The Art Thief's Obsession (LunarWolf and Guardian Angel)

Luna was listening although she was soon enough scheming up something in her head. Just a simple dinner at a cafe that they both seemed to enjoy. And the best part was that... She could enlist Max's help with getting Nate to show up there. Just a simple invite to him to join him for dinner - talk about their cases over a meal, not the first time.
 
Soon Max was pulling up at her home and he parked the car so that she could get out. Mac would walk her to the door before getting back to his car to head home
 
Luna was making sure to grab her bag of stuff and was thanking him for the nice night out. Before she was disappearing inside she was giving him a small kiss on the cheek before fleeing inside.
 
Luna was just sitting up in her art studio at the time, just letting the pair of them rest while she just took to painting. Although at some point she heard some noise from downstairs - and upon looking at the time she would just see that it was just Nox getting ready for work.
 
Nox was just giving him a kiss on the cheek before he was going up to check on his sister, to see that she was painting at the time. "I'm headed to work. Nate just took some meds and went to sleep. And you... try and get some sleep." he was telling her which had her nodding her head.
 
Nicolas was working on stuff as well although he was working on it from the hospital room where he was sitting with Skye, who was sitting up in bed and just doing something on her tablet at the time. She was a little more awake but still pretty out of it all at once.
 
Max had looked through everything and all the evidence they did have pointed to the twins while it wasn't much and wouldn't hold up in court under scrutiny he had to tell someone
 
Nicolas was just looking at the information and the evidence did point to the twins that was for sure but while he knew that it was his job to arrest those that broke the law.... there was a part of him that really had to wonder if they had actually broken a law. Sure they had stolen stuff but it was stuff that had belonged to them... more reclaiming lost property. And this would mean that they had broken into places - but that wouldn't actually stand since they never left behind any proof. But nobody was ever hurt in the process and nothing was destroyed. A breath escaped his lips and he was just sending Max a message that stated that they could talk about it face to face in a bit.
 
Max sent back a thumbs up emoji and then he went back to work on tracking down the rest of their mothers missing work as it would be with in their right to request the stolen property back.
 
Nicolas was just running his fingers through his hair before looking at Skye, who seemed to be studying him. "Go with your gut..." was all she could say at that point in time.
 
Nicolas was just letting out a breath before he was soon enough grabbing his phone to dial Max's number and was stating that they needed to talk about the situation.
 
Nicolas was just speaking, "Meeting up here is fine. Skye has an idea of what is going on. And probably a good idea not to have it at the station... I'm not sure that some with agree with me right now."
 
Skye was just looking towards Nicolas and was questioning if he could crack open the window a bit, let some fresh air in there. This had him nodding and was getting up to do that - thank god for that being possible at the hospital. On the floor she was on anyways.
