Kage walked into the brothel looking around. Huh, so this was the local whore house. His blue eyes were sharp as they scanned his surroundings for possible threats or dangers. Decideing there were none the Vampire walked up to the front desk and rang a bell. "Hello?" He called out in a rough velvet voice with a slight Irish lilt. Though he had grown up on the streets of Dublin there was alot he couldn't remember since his change, an even more he didn't want to. Shakeing his head and sending his sand colored hair whirling Kage pushed the thoughts away and waited for some one to assist him.

Shadow calls over from a table where he was sitting pretty relaxed, "How can I help you sir?"

He extends his hand and shakes Eli's, "Good to meet you Eli. And it'll be a pleasure doing business with you. And around here we know the perks of mixing business and pleasure." He thought for a moment, "Maybe I should make that our slogan", talking mostly to himself as he thought it over. He let got of Eli's hand and sat back. "I expect a few more escorts would be joining soon but if you need to know what the others look like I have their phots up on the walls"

Eli laughed a bit as Shadow mused over the slogan. "It'd be a good one." He stood to walk to the wall so he could study the pictures and commit the girls' names and faces to memory. "Don't worry about your girls. I'll see to it they're well taken care of." Though he didn't realize it at the time, that promise would likely be met in more ways than one.

He noted the new face walking in, though didn't look directly at him, simply observing out of the corner of his eye, trained to watch people without watching. Finally he turned and went to the bar to order himself a drink before returning to his seat with a whiskey sour and relaxing a bit, seeming more at ease now that the business part of the meeting was past.

Kage looked at the other men and felt ones eyes on him. He turned to the one who had called out and graced the boy with a smile of perfectly white teeth. "Just looking for a....room...." He said his voice strong and easily carrying across to the sitting area. Kage walked to the bar and ordered a scotch before sitting at a lone table.

Shadow was a bit confused at the request. "Come here for a second sir?" He waved him over to the table that he was at. "Have a seat", offering him a chair not too far from the table.

Kage smiled and pulled the chair up. He offered a hand to the other man's. "The name is Kage..." He said his blue eyes glinting with untold humor. He wondered who this man was. After all he seemed to be nice...And cute to....

"Shadow", shaking the man's hand breifly. "I asked you over because I didn't want to shout this over the room. What kind of room were you looking for sir? We offer special rooms or normal rooms, with or without an escort. Was just curious as to which one you wanted."

"If you want to see which escorts we have I have their pictures on the walls, but most of them are preoccupied."

Eli stood and walked away from the table, leaving the two to discuss their business while he looked around the place, preferring not to be too deeply involved in that aspect of the place. He was here to protect people, nothing more, nothing less.

Kage smiled and leaned over the table to whisper in Shadow's ear. "You know....If there all ocupied....I wouldn't mind you escorting me to my room Mr.Shadow...." He mummered deeply before moveing back and giveing a gracious smile.

Shadow's face lost it's business smile and became rather expressionless. He pressed one of his index fingers against Kage's forehead and pushed so they were arm's length away. "Not to be impolite, but I'm the owner, not one of the escorts. And aside from that I don't keep company with men longer than I need to. As of yet we don't offer male escorts here yet, but if you wish to keep business with us I'll find one to your tastes in time. Until than I ask that you don't whisper in my ear again."

Very professional on the outside, but on the inside Shadow was stopping himself from trying to hurt the young fellow.

Kage busted out with velvet laughter and leaned back in his chair. "Wow....That never gets old!" He laughed his eyes glowing with humor. He pulled that trick on alot of people and though he was actually bi the vampire prefered the company of women. He straightened up and looked at Shadow. "Nah...Just jokeing.....I prefer women...." His eyes glinted silver and he gave a dazzleing smile before standing. "Nice to meet you!"

"Nice to meet you. It's best to make intentions clear, especially in a place like this. Now if you wish the company of women just set an appointment with one of the present girls. They can handle the rest. But in the mean time grab yourself a drink."

He slouched in his chair and sighed, wondering where his girls vanished too.

Kage nodded but walked past the bar. Instead he walked up outside into the crisp air. Huh, maybe he would meet some one worth while. The male sighed and walked around wondering what exactly he should do at a time like this.

Shadow uncrosses his legs and looks at the stairs. Contemplating walking to his room to get a book. It's a long way up to his room, and the elevator is pretty quick but still takes a good chuck of time. And not to mention the long hallway and than browsing his library for just one book that he might like. And the other problem with books, you never know if it's going to be good until you're practically half way through the story, than if it's horrible you're trapped with this awful book till you can guess the ending. Why was he even thinking about getting a book, he never liked books. To hell with getting the book.

He reached into his pocket and pulled out a music player, gently putting the plugs in his ear and began listening to techno classical music.

Ace wasn't the brothel type, but she always seem to find herself in one or somthing or its nature. Tonight was no different... She hadn't changed much, Long red hair hanging down her back and emerald green eyes. Always a little 'over dressed' for these establishments she wore a plain black tank top and dark washed jeans.She put her hand againest the wall leaning her weight onto her left foot. Tapping her other foot, the stilletto clicking lightly againest the ground, she pondered her enterance. She stood there for a moment or two before pushing off the wall. "I guess it is for an old friend..." She sighed and opened the door. She stood just inside the entrance examining the people within

Since Shadow was playing his music and staring off at the stairs still he couldn't see or hear Ace walk in. Sitting in his chair oblivious.

Eli had been looking through the place, memorizing the layout and going over every possible place that could prove to be difficult to secure in his mind, walking downstairs once more and heading to the bar. Ordering another drink, he sipped it slowly once received, continuing his survey.

He offered a nod in greeting to the new girl, taking a moment to appreciate the view briefly. He always had been a sucker for a redhead. "Perhaps later," he whispered to himself as he found spot to lean against the wall and observe the patrons for a bit.

A sly grin spread across her face when she say Shadow sitting alone, something seemed to have his attention. Instead of doing what most new people would do , walk over and say something, she headed straight for the bar. Noticing a man nod her direction she smiled polietly and continued her misson to the bar. Putting both elbows down on it and leaning her chin into her hands she examined the contents behind the bar. Should she jump over it and make her self at home, as was custom in the other places this man had owned, or maybe she would just be a customer this time

Shadow clapped his hands before sitting up and pulling out his ear plugs, "I almost forgot."

He stood up and walked over to the bar where Eli was, reaching into his coat pocket he took out what looked like a blackberry with an oversized moniter screen. He slid the device over to Eli, "For the cameras in the room, privacy is a luxury that we don't offer, but safety is a priority. Use it however you want. And no it doesn't see anything in my room"

Just than he notices Ace in the corner of his eye. He turns to face her, "Evening Ace", smiling at her.

Disgusted with the outside world Kage walked back to the brothel. "Filthy humans...." He muttered before walking back inside. At the bar the vampire saw some new red head with a good body. Shrugging he walked to the bar and sat on a stool at the other end looking at her from the corner of his steely blue eyes. Hell, he may as well have just a bit of fun. Kage grabbed another scotch and downed the shot before ordering another.

She didn't turn to aknowledge him just smiled and nodded her head. "Shadow...another brothel?" She turned so her back was againest the bar. She noticed the other man walk in and laughed "where are all your girls? Scare them away?"

"Hold on hold on, before I get the third degree let me just explain something. When I was killed off I didn't come back for a few months or so, so healing the body is fine although the brain is a bit more complicated, so some memories stayed, others went. So I'm not the same exact Shadow you knew. If you want to continue the way things were that's fine. Although I can't even remember if I was intimate with you or not", resting his head on her shoulder while pulling her from her hips so he could hug her from behind, "I just remember a mix of bittersweetness when I see your face"

Indeed the last time they had been together was an interesting one, but she wasn't going to bring that up right now. Instead She knelt down enough to bring his head off her shoulder and pulled at his hands, so she could step away from him. " mhmm, well we were never 'intimate', I guess you could say I loved to hate you..."

Kage looked at Shadow and the girl called Ace. He rolled his eyes at the intimate gesture. God....Romance was to much drama......Overated. He sighed and turned back to the bar laying his head down. He had once been in a relationship but that hadn't lasted long. Though even now Kage couldn't remember her face. With a slight growl he pushed the memories away a focused on the presant.

He laughed as he scratched the back of his head. "From the bits and peices I can remember it feels like you weren't the only one." He walks around the bar to get bhind it and grabs two glasses, setting them both on the bar top. He grabs another and holds it out for Eli, "You want to drink with us?"

He turns to look at Ace while still holding out the glass for Eli, "So what brings you over to my new home Ace? I hope not to make sure I stay dead, twice was enough times for anyone to die."
