The Art Thief's Obsession (LunarWolf and Guardian Angel)

The ambulance was arriving at the hospital, and upon arrival they were getting her inside right away. Caution was made as they were transferring her even with the board, and she was taken away almost right away to get xrays done.

Sky was lead to where she was getting the xrays done and they were definitely putting a priority rush on getting the scans right away so that they could see what was going on. Thankfully the scans didn't take long to get done and after that they were getting them taken to a room, so that they could get her settled there. An iv was being put into her arm so that she could get more pain killers - but ones that weren't going to cause any ill effects being mixed with the ones already in her system. No their priority was to try and get the pain level down some at that point.

Sky spoke with the doctor and showed him the medications she had been al he also explained that she had been taking it easy and had been pushed causing her to fall and injure her back more.

This had the doctor nodding before he was speaking, "I do not have the scans but since I was there for the initial xray when she had come in for the original problem.... From what you are telling me I am worried that it turned into an unstable fracture. For her sake I do hope that that isn't the case though.... The recovery is far longer and there is a chance for more problems to arise from it."

Sky sighed and nodded his head " I Know we were simply going to get a few things and her landlord pushed her during a disagreement it was light but enough to throw her off balance and she hit the floor pretty hard"

The doctor was giving a nod of his head before he was commenting that from when he had seen the scan the first time.... the fracture had borderline been an unstable fracture. But they had been hopefully that with a brace that it would help keep it from turning into that - seemed like that hope hadn't lasted for long. With that he was letting out a breath of air then looked towards the nurse as she came in with the new scans so that he could look them over.

Sky stood with him and waited so that he could text Nicholas with the update as he had it. Sky would get a moving crew to her apartment and get her moved in to his home while she recovered

The doctor was letting out a sigh before he was putting up the scan so that Sky could see it, so that he could see how the bones had slipped apart. No it wasn't stable anymore... it was definitely unstable. The doctor was pointing out something else as well explaining that it seemed like one of her nerves could have been severed in the process as well. There was a chance that it could be fixed though - that the nerve had only been "cut" a little bit and could heal. But if it was severed all the way through then they were going to have issues.

Sky nodded his head and then asked what they could do to try and fix it. Sky didn't want to take away her freedom by confining her to a wheel chair so he wanted all the options to explain to her

The doctor was nodding his head before he was speaking, "We plan on doing what we can." But after looking at the scan... even he wasn't super hopeful at that point in time.

Nicolas wasn't able to look at the messages at the moment since he was quite involved with the discussion at that point in time. He could feel his phone vibrating with the messages but didn't dare look at them at the time.

As this was happening, Luna was sitting in the room with Nate, although at the time it was just the pair of them. Max hadn't arrived quite yet and Nox had run home so that he could get Luna some new clothes since they had been informed that she was being released later in the day. She was however seeming to worry as she had text Skye although hadn't gotten anything back - obviously she had no idea of what had happened.

Sky then pulled his phone back out and texted Nate to let him know so he could tell Max as well. Luna would hear Nates new phone go off as Max had brought him and new one and she would see if was from Sky

Luna was just looking over as she heard Nate's phone go off which had her getting up so that she could grab it for him as it was out of his reach. It had been plugged in charging and the closest plug in was across the room at the time. "You have a text from Sky." she was commenting as she was handing his phone over to him.

Nate took the phone and opened it up holding it out so that he didn't make his headache worse and read the text. seeing the information he hit the call button so that he could get out of the bed and head down to see Skye

Luna was definitely confused with what was happening at that point in time, especially since she hadn't looked at the message at all. Nope that wouldn't be very respectful at all but now she was definitely more than curious, especially as he was hitting the call button. "What is going on?" she questioned.

Luna was just a bit startled and it wasn't long before a nurse was coming into the room to see what he was needing.

The nurse seemed hesitant but it wasn't long before his doctor was coming into the room and just asking him some questions. No he needed to make sure that he was going to be stable enough to be moving and wasn't going to pass out of them.

Nate was honest with them including about his headache but he promised to tell someone if her started to feel worse or like he was going to faint

The doctor seemed hesitant but in the end he was allowing him to leave his room so that he could go down to the ER, but a nurse was going to be going with and stay with.

Soon they were heading down to the er and the nurse was able to find out where they were going - although they would only find Sky in the room as their injured friend had already been taken in for surgery. Fast at that point in time. Things were being pushed along - yet it was a dire situation and waiting could only make it worse.
