Oh yeah! Lol,... I remember reading it earlier,... and thinking 'omg, Aoki-sensei is on this site- Lol,...we had an rp together back on darker, but I had a different user name then..... but that's cool.

I like it though, I've seen other pictures with the same characters. (they're like from some kind of game, I think,...but it looks really hot!)

I know that technically Hot Cocoa+Espresso= Mocha, but the way that I was trained to make them was always just slightly different. The steamed milk and chocolate are kept separate. I find that doing it this way is much more milky and creamy in taste compared to other mochas. -Nod-

Hmm, was the hot cocoa made and poured over espresso or what? Please, get the secret so I can try ^_^
Sometimes when I want something with coffee flavor without it being too strong, I'll steam the milk WITH the chocolate, so it gets frothed together too, making it super creamy, and then I pour it over the espresso. Usually it's chocolate+espresso+milk
 
The way that I made the drink last night was brewing a cup of coffee(I don't have espresso readily available to me anymore. ^^;). Then mixing cocoa powder with the coffee. -Nod-

I think for me, the word Latte, is the key part of the phrase Mocha Latte. Latte's remain my favorite drink more so than any other coffee drink. I like my drinks to have a balance. I don't want it to be all chocolate and no bitter-creamy flavor which I love Latte's for. -Nod-
