Savage Love (PoisonousIvee/Mr.Aznable)

She smiled softly, genuinely, "I love you, too.."
The journey home seemed to drag on, Ludwig still doing his best not to take advantage of Aileen as they travelled but he seemed to manage. Aileen was falling asleep against Ludwig's chest as they rode when the sound of a horn jolted her awake.
"I see the castle!" One of his men shouted ans the others cheered. She looked up at Ludwig, hands over his.
"Home?" She asked.

She smiled brightly and looked forward, wanting to see her new home. When they rounded the corner on the road passed the trees, she gazed on a fortress of an manor, easily twice as large as Arthur's estate. She gasped softly.
"Amazing...!"
"Our Lord funded the defenses himself," said one of the soldiers to her in a heavy German accent, "he wants to make sure the farmland and farmers are safe at all times." Aileen looked up at Ludwig again.
"Really? You did that for them?" Her eyes held such adoration for him, it drove him mad.

He felt that urge rise again, from the pit of his stomach, and his eyes went a little love drunk. "Yes, as I felt was right.."

Her smile nearly knocked the breath from his lungs, "You're truly an honorable man, Ludwig. I'm finding myself luckier to be your wife everyday." His heart nearly shot out of his chest into his chest plate. She thought she was lucky?

He could barely contain himself. He didn't have the time to take her again. "Lieben.." he said gently.

He tightened his grip gently, his fsce looking love struck all over again. "L-Lieben bitte.. I have to vait to have you until after we get comfortable.."

When they reached the castle walls and entered through the gate, the people who served under Ludwig greeted him and the men with praise and admiration as they made their way to the castle itself. Aileen felt a little overwhelmed seeing all these people cheer for her husband; the serfs that were pledged to Arthur were all so miserable. It spoke volumes about her brother. They reached the castle stables were their horses were housed and she followed Ludwig inside, gawking at the simple beauty of the place.
"Welcome home, my Lord." An old man greeted Ludwig in German, bowing out of respect. It was Wilhelm, the castle caretaker, a kindly man Ludwig had known all his life, "It does my old heart good to see you safe. Is this your bride?" Aileen saw him gesture to her amd assumed he was speaking about her, but didn't know the words.

Ludwig nodded and smiled. "She is." He moved to take her hand gently. "Come, lieben, I will show you around.." he said.

"A-Ah," She blushed and nodded, "Alright!" She smiled and gave a quick curtsy to Wilhelm before leaving with Ludwig.

He nodded and moved to show her around the grounds, his heart pounding. They were close to the bedroom.

She was genuinely fascinated by how beautiful the whole castle was. It was plain with few adornments and decor, but she didn't mind. She knew Ludwig well enough that he preferred the simpler things. "Everything is so lovely, Ludwig.." She said gently, "I can't believe this is home.."

He nodded and moved to open a large door, revealing a large, spacious bedroom, with a massive bed.

"O-Oh my..." She moved in quickly and looked around with excited eyes, her eyes landing on a reflective glass in the corner, "Is this...for me...?"

She looked herself over in the glass, her marks having healed nicely in the time they spent traveling. "I've never had a reflective glass before..."
