Feeling like I did something wrong in my response, and that's why they haven't replied.

Wanting to PM and ask, but not wanting to be impatient, either.

Realizing how clingy that makes me seem.

What's the worst thing that could happen? 1. they respond and tell you that you suck. That'd be good to know, if it's true. It's just one person's opinion afterall but if it's something that needs improving, asking and getting that feedback is crucial. 2. They are annoyed that you are hassling them for a post they are still working hard on. Also, good to know, although, it's something to take into consideration if they truly get that upset over a reasonable request for information while you've been waiting. 3. They respond kindly and reassuringly, that they are working on the post and apologize for the wait. Nothing bad about that. 4. They don't respond at all and you've neither lost nor gained anything from trying.

5. They explode in your face and get really creepy and threatening. It's a longshot, but I guess it could happen. Seems like ya woulda noticed red flags for that sort of behavior though.

Just send a gentle poke! :p The worst that could happen is a longshot!
 
How insensitive my school is towards cancellations. According to the Department of Transportation, the roads are reported to be icy and snowy. Even the news stations are advising people stay home unless they absolutely HAVE to go out. But this is all my school has to say on the issue:

"Please remember that as adults, all must make their own decision on attending class."

And take away from the the allotted 4 days we can miss a semester before losing our financial aid. People like cancellations for the luxury of not getting penalized because we looked out for our ass for once.

Retards who add me on messenger and can't bother being polite. "hi. wanna rp?" Is not going to get a good response if this is the first time you've spoken to me. As a matter of fact, the only thing I want to do is throw you off of a cliff and watch you hit the ground.

The games that some play, and then the hypocritical "criticism" that really just screams "because I have issues that make it I 'can't' do that, I am going to ruin it for him/her/them".

Pretentious self-righteousness masquerading as "concern for" whatever the cause of the minute/month is.
 
I know this is gonna make me sound old, but accounta-fuckin-bility!

Today I watched approximately thirty probation revocations and not one of these mother fuckers seems to think that it's their fault. Thank God the judge didn't see it that way.

When every person in my business speech class is christian besides me and just KNOWING that so many speeches are going to make me nauseous to sit through due to people's arrogance when it comes to their religious choice.

That it's very possible that Young Justice will be cancelled. In my opinion it's one of the best American cartoons to be produced in a while. The animation is slick, the artwork is good, and the storyline is fairly mature. It's a real quality show with some serious love thrown into it, not just for the work itself, but also for the source material it is based on.

I agree with you on that, Mitsu. I really hate when quality shows get cancelled and crap that only appeals to the brain dead or brain deficient stays on the air...
 
When a RP partner tells you he won't be posting for a few days because he is busy with other things, (wanting to get in some gaming time before his classes start back up), but then, you see him logged in on the site every night, hanging out in the BM chat for hours at a time, and now more than two weeks have gone by and not even a quick PM to let me know when he "might" be posting again or if he's totally done with the story. *sighs* It's disheartening (to say the least).
 
Waking up full of inspiration and the desire to write, but knowing that you have to be at work in forty minutes. Such a waste of a good writing day...
