SAINTS (1x1 w/DarkMukip)

Amaya knew begging was the furthest thing that would sway Matsunaga, but in a desperate attempt to try and spare her family she was grasping at anything. She was soft now, and there was no undoing that, not with that wretched family still alive.

Amaya jerked forward, despite earning a few cuts from the wires, more muffled begging coming from her.

He ignored her, stepping out of the room without another word or glance to her, taking her phone from his pocket and sending Sasuke a text message to meet up.

Sasuke perked and opened his phone to look. He had been keeping an eye on Yukimura and Akihime while they tried to keep mending their relationship when Amaya texted him. He glanced at Yukimura and slowly moved over, careful not to look at Akihime; the last time he did, she began to hyperventilate.
"I have to head out for a bit, dana, some info came up I need to take care of."

Yukimura looked to Sasuke with a nod. “Do you need help?” He asked, his hand still locked with Akihime’s under the table they sat at.

Sasuke shook his head, "No, I'll be ok. I'll ding you if I need you, though." Akihime's hand tightened around Yukimura's as Sasuke came over and he could hear her take her slow breaths: "Five things for gorunding, Akihime...five things..." She muttered to herself.

“I’ll wait to hear back then.” Yukimura nodded, then turned his attention back on Akihime and placing his other hand over hers, trying to give her a sensation to focus on rather than her fear of Sasuke.

Yukimura sat patiently beside her, rubbing his thumb over the back of her hand as he waited for the anxiety attack to pass.

It was a little odd that Amaya was contacting Sasuke so early in the day, usually she only contacted him at night; she had said Matsunaga seemed to be up to something though, maybe he had acted?

Once she finished her steps, she looked back at him with a small smile, "I'm ok...thank you for being so patient.."

He went to where Amaya texted him to meet, looking around in confusion when he didn't see her.

Yukimura shook his head, his hands still wrapped around hers. “I want to be here, Akihime, I know that it won’t be easy.” He at least looked a little better, somewhat rested and fed- not as worn out.

Maybe she was still on her way? Held up by something? Searing pain in the back of his ankles stole his attention away from Amaya, feeling his legs give out from under him, two blades piercing his shoulders and forcing him into the ground as two people held him down.

"Thank you so much. It means a lot to me that you're helping me through this." She said. She did notice he had looked a but healthier, and it did her heart good.

Sasuke’s kakugan activated immediately, his ukaku bursting forward and jutting out one of the knives, smacking whoever held him straight in the jaw as he swung for the other one.

Yukimura just gave her hand another gentle squeeze. “As long as I don’t cause any problems with your brother.”

Sasuke heard a metal can rattle next to his head moments before he was blasted in the face with smoke- RC suppressant. His arm was pinned behind his back and a knee was jammed into his lower back as the second person dodged his attack, making sure to not let go of him.

Akihime shook her head gently, "As long as I tell him where I am, he's ok. He's busy with work right now anyway. Tou-san has him filing so much ever since my abduction, he hardly has time for anything else."

Sasuke coughed hard and wheezed, his ukaku shrinking almost immediately, "Shitty fucking Doves..." he snarled lowly.

Yukimura still worried about the two of them being spotted by someone who knew Akihime, knowing they would be able to quickly deduce his true identity as a ghoul in no time.

A small crowd had gathered on the far corners of the street they were on, watching the two investigators handcuff Sasuke and haul him up.
“Please don’t be alarmed, this man is a ghoul and we’ll be taking him in for questioning, in the meantime, please stay clear of the area until we have him safely removed.” One of the two men calmed the crowd as the second man dragged Sasuke toward a waiting van.
His mask, he didn’t even have his mask on. Everyone could see his face- could see his kakugan and his shrinking Kagune.

"Shit. Shit." His first instinct was to break his phone so Yukimura would be alerted, but God knew he didn't want him getting dragged into this. He was finally starting to destress. All his hard work had been ruined in an instant; people knew him in the Ward, trusted him, now it had all gone to shit. "Fuck...!"

"If you want to leave..." her eyes were sad and she looked down at her plain black tea, "you can...I understand...this puts you in a really bad spot...I'm sorry..." she pulled her hands away, looking panicked, "I'm being so selfish right now, I'm such an idiot."

It was too late to decide on what he wanted to do, being pinned to the side of the car before being frisked, anything on him being collected and stored away from him, including his phone.

Yukimura blinked and looked to Akihime, seeing how afraid she looked and reaching to take her hands again. “Akihime, my existence puts me in danger.” He said softly. “You being here doesn’t change that- I want to be here.”

"Son of a bitch! Let me go, I didn't do anything!" Sasuke snapped, "I was just minding my own fucking business!!"

She flinched slightly when he took her hands but grappled onto his so he couldn't pull away, "Ok...o-ok, I'm sorry, you just..." She took a breath, "I thought you wanted to leave, you seem flighty..."

He was pressed more firmly into the side of the van, the Dove getting close to his ear to speak so only he could hear. “You got a text to meet Amaya, and that’s why you’re here. Shut up and come along quietly or we can transport you in pieces to see her. Your choice.” They knew about the text? Was this a trap? Had Amaya turned him in? No, she would never, which means that she was compromised.

Yukimura shook his head again, letting her grip onto his hands as tight as she needed. “I want to be here with you, Akihime.” He repeated. “Nothings going to change that.”

Sasuke froze and fell quiet, letting them push him into the van as his mind began to reel.

She smiled weakly and nodded, "Thank you...really...um..." she blushed softly, "I think...I think I'm ok to try small intimacy...like kissing...if you wanted...?"

He was shoved roughly into the back seat of the van, the two Doves sitting on either side of him as the third one waiting in the drivers seat headed off in the direction of their base. After a minute or two of driving, a thick black bag was shoved over Sasuke’s head, making it so he couldn’t see where they were headed.

Yukimura’s face flushed a bit at the offer, but he nodded regardless. “Did you want to go somewhere more private..?”

“Be quiet.” Was the only answer he got, and not a single word more, driving in silence for what felt like ages as his anxiety got to him. In reality the drive was less than thirty minutes, and when they arrived, they dragged Sasuke out of the car, and into a building he couldn’t see with the bag still over his head.

“If you think you’re ready.” He nodded. “I don’t want to push you.. You could be the one on top, if it’ll make things easier.” Yukimura offered.

He hissed and growled like a muzzled dog, annoyed beyond comprehension. What the fuck were they going to do with him? And what did they do to Amaya?

Akihime nodded, "If that's ok...? Just to gauge if it'll trigger me..."

Finally Sasuke was jerked to a halt, held in place by both arms as he heard a knocking. “Father, we brought the ghoul you asked for.”

Yukimura nodded. “Where did you want to go? My place might be busy with everyone there..” He considered.
