Circ Du Demon (Remake LunarWolf and GuardianAngel)

Phaedra was just looking towards him for a brief moment in time although before she could ask anything else, Sylvan seemed to be coming into the room. There was a bit of a stern look on his face - having been somewhat kept up to date by Phaedra about the whole thing. At least up until the more recent news with it being possible that the Crimson King was just playing games.

Abadon looked at Sylvan and then shook his head lightly "this have gotten complicated" Abadon didn't want the circus in trouble at all as there were many would called the manor home and lived there. while he had a feeling that things were going to get much more complicated he knew that they needed to focus on what they could fix rather then what they couldn't. Abadon looked at Sylvan and filled him in on everything that was going on so that he was up to date on what they had learned

Sylvan was just frowning as he listened before he was nodding his head, brushing fingers through his blue hair. Well this was definitely irritating that was to say the least. Yet there was a slight smirk that was forming before he was commenting, "But we will be ready for him all at once." It wasn't as though Sylvan was a weak person either - granted he wasn't as brutal or strong as the Crimson King but he was talented. He had trained along side Abadon for years. Out of the three of them the only one that would be absolutely helpless when it came to a swordfight would be Phaedra, but she made up in her magic. Which thankfully she knew how to use both offensively and defensively.

Abadon nodded his head "I'll make sure my parents are kept up to date but I have a feeling he will show here sooner then we would like" Abadon then looked at them and spoke once more "now about why I came, the royal family has been getting demands for them to approve your marriage to several different people each. Now we have burned the demands as my family won't force you to marry but you should be aware of what is going on" Abadon looked at them and waited to see how they would react

The twins were definitely frowning at the news about how the royal family were getting demands about the pair of them getting married, how they had gotten numerous proposals. That didn't shock them at all. But the twins hadn't ever really wanted to get married at all - not really seeming to like the idea. Especially in Phaedra's case. There was a strong chance that whoever she got married to - she would be forced to leave the place that she loved, forced to stop doing what she loved. "I'm sure it is only a matter of time before the fight is just pointless to continue. Eventually I suppose we will have to do it." Sylvan was speaking in a rather annoyed voice, which had Phaedra nodding although she had an almost sad expression.

Abadon looked at them "you don't have to do it now but my parents wanted you to know what was going on and Phaedra I may know of someone who wouldn't make you leave the place you love but I will have to see" Abadon knew of someone who might let her have the life she loved but he needed to see if the male would be interested. Abadon didn't know of anyone for Sylven which bothered him as he wanted his two friends happy

Sylvan was just looking for a moment in time before he was speaking, "Well luckily in the case of me getting married.... My wife would move in with me. So I wouldn't have to go anywhere at all. Phaedra on the other hand... that is why she wouldn't want to get married." The twins had poured their heart and souls into the circus- and it definitely wouldn't be the same without both of them there. It was already felt in those moments when one of them was gone for a few days to do something else. The atmosphere just seemed different. And for the twins.... being apart would be a strange thing. Especially apart in such a manner where seeing each other would be more difficult. It was different if one of them left to go to the palace, but they would return. But in the case of marriage... typically the bride would leave to go and live with her husband.

"the person I am thinking of would probably be happy to come live here if that is what she wanted but as I said I would have to talk to him first if your ok with that Phaedra" Abadon wouldn't talk to him with out her ok as he didn't want to over step her boundaries and do something that would upset her. Abadon hated that female gave up so much when they married and he wished that wasn't the case but there was little he could do about it at the time

Phaedra was just looking towards him for a moment in time before she was just giving a slight nod of her head. "I suppose if you want to speak to him about the matter. While this whole getting married thing isn't something I've wanted to do... Mind as well consider looking into it all. At least then the marriage proposals will stop." she was commenting before looking towards Sylvan who was just commenting that he was just going to pretend that he was into men. This had her roll her eyes before she was commenting, "The proposals will continue to come but from men instead of woman." "But not as many." he was commenting.

Abadon nodded his head and then looked at Sylvan when he mentioned pretending to be into men "or you could just find someone who is willing to play your partner" Abadon knew that neither of them were happy with what was happening and he also knew that they didn't want to be apart from each other. Abadon had seen how the two reacted to being separated for even a few days. Abadon then settled on Sylvan's desk and watched the two of them for a moment wondering how things would change if the two married

Sylvan was just looking towards Abadon before he was speaking, "I suppose I could do that but I don't want to do that. I don't want a partner, I don't want to get married. And I don't want somebody to play pretend of being in a married life - when they will gain nothing from it. They will just be in a loveless marriage. Although I suppose I could play pretend with somebody but make it known that I don't care if they have a lover on the side." Not uncommon for nobles actually at all to have multiple spouses sometimes. Not something that Sylvan wanted to do but.... He also didn't want to take away somebody's ability to have a lover in their life because they agreed to be his contractual wife essentially.

Phaedra was just nodding her head in agreement before she was speaking, "Sometimes I wish that none of us were nobility so that the pressures of marriage weren't on our shoulders." Even Abadon was feeling that she was sure, especially as a prince. And within the demon world - Phaedra played the role of the belle of high society. The demoness that all woman aspired to be and a number of men vyed for. Her attention was turning towards something after a moment in time before she was speaking, "Please excuse me for a moment." With that she was rising to her feet and leaving the room, just carrying part of her skirts so that she didn't trip on them. No it seemed that the young woman had awoken in a fright.

Abadon watched as Phaedra left to go and tend to the young woman. He then looked at Sylvan "I know how your feeling I am under the same pressure if not even more" Abadon rubbed his face lightly and then letting out a sigh "this whole mess is driving me crazy between the Crimson King and trying not to upset your both with the news I brought I am ready to scream" Abadon then went quiet as he needed a moment to think

Sylvan was just shaking his head before he was speaking, "I think the custom of nobility having to get married needs to just be gone already." With that he was just shaking his head a little bit before brushing some fingers through his hair. His eyes were flickering towards Abadon though before he was questioning him about who he had been thinking about for Phaedra. It wasn't unknown knowledge that Sylvan was dangerously protective of his twin sister; he always had been even when they were younger. He had gotten himself into quite a bit of trouble during their academy years dealing with those people that were wanting to torment her because she wouldn't physically fight back. However Sylvan was straightening up suddenly when he felt that sudden burst of anger that radiated through his twin bond with Phaedra which had him wondering what on earth had happened. And this had him reaching out to actually inquire in an almost hesitant voice. 'That vile, cruel man is tormenting this poor girl mentally!' Phaedra was hissing mentally which had him flinching a bit especially when she was actually making some threats towards the Crimson King. Threats that she would actually uphold at that point in time. He wanted to have a fight like that then that was something that she would definitely get involved in. Magic versus magic.

Abadon waited as he could tell that the two were talking and once he was done he spoke "he is the last dragon who sadly has been in hiding for most of his life so he is rather shy and might show up as a small lizard because of it." Abadon liked Eli as the man was kind and much like Phaedra he was a skilled healer and while he didn't know about the mans fighting skill he figured that Eli would just eat anyone who annoyed him.

"Hmmm sorry Phaedra was complaining. It seems like the Crimson King has been tormenting the poor girl mentally. Hallucinations of terrible things. And Phaedra was saying that if he wanted to play a game.... That she would happily partake in his stupid game. Magic versus magic." Sylvan was speaking after a moment in time before he was turning fully to listen to what he was saying about who he was going to talk to about pairing up with Phaedra. A dragon. Nothing something that he knew much about at all. This had him stating, "I suppose we could always invite him here."

"that was my plan but don't be surprised if he shows up as a lizard as I said he is very shy" Abadon reached out to Eli to see if he wanted to come and visit as the man did like exploring new places. when Eli said no as he was currently sick Abadon chuckled and then Sylvan know that while he was interested in visiting he was currently sick and didn't want to get anyone else ill. Abadon then chuckled thinking about Phaedra taking on the Crimson King and possibly winning

"I mean I am sure that if he came here, he would be as right as rain with Phaedra." Sylvan was commenting after a moment in time before looking at one of the staff members that was knocking on the open office door and he was gesturing for them to come in. A letter was being delivered it seemed. This had him taking it to see that it was addressed to himself and Phaedra. Ah just another lord attempting to buy the circus from them although this time as he actually opened the letter to read it, he found himself chuckling a little bit. "Oh it seems that this lord on top of wanting to buy the circus from us is offering both of us a marriage proposal. Knowing how lonely we would be without each other, and seeing as he is into both men and women - he would be willing to wed us both." Sylvan was speaking as he looked at the letter, but was rolling his eyes ever so slightly as he read it. The lord in question was an absolutely crazy man as it was. "Oh and it seems like the Crimson King sent a letter as well. A black envelope." the staff was speaking as he was holding it out. A threat it seemed. Which actually had Sylvan realizing something... this had been planned. The Crimson King had intentionally released that human near their home, knowing that they would take her in. Yet it wasn't unknown that the Crimson King had been vying for quite some time to take down their family. After all in human standards - the Ambrose family would be that of dukes, a step down from royals.

Abadon shook his head and chuckled hearing that the man was offering to wed both of them. he then listened about the letter from the Crimson King and sighed "he is plotting once more plus it is probably revenge from when your sister prevented him from killing my family" Abadon was stronger now that he had been at the time and he was more then ready to take the male on and take him down. Knowing that the bastard would show up sooner rather then later Abadon looked at Sylvan and then spoke "will he be able to get through your sisters barriers?"

Sylvan was just looking towards Abadon for a brief moment in time before he was commenting, "More than likely revenge. And it wasn't as though she had even intentionally planned on being there. She had just happened to be in the right place at the right time... for you family anyways." It had been a very close call that day - quite a close call. And this had been during the time when Phaedra had just finished reading about a new barrier spell so of course that had been the first on her mind that she ended up using - one that had turned out to use more magic than what she was able to supply at the time. It had kept them safe but had resulted in her collapsing, and had ended up bedridden for a couple of days. "No he will not. That I am confident about. She will stand more firm than the palace walls." Sylvan spoke after a moment in time.

Abadon nodded his head lightly glad that he wouldn't be able to get to them and cause problems. Abadon then looked out the window of the office and his eyes narrowed as he spotted a figure hiding in the trees. Abadon blinked and then figure was gone which had him frowning. It had been on the outskirts of where the barrier would have been but he wasn't sure who it had been at all. Abadon Thant focused back on Sylvan so that they could finish talking

Sylvan was just looking towards Abadon for a moment in time before his eyes seemed to be following after his when he realized that he had spotted something. Although he hadn't seen what he had seen, had just followed his gaze but by that time the figure was gone, so he didn't really know what was going on. But if Abadon had seen somebody there, it wouldn't be a shock at all. Probably one of the Crimson King's scouts, there to see if his prey was in fact there. Sylvan was just commenting, "I am honestly hoping that after the Crimson King realizes that his prey is somewhere he cannot easily touch her, that he will give up the fight." Doubtful but he could still wish. After that he was settling back in his chair before dismissing the staff that was still in the room after stating, "Please be sure to call a red alert." A red alert. A warning that there was a chance for a unwanted visitor and to just stay alert. They would continue to carry on with their usual activities, but just needing to be a bit more alert.

Abadon nodded his head "lets hope that your right" Abadon didn't want a fight with the man unless he had no choice. Abadon then thought about the figure he had seen and this caused him to frown as he didn't know who that had been. Abadon hopped off the desk and then walked to the window his eyes scanning the forest and grounds before he spoke "things are going to get worse before they get better I just feel it"

Sylvan was just nodding his head before he was commenting, "I'm sure that it will get worse before it gets better. That is how it seems to go." With that he was giving a small shrug of his shoulders and letting out a small breath of air. But either way they were prepared for the worst, at least hopefully. At least they were prepared for whatever got thrown their way, partially anyways. It wasn't long before Phaedra seemed to be returning to the office and he was questioning how that had gone. This had her looking towards him before she was commenting, "I don't think he will try his mental attacks anytime soon. He learned very quickly that I am not some weak little girl anymore."

Abadon turned and looked at her "what did you do?" while he wasn't going to scold her he was curious as to what she had done. Abandon figured if he was aware of what she had done if he pitched a fit to his parents he could step in and say that she was protecting the mind of a young woman he had been tormenting. While he knew his parents wouldn't believe the Crimson King he didn't know about the other nobles

Phaedra was just looking towards him before she was commenting, "Just gave him a taste of his own medicine. He was causing her to see hallucinations and basically trapped her in a nightmare realm. So I just did the same thing. It is only a temporary thing, something that'll only last a couple of minutes since I more did it to break his hold on her so that I could more easily get into her mind to protect her mind." So really she hadn't done all that much to him at all - but the hallucinations would hopefully be enough anyways to get him to really the folly of his actions.
