- No furries
- No male pregnancy
- If it's black text on the list then I have too many (though I may be tempted a bizarre/unusual pairing)

ITS PIE, NUMB NUTS

Why are you such a fucking idiot?!?!?!

Re: LET THE MONSTER RISE (1x1, M/M, M/F, FAN, ORIG, UPDATED 3rd)

I don't care how funny Harry was, or how awesome his pie line was - Spiderman 3 was an awful movie, which I suppose I should have expected, considering that number 2 was barely palatable, but I'm a stubborn, pathetic comic book fan.

But I went in expecting a superhero movie and what I got was Toby Maguire dancing like a tool, the guy from Wings running around in a green Where's Waldo shirt alternately screaming about his kid and disintegrating, and after an enormous amount of hype about bringing in one of the better Marvel-verse baddies, got roughly three minutes of some scrawny guy playing Venom. And like, 20% more screaming Kirsten Dunst, which is pretty sad considering that's basically all she did in the previous two movies anyways.

Re: LET THE MONSTER RISE (1x1, M/M, M/F, FAN, ORIG, UPDATED 3rd)

The way that girlfriend and friend figures act in most Superhero movies are sad.

And yeah Tobey Maguire's montage of being the Symbiote Spidey "Badass" was more facepalming then scary.

For the most part the first movie in a trilogy is the best.

Re: LET THE MONSTER RISE (1x1, M/M, M/F, FAN, ORIG, UPDATED 3rd)

Yeah, I'm not really sure what made the director decide that pulling his greasy hair down in front of the eye automatically made Maguire look dangerous, but it ultimately just made him look like an emo kid. And kind of a dick.

It's sad but true, so many sequels try to overcompensate for a lacking storyline by throwing in as many CGIs and flashy effects as they possibly can in the vague hopes the viewers won't realize how piss-poor everything else is - until they've left the theatre anyways. I can't help feeling that, even if a company has to sit on a script concept for a few years before actually producing the movie, it's better than doling out crap like X-Men 3, Spiderman 3, Star Wars: Attack of the Clones, The Whole Ten Yards, and Matrix Revolutions to name a few. Sure, they're good few a few lols, but ultimately you leave feeling as though a bit of your brain has been wrenched out through your eyeballs, and to quote Gwendolyn, 'those don't grow back just so u no'.

Re: LET THE MONSTER RISE (1x1, M/M, M/F, FAN, ORIG, UPDATED 3rd)

Its weird, it all depends on the trilogy which movie is the best... for LOTR, it was the final movie, Return of the King; for SW it was the second, Empire Strikes Back; and for the Godfather it was the first one. :/ Spiderman 2 was definitely the best.

AND SHREK SHOULD NEVER EVER HAVE HAD A SEQUEL. fucking shit. the first Shrek was okay the first time I saw it, then I got sick of it. the 2nd one was horrible. didn't bother to see the third. >_>

Haha, I have been quoted! Its true, too. brain cells are too, too precious. prolonged exposure to bad TV, music and My Chemical Romance is bad for your health.

I'll probably watch the shit out of the new Wolverine movie though, not gonna lie. I can't help it. I HAVE to go see it.

On the subject of prequels... I'm nervous about The Hobbit happening. I mean... fuck. I don't know. :/

On the more important subject of MY LIFE RITE NAO, lets talk about goddamn motherfucking Watchmen. I am fucking creaming my pants for this shit already.

Goatse has a new avatar. Pavi will be back when I tire of this one.

This Repo! obsession has to be very unhealthy for me.
