Amaya sat still as he worked, rather just enjoying the silence and being in his presence. It had been so long since he had done this for her, it was nice.
He trimmed the top up carefully, tying her hair up to keep it out of the way befor he began to trim the underside with the shaver. He liked being like this with her; just good old fashioned bonding.
She took the mirror and held up up to examine her new hair cut. It was short, but she didn’t hate it, turning to get a good look at the sides. “Not very capable my ass..” She said, flashing him a smile. “I like it.”
“Well, if you’d help me manage my hair again I’d appreciate it.” She said. “I’ll even trade some favors for it, anything you need programmed I can do it.”
“Your mask still working?” She asked curiously. “It’s been quite some time since I did any maintenance on it..” She had worked together with Sasuke to make it when they were both still in college.
"If you'd be kind enough, I'd appreciate it." He smiled softly. There was a knock on the door and Sasuke turned before going to open it.
"Ah, I'm sorry if I interrupted anything." Akihime said gently, "But breakfast and coffee is ready and waiting if you two want any."
"Oh, thanks, Aki. We'll be down soon." He replied.
"Take your time, ok? It isn't going anywhere." Akihime said kindly.
Yukimura prepared breakfast for himself and Sasuke, leaving Amaya’s breakfast up to Akihime, setting the table for four for the first time in a long time.
