He looked away quickly, hoping his ears weren't showing. "I have room, but my hours are odd. Hope you don't mind the stuff." He opened his door wide, showing his large collection of weapons, including gloves with claws on them. He blushed, realizing he hadn't cleaned and hidden his collection. Instinctively, his ears flicked, causing his hat the fall and exposing his neko ears. His blush deepened immensely, and he froze in his place.

When the boy started speaking her eyes flickered back towards the doorway, she gazed inside at the assortment of weapons and her eyebrows went up. Suddenly she detected a brief flitter of motion from underneath the soldiers hat, she glanced again but this time.. nothing. Was that just my imagination?

"Well If you don't mind I-" stopping mid sentence her eyes were drawn to the two furry ears that unfurled from beneath his falling hat.

Rin paused studying the neko ears for a good minute in silence before shifting her stance and placing a hand on her hip. She raised one eyebrow suspiciously and then a broad smile came to her lips.

"Well now... aren't those just simply fascinating. No need to feel embarrassed" she insisted, catching sight of his blush "I happen to think those look rather... cute" Rin finished, tilting her head from side to side for better views.

He blushed even more, bending down to grab his hat and quickly putting it back on his head, concealing his ears again. "Yeah, well you seem to be the only one. Last time someone knew I was a neko, some guys from a local 'shop' came over to my place and took me. I have scars, that's how much I got beaten." The blush was gone now. "Seeing those weak neko's in their cages, so eager to please those goons, made me sick to my stomach." He turned and started stashing his collection. "Make yourself at home."

"I'm sorry to hear that.. that's awful" she said as she watched him turn and walk into the room.

Rin followed the boy inside and started trying to make herself at home, she crossed to the other side of the room and sat on one of the beds (assuming there's two.). She stretched her arms out and pulled a pin from her hair letting the bristly black strands spring outward and fall further down her back. With her hair unbound it was still only medium length but fit her face well as it came down to surround it. Rin took subtle peeks around the room as she began unlimbering some of her equipment.

"please don't clean up on my behalf, I already feel like I'm imposing." she said as she crossed her legs and leaned over her knees, studying the neko as he worked "I promise I'll try to shorten my stay as much as possible and try not to be a hindrance for the time being"

The neko loked up at her. "Don't shorten your stay." He seemed nice enough, and he seemed to enjoy the company. "Listen, this is the first time I've seen someone besides Jack and Delshyk who don't mind nekos. Please, don't worry about the length of your stay." He bowed and continued to put away his weapons. "Also, I'm cleaning up because all this junk would end up hurting someone."

"Well I appreciate this.. a lot"

Rin stood and moved around the room, her eyes taking in every adornment along the walls, any articles of clothing laid out and every weapon scattered across the living area. She figured "what better way to learn more about someone than by studying how they live" and eventually she made her way around the room and back to the neko boy's side. She leaned down and grabbed the next piece of weaponry he was reaching for and brought it to his hand before he stretched any further, her thin lips forming a gentle smile as she waited for him to accept it.

"By the way, the full name is Rin Mori but please just Rin if you would. It's a pleasure to meet you- um.." pausing obviously so that the Boy could give her his name

"Trystan. Just call me Trystan." He nodded at her, then went to go put the weapon in his hand away. He sighed, looking around before clearing his books off the other bed and putting the in his closet. It was kinda funny the way he did things, and he did all of it with a slight blush on his cheeks. "So, what division you from?" He looked into her eyes. "If you don't mind my asking."

Rin released her grip around the weapon as Trystan accepted it and introduced himself, then she watched him stand and move to another side of the room where he rearranged some books. She didn't mind the fact that he was constantly moving around the room but did he have to do it with that damn blush on his face?. In truth Rin didn't mind his blush at all, she simply didn't like the fact that she wasn't sure if he was blushing because of her or because he was just naturally shy around most people.

"Department Thirteen" she said, rubbing the tattoo on the back of her neck that read D13 "what about you? How long have you been with Shadow Base?" the curious girl asked as she stood and slowly approached him from behind.

"Well, I haven't been to any other division in Roc. They found me at Wolf, chained to a pole in their leader's room. I've been here ever since." He had a large collection of books, and as he was putting them away, he failed to notice Rin behind him. "Do you like to read Rin?"

Rin's facial expression softened after hearing about how he'd been treated like an animal at his last station. The young woman cursed under her breath and the action came across almost as involuntary as a sneeze.

"Yeah I read a lit-" she said cutting off in mid sentence.

Rin didn't even finish speaking before another presence surprised her from behind. The voice was familiar and as Rin whipped around she saw one of her old friends from back before she ever joined Department Thirteen. It was Kisa, standing just the same as she'd remembered her from years ago. Rin was in complete shock, she'd lost contact with her friend a long time ago and never thought she'd meet up with her again, especially not in a place like Shadow Base. How could she not even hear her enter the room? she thought, though her old friend might have looked the same on the outside Rin imagined she must have been training just as hard as she has.

"S-sure" she said as she turned back towards Trystan "You probably know this place better than I do, would you come with me to grab Kisa a few supplies?" Rin stood and leaned towards Kisa as she walked to the door, she cupped a hand around her mouth and whispered "Kisa, when you get a chance I want to talk to you later.."

Pulling away from Kisa, Rin continued to the doorway where she turned and smiled using a beckoning hand motion to hurry Trystan along.

Trystan nodded, following Rin out of his room, curious as to how the medic knew Rin was in his room. He sighed, shaking his head as he readjusted his hat. His ears felt a little uncomfortable, but it was better than the alternative. "Follow me. The storeroom isn't too far from here." With that he pulled ahead a little, leading the way through the halls, to a heavy door with two gaurds there. He flashed a card and they stepped back, one opening the door. "We keep our supplies closely watched to make sure no thefts happen. These two gaurds are the only one's besides two others that gaurd here, so if anything goes missing, we know who to search for."

Trystan chuckled, patting the smaller neko on the head, scritching her ears briefly before taking the supplies from her. "You look like you were gonna topple. Tell me where you want these, I'll get them there." He smiled, bowing slightly, lookig around at the hallways, wondering where Delshyk went, and whether or not Wolf would attack any time soon. He hadn't been there for the naga, something Jack told im about.

Ezekial whistled to himself in his room, eyes roaming across the triplicate computer screens, breaking and making multiple deals every five seconds or so. He did this everyday; send a couple million here, another few there; it wasn't his money, most of the time. He just directed black market traffickings and money exchanges. Of course, it was his ass that got in trouble when stuff went wrong though.

He slammed his fist on the desk. "Fucking shit!"

He glowered at the screen ahead of him, working to fix up something he had sealed of months ago. Okay, so ten million dollars were now nonexistent. Not his fault! He just told people where to get the money, not give it to them directly. He had people for that! "Fuck this shit..." He yelled angrily as he dragged a hand down his bird-like face. Well, this couldn't end well at all.

Delshyk knocked on Ezekial's door. "Hey, everything okay in there? Sounds like something went wrong." He didn't know whether to come in or not, considering what Kyshek had told him. They monitor all types of comms within the base, and had seen the transactions made by him. "Money transfer problems maybe?" He chuckled, waiting and listening.

(Terribly sorry for the confusion)

Realizing that she had interrupted something, she quickly apologized and nodded at Rin. She was sure that the other girl would yell at her or do something, though... she wasn't sure what. Blushing, she quickly turned away from the now-open door. Sighing, the little neko followed the larger to the storeroom. She nodded at Trystan and let her ears twitch and her tail lightly sway from side to side. She mumbled a soft, "Oh, I see..." before waving to a the guards.

When it seemed that Trystan had finished what he was saying, she looked around for some bandages. Nodding, she grabbed a couple of packages of gauze, antiseptic, anesthetic, and bandages. After, she picked up a medium-sized tube of ointment, a little bottle of alcohol and a couple of new sheets for the cots. She decided that she would grab more things another day, when she wasn't bothering people.

After she awkwardly held all of the supplies in her small arms, the girl staggered towards the front of the storeroom, ready to make the journey to her room. Grumbling, she fixed the packages on piled in her arms and took a few more shaky steps, until the a small package of gauze fell. "Crap." She mumbled, trying to kick the little box along to her room.

Pausing as she passed Rin, she felt her amber eyes light up. "Oh! Rin, I'm so sorry! I didn't know that you were busy. I just--I know you well and stuff, and... so I needed some medical things... and I ... I didn't know who to ask. I'm sorry!" She rambled quietly, her eyes large and her heart pounding.

Rin accompanied Kisa and Trystan to the supply room, inside she found an old camo-green military backpack covered in dust and sitting tall in the corner. Rin hefted the bag up and began filling it with assorted medical supplies, it wasn't long before she had the pack filled half way and the others were leaving with their share. After zipping it up Rin looped the straps around her arms and snugged it up to her back before setting out after the two neko's. Outside in the hall she saw Kisa struggling with her load and Trystan stopping to help. Rin hurried over and collected a few of the supplies that her friend dropped.

"It's okay, I'm not mad. I just think we have a few things to discuss when we get the chance" Rin looked back and forth through the crowded halls "maybe later.."

Rin detached herself from the backpack and stuffed the supplies inside, pushing herself back up to her feet she refastened the pack around her arms and smiled.

"So where are we taking these?"

(I just realized that I actual kind of made him to loom like a taller version of Falco. XD)

"...how would you know? Doors unlocked, anyways."

He groaned and leaned back in his chair. "10 million down the drain," he said quietly. The raven tapped among the keyboard to try and pull up any active link with the buyer. Finding no such personnel online, he just leaned back in his chair. Yeah. It's official. That's a problem."

Delshyk tsked disapprovingly. "You know, someone might trace the loss of money here, back to base. Never liked having mercs do their monetary businesses inside our perimieter. Turned out bad a few times." He sighed, sitting on a seat facing Zeke. "You know though, since your in our perimeter, you're protected by us, so if that person comes looking for you, we'll either kill him, impound him, or use him as connon fodder for the next attack on Wolf." He chuckled, scratching his head. "As for how we knew, we monitor any and all transmitions going out or coming into base. There is no such thing as a secure line here, unless it's one of our lines."

Aya opened slowly her eyes, her head was hurting. She looked around as she was lying at the bed, she couldn't recognize the place, although she was sure she was there many times. She slowly placed her pare legs on the cold floor and walked till the big mirror. She lifted her eyes and looked at herself, it was a face she had almost forgot. Her iced frozen look with no emotions was back. She looked again mysterious, cause she couldn't remember mostly anything, her fights, how she ended up in this base.

She sighted looking at her light figure, she wanted some answers. She put her boots on and placed her blades in them. She got out of the room and started walking around at the base soon she was outside of a door she could hear talking. She froze at first and then open the door a simply walked in looking at them not saying anything.

((Was gone for long time, I had no Idea how to connect again the character to the story. So just let her pump like that, Sorry...XD))

Zeke chuckled nervously. "No... secure... lines? Shit, you saw that stuff?" He blushed hard and slipped his Android-run tablet from his desk onto his lap, upside down. "I didn't know you actually watched the lines!" he said. Of course, he was speaking of the porn and such he had been... well. Moreover just listening to, and moreover watching his actual computer monitor.

Delshyk chuckled. "If you mean 'was I watching what you were watching', then no. We don't watch everything. If we see something that doesn't really affect our base, then we don't pay attention to it. All I was paying attentionj too was the transactions, not the XXX. That's more..... Kyshek's doing." He chuckled again, shaking his head. "Listen, be more careful. I don't want to start another blood war and have to eliminate a whole bloodline for the sake of Shadow Base."

Meanwhile, part of the 101st M.I.U was enroute to Shadow Base. Thomsan and Truman were leading their regiment, their Front-line armor and their new weapons caked with grime. They had lost 32 men already on the way here. This base had better be worth it. Thomsan didn't like losing men. It took them about halo enter SB radar range.

The raven blushed a bit embarrassedly. "Oh, fuck you..." he said quietly before closing up the emails and transactions. "Well! I'm fairly dug into a hole. I'll try and work my way out, this has happened before, but, ah... the resolution involved a few personal transactions. Oh, and explosions. Cargo, of course. Alls well that ends well. I'll try and keep the shit off of the base, eh?"

Rose puts her stuff Down and Walks out of her room and Looks Down each hall Making Sure one on is around and Walks out. Rose Stretches out her arms as she Looks Down at her Rooms and Notices that she Broke them as she Shrugs it off and keeps walking down the hall. Rose then Finds the Kitchen and walks inside as she reaches into her bag and pulls out a cloth and unwraps her bread and Sits at a Table and eats in Silent and Yawns Quietly.

OOC: How many survived the waiting period? And for whatever reason, it seems kisa deleted herself.

Delshyk nodded, turning towards the door. "Alright. Well, I gotta go meet the 101st. They're supposed to be bringing in a new shipment of weapons, and proto-type armor. Not that you heard it from me." He slipped out of the room, donning his vest and his new rifle. The M16 looked different. He shook his head, walking into the woods. The 101st had gotten their asses kicked, from what he'd heard over the MilCom. Damn Surreal troops, always trying to get their grubby fingers on our tech.

Trystan looked back to Rin, wondering what he was doing with a bunch of med supplies in his arms. He flicked his ears in annoyance before shaking his head. "I guess we take these to the medical station." He turned and started walking towards the hospital wing.

Truman and what was left of the 101st trudged through the thick underbrush, but stopped suddenly when they came to a burnt out clearing. Charred trees lay on their sides, and what appeared to be huge tire tracks made a strange pattern in the ground. It almost seemed as though a huge snake had come through here. But that couldn't be it. There was no snake that could make something this big. A twig snapped, and all guns pointed toward the sound. "Icepick!" Truman called out. "Phoenix," came through the treeline, and everyone relaxed slightly. What they assumed to be the commander of SB stepped out of the shadows, hands raised. "Truman, you look like hammered shit."
