Currently I only play futa characters. Sometimes female characters. I don't mind playing males as side characters, but they won't be involved in sexual situations. And of course we can choose how our characters look, I just linked one of the more famous individuals and a Banshee warrior in their gear. Their empire spanned the known galaxy for many millennia. Their psychic abilities were at the center of their culture and success. They could do so many things with it. Create entire worlds and terraform them, travel safely through the galaxy in a psychic pocket dimension called a webway, commune with their ancestors, create lightning from their fingertips or make someone hallucinate or see them in a complete different light etc. Essentially fantasy elven mages with very advanced technology which support their abilities.
Since they had basically conquered the galaxy and each individual was living in an abundance of near divine luxury, it seemed as if there was nothing else to do. So... what happens, when a species has everything? You can create food out of nothing basically. Your need for people to do production, industry and farmers, gone. Each individual was free to enjoy whatever they wished to simply will into existence pretty much. For the Aeldari, they took a serious interest in their own culture. You start to experiment. They started innocently enough. Entertainment, art of all forms, music, poetry, food and of course touch. All the things your senses craved. But the Aeldari experienced things differently than humans. All the experiences of their senses and emotions were heightened due to their different psychic minds. An Aeldari biting into an apple could taste more flavors and they were more rich in taste for them. The same applied to other senses. Sound, pain and pleasure. As some centuries passed, their needs also changed as they sought out more stronger experiences. Their music and plays start to become more deranged. They start to press on the limit of your hearing ability. It pushes the boundaries of what is art. The visual spectacles of art become more bizarre, more delusional, more eccentric. The different arts started to mix in together, boundaries are not only being met, they are shattered. What if your brothels mixed in together with the music and art? Next time, someone who was tied up on a decorated slab was brought on stage, turned into a piece of art by painting on their body. Some time later, same thing, except now they would torture that person in an artistic display while the band plays in the background. The whole display starts to affect the audience who might be at each other's throats as it turns into a chaotic mess of violent orgy.
The Aeldari craved more and more in order to get their "next shot" when it came to their senses and emotions. And they could do this endlessly, for they had something called Spiritstones. When you would die, your soul would be safely deposited in the Spiritstone, and then nurtured into a newborn vessel of a body. And after you are grown up, you seek out new thrills once more, still remembering your earlier life. This happened on a galactic scale for thousands of years. The Aeldari slipped into a nightmarish society where murder, torture and pleasure were common byproducts of nearly any sort of enjoyment. And all of this was amplified by their psychic sensitivity.
This went on for a few thousand years. Some of the Aeldari saw the writing on the wall and decided to board massive continent sized starships to seek a more peaceful existence. These ships are manifested also by their psychic abilities by the more skilled individuals called Bonesingers. They are made of Wraithbone, which is a psychically reactive material. The very souls of their ancestors are within the very structure of the starship which is a beautiful concept.
Now there is a place called the Warp. It is where your thoughts and emotions go, whether you are human or an elf or whoever. Warp itself is not evil. Enough of emotions and thoughts can manifest all sorts of things in the Warp. And there definitely are areas where you do not want to sail to. Kind of like the sea. Sure, the sea hides many dangers, but the sea itself is not evil. And due to the psychic powers of the Aeldari, these emotions and thoughts were amplified. It was gathering for many millennia, until it reached a boiling point. And one day, tens of trillions of Aeldari, had their soul ripped from their bodies, as they had given birth to something truly horrific.
All the Aeldari heard the birthing screech of a new god which tore open the fabric of reality, leaving a permanent scar across the galaxy. Slaanesh, She Who Thirsts, The Goddess of Unspeakable Excess was born as their empire came crashing down. Those who boarded the starships and were at the very edges of the galaxy, were spared the worst. Their population is miniscule now, and there are also Aeldari who live in the webway, where the black market for the most depraved things is located. They are basically dark elves called Drukhari who are veeeery messed up and horrific. Slaanesh has their souls "by the pinky finger" basically. If the Drukhari do not torture someone for a few days or so, they start to get headaches, their skin doesn't look as nice and they lose their "glow" so to speak. And if it keeps up, they are simply going to die due to Slaanesh' pull on their soul increasing. So they realized they could fend her off by doing Slaanesh things. Torture and pleasure in all different forms basically. There are also Harlequins who are basically "murder clowns" with powerful psychic abilities and weaponry along with an actual living god on their side called Cegorach, the laughing god. It tells something about the Harlequins, when the sadistic horrendous Drukhari fear them.
Slaanesh has her own forces of course, of different sorts of demonic creatures. Example of a corrupted individual, a daemonette.
I personally don't care too much about pointless torture myself. If it has an actual purpose and the target of the torture is already not that likeable, I can get aboard with that.
So, how would our characters fit in to this? How does one become the follower of a Slaanesh? There is a good story of how it can happen. Even for someone as meaningless as a slave. Or perhaps in particular due to them having nothing to believe in, except hoping for the release of death. Slaanesh can arrive to you in your dreams. Perhaps you at first only get a brief few flashes of scary alien like eyes. Next time, perhaps you smell a scent, wake up with a jump as you thought you felt a little caress against the back of your neck. It starts to affect you. You start to feel this pull on your chest, like a call. In this case, my character would feel the call of yours. How we go from there... well, we have to plan it together as I have not thought that far, but I would like it to be perhaps something even revolutionary. Perhaps the coupling and their offspring could bring about a completely new age for both species for example. Perhaps enough of the offspring would be powerful enough to bring an end to Slaanesh even? The issue with the Aeldari is, that they realize their race is doomed. They can no longer acquire Spiritstones from the ancient Crone Worlds due to it falling to too much under the influence of Chaos, so losing even a handful of their members is more catastrophic than usual. And they do lose members of their race due to all the threats in the galaxy. Be it Chaos, Tyranids, Orks or whoever. They would need lots of new offspring to keep their numbers up, but with Slaanesh' influence, it is not so simple.
One curious idea we could explore is a Paraiah as an Aeldari (which normally does not happen in WH40k lore). What are Paraiahs? They are humans (again, can be an Aeldari for this story) who are born with a "blank" gene. Other people get uncomfortable around them, uneasy and feel this sense of dread around them. Paraiahs often have very lonely lives. Now the effect is especially much more worse for someone who has psychic abilities. And if the Paraiah is given equipment to amplify that effect and also trained... well, now she would be more of a kin to a siren wailing in your head for normal people. Meanwhile, someone with psychic abilities would be begging you to gun them down while they are tearing their own face off, because it is much more preferable than to being anywhere near this person. The Aeldari have described Paraiahs as "pure evil", which would fit in to the Paraiah being separated from the others. And it is also cruel irony for the Aeldari that a Paraiah would be born into their midst. What if our characters would find a way to nullify the Paraiah's disturbing "aura" for example? The Paraiah does have some control over the intensity of the effect, mainly how close people can be to them, but get too close and you won't feel good. My character being a Paraiah would also explain why she started to see visions from your character (or we can switch roles as well). Separated from the other Aeldari due to her ability definitely leaves some traumas regards to social stuff especially, since the Aeldari mainly communicate through thoughts. But peering into a Paraiah's mind would just cause them pain.
If you are worried about not knowing enough about the universe and lore, do not worry. I can simply explain it to you, and also give you a 30 minute crash course video that explains things in a nutshell with some humor.

1: Multiverse of debauchery
I normally don't like multiverse ideas because it's just lazy and boring. But for an interesting smut centered idea, it can work very well. So what's the idea? It depends on the partner really if they are willing to play multiple characters. If not, this is not going to work. In short, both of us (or if you are content with me only playing 1 character which might get boring for both of us) will choose a character to begin with. Then we decide together what kind of world it will be. Now here comes the hopefully interesting part: We can pick any character from any franchise/world and put them together in smutty and adventurous fun. Whether the story with these characters is going to be just a single intense scene or something more, we can decide. Elizabeth from Bioshock in a world of Pokemon? Let's do it. Jill Valentine from Resident Evil in My Little Pony? Let's do it. Or perhaps Kindred or Soraka from League of Legends in a world of Diablo? It can even include self-cest (the older character going for the younger version of themselves for example). Or: What if there was a singular secretive club/hotel somewhere, that gives a stress free place for these selected lucky individuals across multiverses to relax and have fun in?
2: Pokemon (futa, female feral/hybrid pokemons, multiple characters, possibility for a darker theme)
I would be playing Cynthia (aged 35-40) and Sonia (aged 19-23) from the series. Both would be futa. All the pokemon would be female, whether feral or humanoid/anthro like, we can discuss. Can be both. Example of a hybrid. It is Halloween and Sonia has done some research about some haunted houses and managed to find a house that is claimed to be haunted. The two decide to go there together, Cynthia mostly agreeing so she won't be bored at home all Halloween. Sonia brings a video camera with her to record any possible strangeness. Within this haunted house, would be Mismagius. She would play tricks on the 2 guests in her house, as she's invisible to the human eye, scaring them now and then, and also groping them improperly. But for her, it's just fun play as she's been lonely for so long and actually intends to reward the two. After scaring them enough, Mismagius makes herself known, with quite the inviting offer as well.
After their fun, Mismagius books a secret passage on one of them and starts playing tricks on both of them at different times. This is where the other pokemon come in to play. She would possess either Sonia, Cynthia or a pokemon and start making some advances since she has been lonely for a long while, and now is her chance to have some fun. Sonia and Cynthia could each have their own pokemons at home. I would find it interesting if they wouldn't have done anything with them before this, but after the first time, they start to get more and more into it.
This can also be a darker non-con RP if we wish. For example Sonia filming her little fun times with the pokemons while wearing a disguise (like a wig and a mask). Then she uploads them to an underground website for example. Perhaps Cynthia goes too deep to the spiral of depravity and ends up strangling a pokemon in the heat of her lust. Perhaps Mismagius rewards her for it.
2.1: Pokemon (male, female, feral, possible for multiple characters, romance option, slice-of-life etc.)
You would be playing a female character of your choice, does not have to be from the Pokemon universe. I would be playing the normal basic version of a male pokemon. Your character has had enough of her loneliness and decides to go and either adopt or capture a pokemon for herself. Lucky her, because when she gets home, she realizes her pokemon came equipped with a way bigger than your average equipment between it's legs. And of course this leads to all sorts of fun times. Perhaps she even starts streaming it to earn income later or invites a friend over.
3: Transformation (demon, futa, female, human, transformation, exotic feral, fantasy or modern fantasy)
I would be playing a futa demoness who either seduces or kidnaps your character and starts transforming them with her corruption. Your character's final form would be of an exotic feral creature, becoming a pet for the demoness, but also her personal guard. And naturally your character would have some powers. Possibility for multiple characters for both of us if we wish to make it more long-term. I also like the idea of a modern fantasy where the demoness could be a bit lost with all the technology and having to rely on some technical support (also how our characters could meet).
4: My Little Pony (futa/female, anthrofied characters, possible romance, possible darker tones in the story, multiple characters needed to be played by both, roughness, humiliation/degradation, (Cadence at least), incest possibility, age differences (if we wish to use Cutie Mark Crusaders they will be 15-16 years in age), worship etc.
Ponyville is pretty much the same as in the show... however, Crystal Empire is not. Crystal Empire would have been taken over by Queen Chrysalis and her minions. She has captured princess Cadence (or whoever we agree on) and put her in a very low position. What that position is, we can discuss. Chrysalis' influence is slowly spreading and princess Celestia along with Twilight, Luna and the others are planning for an operation to rescue Cadence and take over Crystal Empire. Will they manage this? Will more of them be captured instead? This is a very stressful time for the princesses and of course they need a break from the constant worrying and problem solving and planning. To remind the people of Equestria, that hope is not lost, princess Celestia arranges a birthday party at her castle with visitors coming far and near. Will there be a changeling spy among them who will try to seduce and gain information from one of them? Lots of things could happen at the party and outside of the party naturally. Or perhaps this was a ruse to capture a changeling spy.
I know that in the show, basically the magic/power of friendship is the most powerful thing over anything else. I would like that Chrysalis would have somehow tampered with that power and they are unable to use it for now. So it will make things more fair so to speak. And of course they can try to get that power back before trying the rescue attempt etc. There can be secret relationships as well among other things. I would also like, that perhaps some of the characters who are very stressed (mainly the princesses) would change in personality during those times. Like Celestia would become more commanding directly and she might snap at someone occasionally, before needing a timeout and some stress relief.
I would like if we can describe different parts and different characters as the story progresses. I would also like to see how Chrysalis taking over Crystal Empire has affected some characters. Perhaps Fluttershy has distanced herself from almost everyone due to the pressure from the princesses and has started wearing different types of clothing, black lipstick and behaving differently.
We can also mix some universes together. What if pokemons would suddenly start appearing in the wild all over Equestria? These adorable four legged creatures who some adopt as pets, and some for research, and some for more fun purposes.
5: Legal alien (futa/female, cyberpunk, positive future mixed with grimness, action/tense and slice-of-life exotic species, exploration, scifi)
What if in the world of cyberpunk, humanity had encountered an alien species and actually managed to communicate with them through the use of implants? Over the course of last 50 years, their cultures have more or less mingled together. The aliens had higher technology which allowed them to travel extreme distances and agreement was made with the 2 species: The aliens would borrow some of their technology, or rather rent it for use for humanity for as long as they would make decisions which favored true progress and the needs of the vast majority of people. Want to reach an unreachable star system where you know there's a planet full of precious resources? Better start improving on infrastructure and standards of living and start putting proper laws in place and clear out the corrupt CEOs and such.
In short, this would be a story where a cyberpunk themed world is in the middle of changing into a world similar to solarpunk combined with meritocracy, aliens and implants. This does not mean that there aren't dangerous and nasty places still in the world. Perhaps our characters are living on the border of one such a place, or even within it as the power figures of the city are desperately trying to hold on to whatever little they have left, leaving carnage in their wake. So there could be some action and real danger and worry, mixed with the hope of a better future as well. Basically, when the change started to happen, some cities power figures decided to trap and keep people within the cities from leaving in order to not lose their power (kinda like countries can do).
So one option could be, that our characters are trapped in such a place, manage to find a way out after some struggles, and as they finally are able to live in a way better and peaceful place, we can start the "slice-of-life" part of the story. And of course exotic aliens have started popping up more often in the public, quite a few even found a mate among the humans. Perhaps a new sort of species is born from the union of aliens and humans? What will it be like? We can decide! And if you want, you can completely decide on what kind of culture these aliens have. And the best part? We can go and visit them and see for ourselves, thanks to the long distance travel system they have so generously borrowed for humanity.
I would wish that one of us is playing an alien of some kind and one is playing either a very different kind of alien, or a human. The rest, we can just talk and agree on together.
6: Age and social class difference (male/female or futa/female, kinks can be agreed upon)
Very simple: An older lady (age 45-55) in a position of some kind of authority (be it politician or a large corporation for example) has a curious taste regarding her kinks, and finds herself in the car of your average commoner (aged 16-19). Of course this needs to be kept secret. Will her fantasies take her down a deeper rabbit hole?

Anthros who were found outside were taken to a pound/shelter where they are taken care of for an X amount of time, hoping that someone would come and adopt them. These anthros usually do not know how to read or write, and sometimes don't know even how to speak aside from grunts and growls and such. My character decides to go and take a look one day and sets her eyes on one specific (or if you wish to add perhaps a bit more drama, you can play 2) anthro. She decides to not only adopt her, but decides that this girl deserves a proper chance at life. So at first, she starts to teach her how to read and write, how to pronounce things, the meaning of the words etc. Perhaps your character picks up a musical instrument on her own?
Normally, people struggle to learn something if they don't have motivation. Usually the motivation can be a monetary one, but not too often if the studying takes years and the job itself feels far off. Your character would not be having such issues, because there would be plenty of motivation provided in the form of a reward system. A dinner date with a movie, an unforgettable birthday, or perhaps just a good test result which is rewarded with a night of pleasure etc. You get the idea. Over time, your character would eventually go to study somewhere, graduate, work her way up in her field and become perhaps famous even. Giving speeches about the situation in how anthros are too often treated and how she managed to get where she is and is working to improve their treatment and rights.
We can take this as far as we wish and make it as simple or complex as we wish. It can even have some darker undertones as well if we so want.
1: Multiverse of debauchery
I normally don't like multiverse ideas because it's just lazy and boring. But for an interesting smut centered idea, it can work very well. So what's the idea? It depends on the partner really if they are willing to play multiple characters. If not, this is not going to work. In short, both of us (or if you are content with me only playing 1 character which might get boring for both of us) will choose a character to begin with. Then we decide together what kind of world it will be. Now here comes the hopefully interesting part: We can pick any character from any franchise/world and put them together in smutty and adventurous fun. Whether the story with these characters is going to be just a single intense scene or something more, we can decide. Elizabeth from Bioshock in a world of Pokemon? Let's do it. Jill Valentine from Resident Evil in My Little Pony? Let's do it. Or perhaps Kindred or Soraka from League of Legends in a world of Diablo? It can even include self-cest (the older character going for the younger version of themselves for example). Or: What if there was a singular secretive club/hotel somewhere, that gives a stress free place for these selected lucky individuals across multiverses to relax and have fun in?

The two decide to go there together, Cynthia mostly agreeing so she won't be bored at home all Halloween. Sonia brings a video camera with her to record any possible strangeness. Within this haunted house, would be Mismagius. She would play tricks on the 2 guests in her house, as she's invisible to the human eye, scaring them now and then, and also groping them improperly. But for her, it's just fun play as she's been lonely for so long and actually intends to reward the two. After scaring them enough, Mismagius makes herself known, with quite the inviting offer as well.
After their fun, Mismagius books a secret passage on one of them and starts playing tricks on both of them at different times. This is where the other pokemon come in to play. She would possess either Sonia, Cynthia or a pokemon and start making some advances since she has been lonely for a long while, and now is her chance to have some fun. Sonia and Cynthia could each have their own pokemons at home.
