Many have heard of the legend of the fountain of youth but few know the challenges that one must overcome to get to the fountain nor that it is as much of a course as it is gift. of the many to find the fountain only a few still remain and now they guard the secret though they have never drunk from the fountain they have at times bathed which helped heal wounds from battles and saved the life of a few of their closest friends. these people are known to those hunting for the fountain as the guardian but to those who know them they are known by another name.

In the port of Moria, a ship was being lowered into the sea while a raven-haired female stood watching her ice blue eyes never once moving from the ship. This woman was the infamous Shadow Queen she was a notorious pirate who very few tested. This particular woman was also sanctioned by several kingdoms as she would make trade runs for them which allowed her to keep her crew healthy and well-fed while on their trips. Arianna Maybell stood on the dock watching as her ship was lowered back into the water after nearly three months in dry dock getting repaired. they had moved fast when they had discovered the leaks to get to a friendly port and once they had the workers had moved quickly getting the ship emptied and then repaired. while it had been in for repairs she had asked for some changes to be made to the cabins on the ship. she had a few more crew cabins added and then up top, she had three captain cabins built and after inspecting it she had approved the changes and then paid for the work that was done. Once her ship titled Frozen Rose was in the water she went to look over their supplies making sure that everything they needed was accounted for and then she looked over the shipment they were taking which included a young princess as she was to wed the young prince of another country. Arianna stood next to her second at the time and spoke "I am not doing any more runs like this it doesn't feel right taking a young girl to another kingdom where we have no clue if she will even make it to her wedding"
 
It had been a long three months but the ship was finally repaired and being lowered into the sea once again. Platinum blonde locks fluttered in the wind as a tall woman made her way towards the docks. Her hazy blue eyes took in everything that was around her as she made her way towards the raven-haired woman. At the time she was wearing a tight fitting black crop top with a pair of short shorts and boots with three inch heels. There seemed to be no care in the world that eyes seemed to be drawn to her as she made her way across the dock. This was another woman that one knew not to mess with; being another infamous pirate. Those within the pirate world knew her as the Bloody Angel but those that knew her personally knew her by her birth name; Sinnia, more commonly known as Sin. A woman who had no knowledge of her past at all; other than her parents had left her on the steps of an orphanage where she had grown up. At the young age of eight she had ended up running away from that vile place and snuck aboard a ship, discovering that it had been a pirate ship after some time. Yet she was treated as family; and became the younger "sister" to many of the pirates aboard the ship and the "daughter" of the captain at the time. For years she traveled with them up until she was sixteen that they dropped her at a port so that she didn't get involved with the navy that had been after them. It was around this time that she had ended up meeting Arianna, and the two girls had become fast friends.

"Well if she is with us then she will most definitely make it to her wedding." Sin was commenting after a brief moment in time as she folded her arms around her head, just gazing off into the distance with a faint smile on her lips. How excited she was to finally be able to go out into the sea once! She had been almost going stir-crazy being on land for so long. She had been almost like a fish out of water if anything; so uncomfortable and out of place. Yet the nice thing was that this particular port did have a legal fighting ring so she at least had something to do with that and could keep her skills sharpened. "My only thing is.... this entire marriage.... something feels off. I don't know what it is but there is something in my gut telling me that something is wrong. I believe that we will make it to this kingdom fine but.... once we get there that is when we will run into problems." Sin was commenting after a bit.
 
Arianna looked at her "I k ow the feeling all to well Sin something bothers me but until we get there I don't think either of us will know what is going on" Arianna looked over when the princess and her guards walked up but she stopped the men telling them that they had only been contracted to take the princess. this had the guards glaring at her but she stood her ground and refused to allow them on her ship
 
Sin just watched for a brief moment in time before she was looking at the princess, who looked incredibly scared and worried at the time. This had the platinum blonde haired female tilting her head before she was looking at Arianna. "Why don't we compromise.... just because the princess is clearly uncomfortable and having a familiar face around her will help. She can pick one of the guards to remain at her side. But the safety of the guard is not our priority; and the first sign of harmful intent to ourselves, our crew, or even the princess will be grounds for being tossed overboard." Sin spoke after a moment in time. No the princess was already being forced to leave her home, and she was traveling with people that she didn't know at all. At least for the sake of the princess, and her mental health, Sin could deal with have a single stranger on board. The princess just looked towards Sin for a moment with an almost relieved look in her eyes.
 
Arianna nodded her head "we have an extra cabin so that wont be an issue" Arianna then left Sin to tend to the young girl as she had tog et things ready for them to set sail and she wanted to make sure that all of her maps were in place and secured incase they hit a storm.
 
In the end the princess was able to pick on of her guards to accompany her while on the week long journey while the others were returning to the palace. And soon enough they were setting sail to the kingdom that the girl was suppose to marry into. An arranged marriage by their fathers, with the prince only being a year older than her, or that is what her father had been told anyways. Yet there was something about this whole thing that twenty-five year old Sin found herself bothered by. And the closer they got to the other kingdom, the more intense that the feeling got.

Luckily for them the week long journey went by without a hitch, shockingly so. They hadn't run into any navy men at all, and while they had almost run into a few other pirates ships, they had decided that they would be smart and leave them be. And it did help that had one point in time Sin had spotted familiar crimson red flags, the same flags from the pirate ship that she had spent a number of years on. And her "father" was still captain of the ship, up there in his late fifties but still standing strong as one of the most feared pirates in the world.

The kingdom loomed before them and Sin stood up on deck, the princess standing at her side. "I'm scared..." the princess was speaking in a soft voice which had Sin just ruffling her hair a bit before she was stating that there was no need for her to be afraid, that she was going to be alright.
 
Arianna walked up and joined them "princess I want you to stay close to myself of Sin something about this whole thing bothers us and until we can figure out what we dont want you to wander far ok" Arianna and spent some time with the girl when Sin was resting and they had gotten a little closer as she and assured the princess that she did like her but was always crumpy
 
This had the princess giving a nod of her head and soon enough they were arriving at the port and there were a few of the kingdom's guards waiting there to escort the princess to the palace. At first they were stating that neither of the pirates were allowed to come with, that only the princess and her guard were allowed to enter the palace. Sin just looked for a moment before she spoke, "Well then... if neither myself nor Arianna are allowed to accompany her highness, ensuring her safety to the palace ourselves, she will be remaining aboard our ship. We did promise her father after all that we would personally escort her to her new husband-to-be. And as I am assuming he is not here, and waiting within the walls of the palace.... our job isn't complete." The princess was just standing behind Arianna at the time, just holding onto the woman's shirt, clearly a bit uncomfortable. The leader of the guard was in the end giving up and stating that they could come with but they had to leave all weapons aboard the ship. Not like that was a problem for Sin at all.
 
Arianna smiled and while she left her sword she didn't leave all her weapons behind. the two pieces that held her hair up were small daggers but no one outside of Sin would know what they were. Arianna then bent and scooped the princess up in to her arms "lets head out then" Arianna then walked with Sin so that they could get going
 
Soon enough they were heading off towards the palace and Sin was just gazing around for a brief moment in time. Despite the fact that a royal wedding was going to be occurring, there didn't seem to be any festivities going on at all. Which the princess' father could perceive as almost an insult, even the welcoming party had been nothing more than rude. And already the girl's father was planning out something grand for when his son-in-law came to visit for the first time. While his daughter would be remaining in her husband's kingdom it was customary for the newly wed husband to visit his new family at least once within the first month after being married. Soon enough they were walking into the palace and Sin's eyes were going towards that of the king, a rather brash and pissed off looking man who was sitting on the throne. He was waving a hand and telling a maid to go and fetch his son. "What a welcome to your future daughter-in-law." Sin was mumbling under her breath and looking at the princess, who was now standing between that of herself and Arianna.

"Prince. Your wife-to-be is here." a maid tapped on the prince's door and was walking into the room, just looking at the male that was sitting in the room. Although she had the feeling that he was going to be just as shocked to see that his wife-to-be was far younger than him, yet again it probably wouldn't surprise him at all. Not with how his father was. A greedy person who just wanted control of everything that he could control. And this arranged marriage gave him leverage over one of the richest kingdom's in the world; especially since he had the kingdom's most prized treasure within his grasp; their princess. A miracle child between the king and the queen. The queen had been poisoned some time ago, prior to the birth of the princess, and they had been told that the poison had taken away her ability to have children. The king and queen had begun to fall apart after that point in time, the king seeing the woman as useless now that she couldn't bear him an heir. And just as he was about to officially declare that he was wanting to divorce her, it was discovered that the queen was pregnant.
 
Richard sighed and then stood up and headed for the door "I wish father would lay off already" he was the oldest but he was sick of his father dictating to him what he would do and who he would associate with. as far as he knew his fiance was only a year or two younger than him which didn't bother too much but that fact that this marriage was forced was what bothered him the most.
 
The maid was just looking for a brief moment in time before she was speaking, "Well then I believe that you will be a bit shocked when you see your wife-to-be." With that she was leading him to the throne room and was announcing that he was there before pushing open the door more for him to enter, the king just looking over and clapping his hands. "Ah my son you have arrived." the man was speaking as he was getting up from his throne. Sin was just looking over for a brief moment in time before she was frowning and looking at the princess. No this man was definitely far older than the young princess. Definitely more than a year or two. If anything he looked about the same age as that of Arianna and Sin. The princess was just looking before she was whispering that she didn't want to marry him at all; that he looked like he was the same age as her adopted brother. And her adopted brother was in his mid-twenties. An orphaned boy that the king and queen had taken under their wing after he had risked his life to protect the princess when she had been kidnapped.
 
Arianna scooped her up and spoke softly to her "tell me what you want to do Princess and Ill do it" Arianna would take her home if that was what she wanted to do. Arianna then looked at Sin and shook her head silently telling her that she was not leaving a small child there to be married to a much older male.

Richard looked over and spotted the princess before looking at his father "hell no I am not marrying a child" he had nothing against her as he figured she was a sweet girl but that was it she was a girl, not a grown woman like he had been lead to believe by his father.
 
The princess just quivered a bit and was wrapping her arms around Arianna. Her eyes were a bit wide when the king was stating that a marriage had been agreed upon, and a marriage would be happening. Some of his men were actually drawing weapons and get to go close to the trio, one of them attempting to grab the princess from Arianna. Not that they got far, not with being kicked away by Sin.

"And if you are so desperate for a marriage then it shall happen. I, Sinnia Roman, one of the four great pirate Lords, will marry your son in place of the princess." Sin spoke after a moment in time as she put out an arm to stop a guard from getting closer to Arianna. This had the king looking over, his eyes narrowing a bit at the idea.

Yet it wasn't long before his advisor seemed to be whispering to him, discussing the woman before them. Her surname was something she had gotten from her "father" and truth was the man was actual royalty as well. "Fine I accept this terms. You pirate shall marry my son in place of the princess, and I shall continue to uphold my promise to the king of Avalor that we shall be allies."
 
Arianna had moved to pull her dragger but stopped at Sins words and then moved close to her "I swear I'll be back to get you, dear sister you will not be here long for I have a feeling the king of Avalor will not be pleased.

Richard spoke once more "I do have a say in this father and as I have said from the beginning I will not marry" all of his siblings were in agreement on this and their father would find out that the kids were getting ready to rebel against him and take him off of the throne
 
Sin was just looking towards Arianna for a brief moment in time before she was commenting, "Well even if you don't come to my rescue, all you need to do is get word to my "father" and he'll take care of it." With that she was just looking at the princess who was just whispering for her not to be doing that, that it wasn't a big deal. This had Sin just giving a faint smirk before she was just winking then spoke, "No need to worry about me much." With that she was heading off towards the king and the prince, yet what seemed to happen next had quite a few people startled. The king, furious with his son's words, was reaching out to strike him, only to find himself smacking Sin instead, the woman seeming absolutely unfazed by it.

"If you are done acting like a child. There are things that need to be done. It has been a long journey for all of us, so it is only polite for you to show us to our rooms for the evening. And as the bride-to-be, I need to have a private conversation with my husband-to-be. Now if you will excuse us." Sin was speaking after a moment in time before she was turning to push Richard off with her, not even seem to care about the red mark that was appearing on her face. The king just seemed to be fuming a bit and was about to say something before Sin was pausing for a brief moment in time before she was commenting, "Oh and I forgot to mention that.... My adopted father will be notified about this marriage and will more than likely be present at the ceremony so I would be careful with your actions."

The princess was just watching before she was looking at Arianna before she spoke in a fearful voice, "The king is going to declare war on our kingdom.... Sin isn't a daughter of Avalor." Not technically true if one wanted to get real about it; the two ladies had been granted the title of princess while within Avalor, they were treated as royalty despite the fact that they weren't related to the king. But it had been agreed that a princess of avalor would be sent to wed the crown prince of this kingdom, so nothing was being broken. Shame that Richard's father hadn't thought to be specific about it when he had been writing up the contract. Something that both the ladies had read through, and this had been almost something that Sin had been anticipating.
 
"she will be fine Princess there are things that your father kept secret and even this king doesn't know about it" Arianna then turned and headed out of the castle heading back for the ship so that they could return to Avalor and the King be made aware of what was going on. Arianna moved quickly and when she reached the ship she sent out orders to get ready to head back to Avalor immediately and she would explain when they arrived at the castle.

Richard walked down the hall headed for his rooms and stopped a maid asking her to gather his brothers for him. the four of them had a plan and with how their father reacted it seemed like it was time for them to put it into action. Richard also asked another maid to bring some ice so he could tend to the mark developing on her face.
 
The princess was giving a nod before she was speaking, "I hope that she will stay safe...." Clearly the child was worried for the elder woman, yet it would become pretty clear that there was no need for her to be worried; that Sin would be able to take care of herself.

Sin merely followed after Richard and was letting out a slow breath of air before running her fingers through her hair. "Good thing the King of Avalor had the idea that something like this would possibly happen."
 
Richard thanked the maid who brought the ice and after guiding her to a chair he gently placed it on the side of her face "OUr grandfather fore saw something like this happening so he put a law on the books that makes it where we can legally remove him from power dad is an idiot and forgot about it"
 
Sin merely listened to him before she spoke "And the King had the fear that your father was plotting something. The exact reason he wanted us to escort the princess." Although since she had said she would marry the prince in front of many witnesses, they would have to go through with it. And it was the easiest way to get the throne from the man. It wasn't long before the door was opening and his siblings were coming into the room,
 
Richard walked to the door and closed it behind them making sure that he locked it in the process "it looks like we need to put our plan into action" Richard then walked over and motioned to Sin "these are my brother Issac who is five years younger. Eric who is fifteen and Alan who is twelve"
 
Sin was just looking for a moment before she was just giving a wave from where she was sitting, one leg crossed over the other. Her eyes studied the three men for a ment before she was looking outside, seeing the ship set sail. Good Arianna was already on the move to get the princess to safety.
 
Richard looked at the ship and frowned a little mainly because he had assumed her friend would have stayed but he figured that she wanted to get the young princess home. “So the reason I called all of you in is because Dad decided the I was to marry a ten year old girl. This lovely young woman stepped in but as you all know I currently have no interest in marrying”
 
Sin was just looking over for a brief moment before she was giving a shrug then commented, "She will return after she safely returns the princess to the waiting arms of her father." With that her eyes were flickering towards the other three princes who seemed to be mumbling amongst each other. Yet by the looks of it Eric and Alan didn't really have much to say, yet again she didn't blame them. They were still rather young, this was truly something that they didn't necessarily need to get themselves involved in at all. Or at least that is what she thought. There was a faint smile on her lips before she was commenting, "I am Sinnia, although I prefer to be called Sin. And Prince Richard I should warn you... my skills at acting like a noble lady are rusty but I shall try not to embarrass you too much." "Isn't that the name of one of the Pirate Queens?" the youngest of the brothers seemed to be questioning and she was just giving a faint smile.
 
Richard looked at him "it is and I am betting that the other female with you was Arianna the second Pirate Queen and I am betting she is furious at the moment." RIchard then looked at them all "its time we need call the elders and the four of us have to pick the next king and get their agreement." Richard had no interest in ruling and neither did Issac but they had both talked and felt that Eric would make a good and fair ruler
