When Daniel took her hand she smiled at him and as he began to lead her up the stairs she replied to his question. "My past with drugs, for one." She said to him. Sure, he could say he would love her no matter what but the truth was he hadn't seen the marks shooting up for the past several months had left on her body and neither of them knew what the drugs had done to her internally. Then again, she was stupid to think that something such as some scars she had or some possible disease she contracted from her drug use would keep him from loving and wanting her. As he looked from room to room, trying to decide which to go into once they were up stairs she smiled when he took a left into his room.

Then, she watched as he sat on the bed and as she was pulled into his lap she kissed him on the lips before pulling back and looking into his eyes. Sure, before confessing her feelings to him she had weighed the bad things that would probably happened if certain people discovered their romance but the truth was she didn't really care because the way he made her feel and the connection the two of them already had, that had existed for years made it all worth it; no matter what hell might be awaiting them in the days ahead.
