"Sneaking around? That's not very nice..." He seemed a bit upset with the news, moving away to retrieve her TB from his men, "He idolizes you.."

“Are you seriously giving me personal advice right now?” She sneered lowly, watching him warily. “Who even are you?”

“Too ashamed? You talk like you know him.” Megohime frowned, brows furrowed as she watched him.

“Fuck you, can’t face Masamune on your own so you have to go to targeting him through others?” She spat at him.

Matabei seemed uncomfortable with her anger, looking anywhere but at her.
"I have TB..." He muttered, "You won't get a bigger amount of it anywhere else.."

Megohime paused, going from offended to frustrated amusement. “I don’t want your garbage. You may think little of me- but you can’t buy me in a million years..!” She laughed.

"That's why you're sweating..." He muttered, moving to set the dosage on his desk, "and you're easily agitated...you're going through withdrawals..."

“So what if I am?” She growled out, glancing over her shoulder to keep an eye on him. He wasn’t wrong, she was really craving another hit, wishing she had gotten the chance before hand so she wasn’t such a mess. “You running a charity or something?”

She let out a dry laugh, her knees starting to ache a bit from kneeling for so long on the hard floor. “And how do you plan on getting me to help you do that? Hurt me all you want, I won’t turn on my boss.”

She swallowed the lump in her throat, licking her lips that seemed to be getting drier and drier. “Fuck you.” She hissed out. “I don’t want it.”

Matabei gave a small frown and set the bottle aside, "Get her to the cells in the basement."
"You got it, boss." The two men hoisted Megohime to her feet and hauled her out of the room.

Megohime went kicking and screaming, struggling the whole way, spitting insults at Goto until she was out of ear-shot. He wasn’t wrong though, already she was getting cold sweats and she could feel the beginnings of body aches, regretting taking such a heavy dose in the first place- and yet she ached for another.

They hauled her down, finding it wasn't as hard as they thought to get her down with her jonesing as much as she was. One opened the cells and the other pushed her in before they locked it behind her.
"Go ahead and stew for a sec. You'll change your tune." They mocked before leaving.

It took Megohime longer than she would have liked to get off the floor, getting her hands out in front of her, even if she couldn’t get the zip-ties off. She sat on the ground, doing her best to keep her calm while actively spirally further into withdrawals.
The regret was the worst part, wishing she had gone to Masamune about her problem rather than that dealer- and as her sweating got worse, fear grew in the pit of her stomach.

They were going to find her missing sooner rather than later, Kojurou more than likely to be the first. Masamune was going to be devastated.

Megohime’s condition deteriorated rather quickly, but even despite her terrible symptoms, she refused to give in. She couldn’t keep upright anymore, she was too weak. Sweating and shaking profusely coupled with vomiting left her dehydrated and out of it, clutching herself in pain.

She was in so much pain, and the idea of getting it to stop made tears leak down her face. “Fuck off.” Was all she was able to croak out, wanting to cave in and take the pill.

Megohime felt immense shame and guilt as she felt her resolve slipping fast, all she had to do was beg and the pain would stop. She bit her lip hard to keep herself from speaking out, soft whimpers of pain escaping her.
