(Reboot) The Cavern (LunarWolf and Guardian Angel)

It wasn't long before Azalea's second was explaining to all of the people in the room what was happening, that they were going to be hunkering down in the ballroom when the attack was launched.
 
Abby looked at him but she didn't speak instead she grabbed on to the fan that was dangling on her hip. Robert had had them specially made for her and then ends of them were blades so if she needed to fight she could
 
"This will be the safest place for everybody and if it comes to it... We will evacuate the civilians to Queen Caly's kingdom if it comes to that." Azalea was speaking as she was coming into the ballroom, her hair pulled up into a tight ponytail.
 
Robert walked in with her and nodded his head agreeing to what she was saying. while he did like the idea of evacuating as it would put the people at risk he knew if it came down to it they would have no choice
 
The night wore on and those within the ballroom did find themselves relaxing... but that was all changed when they heard the familiar sounds of battle outside. The enemy had struck! Azalea was the first line of defense at that point in time, preventing the enemy from even getting to the castle walls at the time. And as usual she was hidden beneath her black armor - the enemy not knowing that they were fighting a woman.
 
Azalea was leading the charge against the enemy, working on keeping them at bay, keeping them away from the castle walls. An easy feat at the time. None of these fighters seems all that talented that they were up against.
 
Azalea was just frowning a bit as she stood out on the battlefield just watching the battle rage about her at the time. This was far too simple at that point in time. Far too simple. Unless this kingdom had merely declared war for the sake of trying to seem tough. Yet again now that she thought about it.... they had laid that trap. Perhaps a number of their actual troops had gotten delayed and these were just the ones that had gone around one of the other directions.
 
Robert looked to the men and stated that they needed to be ready for anything. Robert didn't know if their trap had worked or if they were just buying time and waiting for them to become tired
 
Azalea was commenting for some of her soldiers to fall back to the palace, after that she was ordering a few with her so that they could go check the trap. "Stay on guard." she was speaking.
 
Azalea just looked around and was heading off towards where the trap had been laid out. Most of the enemy had been cut down or fled. The trap had in fact been sprung and there were a number of bodies there; dead and alive but trapped.
 
one of the men looked at the trap and then spoke "you know those who worked underground kinda scare me now" he hadn't expected the trap to work or that they could do it with out one of them getting hurt
 
Azalea was just nodding her head before she was speaking, "Those from underground were never to be underestimated." With that she just continued on her way, skirting around the trap so that they could see if there were any enemies hiding in the wooded area. Not that they were going to go far into the wooded area at all. It was strange though how they had launched an attack then seemed to retreat.
 
Azalea was just frowning for a brief moment in time as she stood near the edge of the forest just looking around a bit. Nothing seemed out of place at the time. It had definitely been a spur of the moment attack. Unless it was their way of testing their defenses. To see what they were up against.
 
Azalea was nodding her head before she was speaking, "Yes lets head back." With that she was turning so that they could get going back, ushering the men off ahead of her.
