Kiana blushes a little. She didn't know what exactly he meant by the talk of rope, but had a hint of an idea and she knew it was something that was meant to be spoke of only in hushed voices behind closed doors, not as another person was walking into the room.

Nessa brought over a tray to her, setting it down on the table before coming over to help Kiana to move to be a little propped up. They both knew that Kiana could not feed herself yet. She was as weak as could be. So Nessa brought the bowl to her and smiled, "Now remember, you said to force this down your throat, even if you beg and plead with me not to..."

"Indeed, and I have more things you must force me to do, which I shall share with you now." Kiana went on to explain about not letting her out of the bed and so one and so forth, Nessa agreeing to it all just as Lund had done. "Now remember.... no matter now much I beg. You tell me... no."

-----------

"PLEASE!" Kiana begged a week and a half later as she sat up in the bed, "Seeing nothing but these four walls is driving me mad! Let me come down to eat in the hall tonight! Plllllllease Lund! I'm going mad!" She plopped her head back against the headboard, "I... so.... bored..." If she had know a week and a half ago she would be this bored, she never would have swore everyone to force her own rules upon herself.

Lund manages a full nights rest having drifted off on Nessa began feeding Kiana. He turns to face her lacing as he begins to pace rubbing his chin which shows signs of a growth of a bears on his face. "Darling you made me promise not to let you leave the rooms. In fact you made me swear to you love." He moves to her kissing her cheek.

She gives him a heavy pouting face as she turns her face to look at him, attempting to sway him with the sad look on her face, "Why did I have to marry someone what was so true to his word all the time? You're too good for my own sanity." Her hand rose up to rub first at her cheek then reached to rub his chin, "You haven't shaved? What are you doing today? Are you sure you won't change your mind and let me eat with everyone else?" She had been spending a bit to much time with Lily and Meg. She was starting to pick up their habit of asking one question after another before getting the answer to the first one.

He sighs softly as he moves over to her pressing his lips to hers. "It's just a few more days love I promise. Then we will go riding out together alright?" He strokes her cheek smirking as she ask the questions one after another. "My sisters are rubbing off on you."

She suddenly groaned and put her face against his chest, talking into his shirt more then talking to him, "I am really going to regret this, but you shouldn't take me riding for at least...." she cringed a little and sighed, "two more weeks. God! Why do I keep on telling you what would be best for the wound but not for my sanity!?" She groaned a little more and sighed, "And I'm telling your sisters you said they talk to much...."

He laughs softly running his fingers through her hair hugging her close "Don't worry dear once we get you out of this room you'll feel better." He lifts her chin kissing her softly as he cups her face with his hands. "My sisters know I think they talk to much."

"Curses, then I can't use that to black mail you into disobeying me?" She knew the answer already, but it was just a bit refreshing to feel well enough to complain and joke once again. The wound was healing nicely, but after having been in the bed a week, she found it hard to walk about now, even if she only walked from one side of the room to the other, usually with Lund's help. Anything that made her feel stronger in her head then her body actually was very welcome.

He strokes her cheek as he sands up. "If you can walk around the room without assistance then I'll let you leave and eat dinner with me to tonight. " He smiles standing up and moving to sit in his chair watching her.

Her eyes lit up as he said that. She didn't care what she needed to do to get out of these four walls, but she was going to get it done somehow. "That is a deal. It is after all not like you are directly disobeying me. It would be like... I earn my freedom." She slowly put her feet over the edge of the bed, placing her feet on the ground. She tested the weight on her legs a bit before she walked to the edge of the bed, grabbing onto the post a moment while she was there, "All the way around and back to this post?" she asked even as she let go of the post and started to move, slowly across the floor. Very, very slowly.

He nods as he rubs his chin leaning back. "To the post and back again darling." He smiles staying in his seat watching her for now nodding as she moved. "You can do it darling just one foot in front of the other."

"I know I can," she commented as she felt her strength slowly returning one step at a time. Yet at the same time, her lack of walking about recently left her legs stiff and sore as she moved along. Soon she was about a 3rd of the way around the room, "You realize that when I win and you take me out of the room, I will yell at you a little later for breaking your word to me." He was damned if she did and damned if she didn't. It just mattered which way he was damned.

He smiles softly shrugging. "I don't mind darling. I'd rather see you up and about then driving yourself insane." He smirks as he stands moving towards her slowly. His fingers move down her spine slowly as he leans in kissing her neck.

"Don't," she says holding up a hand an taking a somewhat shaky step away from him. "You'll throw me off. No cheating. You can go and meet me back at the start point if you like. You can kiss my neck all you want there, but not until I have triumphed over this task." She took another few steps and was half way there.

He nods as he goes to stand beside the post waiting for her. "Just alittle more darling." He rubs his chin as he watches her walk slowly. "If you need to give up just say do dear and I'll carry you back to bed and bring you some of that lovely broth you enjoy so much." He laughs softly.

The mention of the broth only got her more determined to win this little bet they had made, "If you give me any more of the broth, I swear... you and I will NEVER have sex again. I don't want to ever have just plain broth ever, EVER again." Her steps started to get a little unsteady, and she was clearly starting to push herself. "I want solid foods. Meats, potatoes, vegetables..."

He takes a step towards her noticing the unsteady steps. "Darling becareful. You aren't as steady as you think." He smirks at her threat to cut him off laughing softly. "Oh your going to cut me off huh perhaps I should order you broth every day. I'll make the cook bland it as much as possible."

"You are throwing of my concentra-"
"What are you doing out of that bed!" Came a loud, stern voice from the doorway. It was Nessa, carrying a tray of food that was to be Kiana's dinner that evening.

Kiana's head turned to the sound and threw off her already somewhat fragile balance, sending her stumbling about 2/3rds of the way along her path.

He laughs at her smiling. He turns toward the new voice smiling softly before seeing Kiana starting to stumble. He rushes to her side putting his arms around her waist. "It's my fault she's up Nessa. I told her if she could walk around the bed I would let her leave the room tonight."

Nessa crosses the room and sets the tray down upon the table as she starts to set a place at it for her, "Well it's a good thing I got here and stopped that from happening. She is not leaving this room. You might be willing to humor her, but I certainly am not."

"Nessa," Kiana whines a little as she lets her weight shift so that Lund is supporting her more then she is supporting herself, "That's not fair! You have nothing to do with what Lund agrees to or doesn't agree to."

"Bring her to the table now Lund, before her dinner gets cold," Nessa completely ignores what Kiana has to say. It only makes Kiana huff a little bit and look to Lund for some kind of support in this matter against Nessa.

Lund smiles feeling her let him support her weight as he watched Nessa. "Nessa she deserves to leave for alittle time. I'd go stir crazy if I couldn't be allowed to leave a room for a long time." Be carries Kiana towards the table kissing Kianas cheek.

"No," Nessa simply replied as she pulled out the chair to let Lund put Kiana down in it. "Our instructs were a week in the bed, another week without leaving this room. By my count, you still have 3 days left on your own sentence. Three more days will not kill you."

Kiana groaned a little, "Three days sounds like a century to me right now!" As Lund put her into her seat, she frowned at the single place setting before her. "The thought of three more days makes me want to cry!"

"Then you should not made me swear to not let you leave this room," Nessa told her with a smile that made Kiana actually growl a little bit.

Lund sighs softly. "It looks like I can't sneak you out right now darling. I'll see if I can't bring back some wine for us to enjoy tonight before bed." He takes a seat sitting down next to Kiana patting her leg softly.

Kiana smiled a little at him, leaning in close and whispering, "Sneak me out tomorrow then?"

"I heard that!" Nessa said as he placed an empty plate in front of Kiana as well as another in front of Lund, "And you punishment for attempting to break the prisoner out of her is to keep her entertained through her meal."

Kiana smiled big, "I think he should have to stay here all the time and suffer this extreme boredom with me every moment of the day."

Lund smiles as he winks at her before Nessa can see him. He looks down at his bowl smiling softly. "Do you wish me to stay with you darling. I can if you want." He kisses her hand as he picks it up gently.

Kiana did wish the have company, but knew his obligations to his family were changed now. She squeezed his hand back, "No, you should eat with your parents. Meg tells me that there are suppose to be some kind of important someone or another at dinner tonight. You should be there for it." It have been so long since that night, yet Lund's father still had not fully explained his reasoning behind the choice he had made. And Jak had not been seen since then as well.
