As he felt her lips part, his tongue seeked out for hers, teasing it for a short moment before he slowly pulled back and looked at Emma. 'A perfect start to a date with a wonderful woman. Wait a moment.'
Getting out of the car, he walked around it and opened her door before he held his hand out to her to help her out of the car. Pulling his phone out, he dialed a number and the call got answered right away. 'We are there.'
Smiling at Emma, he held her hand in his as he walked towards a door with her. A moment later the door opened up and a guy that was Matt's age with a darker skin tone and a Spanish accent greeted them. 'Hello my friend, good to see you.' Turning to Emma, he nodded at her. 'And good to see you too, you must be the flower he talked about all the time yesterday. I am Dan, owner of The Little Escape.'
Rolling with his eyes, Matt smirked at Dan. 'Is everything prepared?' Smiling at both of them, Dan replied. 'Of course, please follow me.'
Placing his hand on her waist, Matt held Emma close as they followed Dan. The scent of freshly baked bread, grilled vegetables and seasoning filled the air even though there was no kitchen or big room in sight. Instead he brought them to a door, opened it up and revealed a room behind it that was filled with a table, chairs on one side and a comfortable sofa on the other side. The light was dimmed and two candles were burning on the table. 'Please get comfortable, your waitress will show up soon.'
