Natalie smiled, and shrugged innocently. "Maybe you should wear a skirt, then." She lightly laughed, looking out at the entire water. Wow. To own an island. A whole island, in complete ownership. That was something Natalie couldn't even wrap her mind around. And when she brought her attention back to him, she couldn't wrap her mind around his next statement either. In fact, the other statement made it hard for Natalie to swallow. Love? The way he said it, and kissed her, and looked at her... it could've all been straight from a romance novel.
Her cheeks flushed, and she had no idea how to answer that. Did she love him? Or was she just getting comfortable? It could've been the whole virginity thing that she was still emotionally hung up on. It was strange to even develope feelings for a guy who originally had kidnapped her. It was all a very complex story, quite honestly. "Um..." She said, looking off to the side, then back to him. "Thank you."
Thank you? That was all she could come up with? She kicked herself for that kind of answer. She couldn't say love... it just seemed like a heavy word. And she didnt' want to completely close off from him, because she enjoyed getting to know him and this time. But gosh, a curveball like that was one that Natalie wasn't prepared for. She pushed up from the sand to give him a kiss along his lips, gently pulling a little bit at his bottom lip with her teeth softly, as she stepped a little closer, putting a hand to his face to keep him near. She kissed him for a bit, and then pulled away. "I appreciate all of this... and... it's just a lot to take in."
