The door leading to Kelly's office is a solid, polished mahogany, which reflects the taste of the woman within. When you enter her office, you're immediately greeted with soft vanilla and oceanic scents. It's not overpowering, but the presence is there. The large office is painted in a pale gold color, blue and white accents everywhere. There's a large window with a wonderful view--tinted just enough to mask the goings on in the office and provide natural light. White, sheer curtains and deep blue drapes cover the wall when more privacy is called for.
A small lounge is set up in front of the window: a large deep blue sofa with white and gold throw pillows, two soft swivel chairs in white and blue, and a sleek oval coffee table with a glass surface sits there. Hidden fairly well is a small kitchenette for preparing snacks and drinks for guests and the madam herself is present. An antique folding screen separates this area at the middle of the room. In front of the screen is a polished mahogany desk and a comfy white leather desk chair. The desk is neat and uncluttered, a sleek laptop sitting there as well. A book case on either side of the desk with sleek binders full of worker information as well as books on sex, safety, and more add charm.
No overhead lighting exists in this office. Classic floor lamps and small desk lamps provide all the necessary lighting in the room. Soft golden light bathes the room at night in a calming effect, and natural light floods the room during the day. Kelly specifically chose a plush, pale blue carpet for the floor, white and gold area rugs under the desk and the lounge area. A file cabinet built into her desk holds the files on clients and employees, as well as a locked drawer for her ledger's hard copy and her computer when it is not in use. A phone also has it's place on the desk. There is wireless access in the office, and printing is done via a network printer/copier in a supply room.
Though it is a place of business, Kelly's office is also a place of comfort and luxury and it is meant to convey such. Office hours are not posted.
