the game system? I could have the part." He spoke with a small smile. They were fairly the same height only that he was just a few inches taller. But if she didn't color her hair. You could tell they were twins.

"I have no fuckin clue, if i did i wouldn't be askin' you" she looked down at him frowning. Uncomfortable with his closeness she turned around and walked towards her room. "Don't look at anything just keep you pervy eyes on the 360" she said coldly as she turned the door nob. Her room was messy clean and dirty clothes scattered all over the floor. Game and movie cases where laying on every surface, and her bed was a mess. The Xbox was at the foot of her bed under her flat screen that hung on the wall.

"I bet the cat is around this dark hole you call a room. Or the room absorbed it." He did a small joke and sighed." "Let me get My tools. I might need them too fend of the giant rats that may live in this warzone." He walked up the stairs up into his room and from beside his bed he grabbed a black tool box printed with old metal bands but mostly printed with the band name 'Dio'. "Yay for having a twin." He looked up at the cealing. "In the next life. Seriously, make me a midget or a goldfish." He shrugged and walked down stairs and entered his twin sisters room. He looked around a little before he kneeled before the X-Box. And turned it on seeing what was the matter with it.

Punching him in the arm she snapped "I said no looking around asshole." Climbing up onto her bed she sat at the foot so she could watch over his shoulder. A moment later Mint the family's cat crawld out from under her bed and hoped up next to her purring. "See my room didnt eat her," she teased, scratching the cat on her head.

The console sounded like something was loose and banging around. He rubbed where he was punched. She had too be the meanest person in the world. Next to Hitler. "Something is loose it could be---... You know what nevermind you don't care." He had turned the console over and started to unscrew the base from the body. "Only talk to be when another thing breaks. Or just talk to me in twenty years. No I take it back. forty years." He then went silent and started screwing the driver back in with new screws he took from his black tool box. After testing it he screwed on the base and turned it on. Until it started working again. He nodded and sighed, grabbing his tool kit and walking away.

"Oh quit bein a baby Joe, you know you love me. You would be so sad if i stopped talking to you." she grabbed his wrist as he started walking away "come on i was only kidding. You know it didn't hurt your stronger the that." still kneeling on the bed she looked up at him sticking her bottom lip out "do you forgive me?"

He sighed sharply and role his eyes before he looked down at her. She looked cute when she pouted. When they were little she pouted everytime for candy and every he gave in. "Fine OK yes. You're forgiven and I love you too. I'm bound by law too love you. We shared the same belly after all." He smiled down at her and smiled.

"Good," she said smiling and scrunched her nose, then let go of her brothers wrist. Pushing him towards the door she sneered teasingly. "Now go watch your Asian porn and leave me to my zombie killing." Leaning over the edge of the bed, ass in the air, she turned on the system, put the game in and grabbed her controller.

"Fine, fine. Get 'em twice for me." He rolled his eyes some before he glanced over his shoulder and took a unintentional peek at his twin sisters ass. He shrugged to himself and walked up the stairs. He entered the room and started too get undress as he recalled that he was going too work out before his sister asked him for that favor. He took a stretch and looked around his room and placed his toolbox beside his bed. He then removed his shirt and sat on his computer chair thinking of playing some music.

Flipping on her stereo Lyndsey turned it up to almost full volume. laying against her head board she started blowing the heads off of zombies as they ran, screaming towards her. Her heart pounded as she smashed buttons on her controller. Feeling her cell vibrate she pulled it out of her bra flipping it open she read the text "be there in five." Smiling to herself she turned off her Xbox and went upstairs to tell her brother she was leaving.

He had undressed completely and did his 100 push ups while wearing a pair of white briefs that clung tightly around his lower body. He rarely locked his room's door since no one ever came up that high into the house. He faced the door head first and some classical music played and he worked out almost completely naked. Not even thinking twice about his twin sister as she never came up to his room. Plus he needed the air that rushed through the door. He liked his room since it was the most private room in the whole house.

At the top of the stairs Lyndsey's mouth dropped, "eww creep put some clothes on." Turning her back to him she folded her arms. "I am going out, don't lock the door this time," standing in the door way she tapped her boot waiting for him to get some pants on.

"Get here by 10:00PM or I'll set up the alarm. When you stay out late the one that gets his balls busted is me. So from now on. Curfew is at 10:00 o' clock." He glanced up towards her and sighed. "It's My room. If you don't want too see me just stare at the floor or face away." He kept on doing his push ups. He didn't like her friends and he could've cared less, if she hated him.

"You are not my boss, go ahead Set the alarm, i have the code." She said turning back around to face her brother she glared at him. "You arent the only one who lives here you know. At least wear sweat pants geaze and they call me the freak." Turning around she stomped back down the stairs to grab her phone out of her room. She flipped it open and read the screen '1 missed call' and '1 voice mail' she hit send and listened to her mother blab on about how her parents weren't coming home tonight. Rolling her eyes she stomped back up the stairs she let out an exaggerated sigh. "The woman who gave birth to us said she and her husband are not going to make it home tonight. Something about a conference call in the morning, who the fuck cares."

He rolled his eyes a bit as she rambled on about the code. As she left he slid on some sweat pants and walked towards his rooms door. "Look just be here by ten. That's all I'm saying. And please don't bring that sleazy boyfriend into this house. At least not when I'm in the house." He shook his head as he heard about their said parents. "We we're made in a laboratory. We have no parents. Just two old persons that even forget our birthday. Reason why we gift each other. 'Cause they were not the ones that bought you that X-Box." He honestly hated their parents, their hatred for both parents might've been the only thing they trully had in common. "Have fun doing what ever you're gonna do. I promise I won't lock you out." He waved good bye at her and he slipped back into his quiet and relaxing room. He loved her in his own odd way. She was his sister she was supposed too be annoying. But she was honesly the only person he loved. In his own way. He had no friends besides fixing computers. All he had like it or not was her.

She smiled at her brothers last words before she grabbed her purse and ran down the stairs. Locking the front door behind her Lyndsey hopped down the front steps and down the driveway. Her boyfriend was parked at the end of the driveway, he leaned against the side of his car and looked annoyed. "What took you so long?" He asked her as she jumped up into his arms.
"Was fighting with my brother, sorry baby" she smiled and kissed him.
"I don't even know why you mess with that loser."
"Hey he may be a loser but we are all each other have."
Setting her back down on the ground he walked to the driver side door and got in. Standing next to the car she crossed her arms and clicked her tongue. "Come on babe we don't have all night," he said rolling down the passenger side window slightly. Rolling her eyes she got into the car and they pulled away.

He took a shower relaxing and enjoying the warm water. After his long shower, he got dressed with some black PJ's. He then wnet up to his room and closed the door. He was all alone in the house and he liked his said peace. He spent the night by mostly watching internet TV but he was already tired and before he knew it he feel asleep. He dreamt about the time they all went to Dysney World as kids with their parents. They were 8 and that was their last family vacation. After that they made the company and it all changed for the worse. All they wanted todo now is work. He didn't care for the money and he bet his sister neither. He wouldn't say it but he hated people who had stable and normal families. He sleep deep as always a nuclear war could ensue and he could sleep through it like a rock. He liked sleeping and working on his computer. Those were the things that made him happy. Girls oddly phased him and he never made a effort too be noticed.

It was around one in the morning when Lyndsey walked through the door. The alarm didn't go off and that made her smile. Dragging her feet up the stairs she went to her room and stripped out of her sweat soaked clothes and walked across the hall to the bathroom. Showering felt like ecstasy to her dance-soar muscles. After her shower she wrapped herself in a towel and went back to her room flopped down on her bed turned on her stereo and passed out.

He stirred awake, after a pause he looked at the clock and saw that it was 1 in the morning. It's a good thing he skipped on turning on the alarm. He didn't want too but he had too check on her. He sighed and got up and slowly made it down to the second floor. He was still half asleep, he looked around and was slapped awake by the image of his sleeping almost naked twin sister. His eyes trailed a little, the way the damp towel clung against her naked skin, the way her towel was a little too small for her, the way her body almost burst out of the thing piece of linen. He shook his head and walked away up the stairs, into his room and went right back too bed. In the morning he'd hopefully forget what he saw. But his mind still fantasized about the image as he layed facing up on his bed unable too sleep.
