And I'm going to regret it every month of this fucking lease - I could have taken out a mortgage on a brand new three bedroom house back where I grew up for what I'm going to be paying for this studio apartment each month. I would've checked out Brooklyn or New Jersey if I'd known how easy it was to get around on the subways. (though I haven't tried the PATH train yet)

Fact:I live in the Bronx and yeah, Brooklyn, queens or the Bronx were better choices or even upper manhattan where they have cheap apts around 135th and up
