Natalie sat next to her window, looking out at the sun setting along the small town. Her dad owned most of what she was looking at, which was sometimes impressive but others dishearening. Owning that much land caused a name to be spread around town. Everyone knew Natalie, but she didn't know anyone. She pulled her blonde curls to the side as she sat up, pulling her cotton robe around her body tigheter as she stood, getting herself ready for bed. She laid down in her purple silk covers, rolling on her back and thinking about the past day's events.
The robe was partly open, revealing something black and lacey underneath. But she didn't think about it. She was alone now. Her head turned to the side as her eyes slowly fell shut, pulling her into a deep rest.
