Well, Raku has +2 Moxie, so he gets a 3, meaning he takes 4 and is at 3/7

Mosos has +0, so gets a 1, taking 6, and is at 1/7

I would recommend attacking. We are fighting zombies. Basic attacks like with our weapons always hit, so you just roll the damage and they roll whatever resistance they have.
 
You add your Moxie to it and that total is how much you reduce their damage by. Which I now realize I did wrong, but I'm not taking it back. I'll just to it right in future.
 
I'd roll and attack now. The zombies will act after us, or that's how they've been going.

You can roll an attack for the second round of combat. Consider the first one lost.

Also, please write an action in the IC channel as well to declare your action in game so everything can proceed smoothly. đź‘Ť
 
Oh yeah: if you don't want to take the damage, then I will allow you to belatedly use your Exertion now to Dodge. I expect that you will know and use Exertion next time though.
 
I believe Roadflare means they rolled a 2 and forgot to add their +1 Moxie, and should have only taken 1 damage instead of the 2 Ourglass took.

Had I realized that 7 damage is an automatic down for poor Saisen, I probably would have, yes. I will edit.

I'm good to move ahead to the city. Ourglas will want to find some way to pay Zunn back for helping them out but she's not thinking about that now.

I do want to note that, if any of the group has any desire to interact with something that I mentioned in passing in the last post, you can ask to stop and go back to interact.

For example, when I described the group proceeding down the main road that led to the gate of Dunhorrin, if you were interested in talking to the girls or the laborers walking along, I would be happy to edit the post so that you can interact with them.

Or the environment: it's up to you, what you want to do.
