Nox was just settling down to drink his scotch at that point in time - perhaps being a bit reckless downing it like it was a shot but having no regrets all at once.
 
Nox was just looking for a brief moment in time before he was speaking, "So I heard that the man managed to escape custody. But I also heard that he isn't in town at all."
 
"that is correct but our entire station is on the look out for him incase he shows back up" Nate wasn't going to lie to him not when it came to his sister
 
Nox was giving a nod of his head before he was commenting, "I'm hoping he doesn't figure out where she is."
 
"same for us that is partially why Max keeps checking in on her" Nate knew there was another reason but he wasn't going to share that

Nox was pouring himself another cup of scotch as well although he didn't take a drink was just looking at his phone for a moment when he got a message from Skye with a link. He was actually curious and clicked the link to see that it lead to a new program that she had been working on. One that was actively tracking the number that the man had used so at the time Nox could see where he was.
 
"Just a strong taste and it hits hard." Nox chuckled a bit. Two shots of scotch wasn't the best idea, especially since while he was use to strong stuff he didn't drink all that often.
