Willow looked at him rather curiously, she couldn't understand why he wanted to hear her sing so much. Closing her eyes she thought for a moment before standing off the couch she moved away from him and stared out the window wrapping her arms around herself, she normally didn't sing in front of anyone so right now she was even more nervous then she had been sitting near him. Taking a deep breath she turned and looked at him softly, almost as if he wasn't even there in front of her and instead it was someone else 'Mom please help me do this.' Willow sighed and began to sing softly, while she wasn't the most amazing singer but she was still pretty good and her voice had a soft melodic tune to it when she sang. "Every morning every night you watch over me like the sun in the sky. Every morning and every night will you promise me you'll be my guardian light?" Willow paused taking a breath before she continued, she could feel her heart racing against her chest. After all she was basically opening up herself to him whether he knew or not was for him to figure out.
"Promise that we'll stay for the sunset and when the moon shines through the darkness we can find the path that leads us home and on the way you'll, maybe, sing me a song. Promise that you always will be there, hold my hand if ever I'm real scared, help me stand up tall if I fall down, make me love away on my bluest days. How could you promise you always would be there? Why'd you have to go away some where? Every morning into every night do you watch over me like the sun in the sky? Am i all alone or standing in your light? I wish that I could, maybe, sing you a song... tonight. You promised me you'd stay for the sunset" Finishing the song she stood there with her eyes closed for a moment before looking at him, "there I sang...now if you'll excuse me I think I'll return to my room." With that she walked out of the room, she had decided to sing for him on her own but the song had brought up emotions she'd rather he didn't see at the moment.
