"Mm, I don't know. I was thinking a blow job," Shoto teased, tugging at his boyfriends hair. "I'm not going to tell you, it's a surprise."

He already had a date planned with Mina to go pick up Katsuki's present while he was working out with Kirishima. It'd dipped into his savings a bit, but he was pretty sure it would be worth it. Especially after Katsuki had splurged to get them the beds.

"So what do you think? Dip into the party for a bit?"

Even if it was said as a joke, Katsuki seemed more on board for that than anything. "Hell yeah-" he said, just before Shoto announced that it wasn't his actual present. He honestly would have been pretty happy if Shoto showed up wearing nothing but a dramatic red bow and that collar of his, but...

"Fine," he muttered under his breath. "Only if you're going." The flyer had mentioned dressing for the holidays, and while it wasn't over-the-top like the Halloween party, apparently there was some strict dress code where they had to wear the holiday colors. No doubt many of them would show up in Santa hats and reindeer antlers.

"One of these days, Mineta's gonna bring strippers."

Shoto rolled his eyes and his half his face in the cushion of the bed when he mumbled, "you don't have to wait for a holiday for gifts like that." Maybe one of these days he would be confident enough just to wait for Katsuki to get home on his knees. He made a mental note to keep that in mind for later.

He tucked the toes of his cold foot up under his boyfriends much warmer calve. "You say that like I'd make you go alone."

Even he had to admit that he wouldn't be surprised if Mineta showed up with strippers. Age and less supervision were giving some them too much freedom. "Tch," he muttered. "We should start taking bets on when."

Katsuki flinched when Shoto's cold-ass foot touched his calf. He naturally ran warmer than others so the contrast was startling, to say the least. "Shit," he huffed, nipping Shoto to get back at him for it. "Yeah, probably," Katsuki snorted. "The day he moves on to being a damn creep on men is when I'll chuck him out a window." Because he definitely wouldn't stand for anyone ogling his boyfriend.

The Christmas party came by quickly, almost too quickly. Katsuki had forgotten when it was, and by coincidence he'd been wearing a red hoodie. He came back from studying in the library to Mina throwing festive streamers in his face, and by then, it was too late to escape.

The party planners had gone all-out as usual, setting up the lounge to be cozy and warm, with a Christmas tree taking front and center.

He headed back into their room to drop off his things, wondering if Shoto was getting ready inside. "Babe?" he called from the door, picking off party streamers and silly string off his clothes.

The party took place just before the weekend, so that anyone leaving campus could still attend. Shoto had finished his classes fairly early, and had gotten back to the dorm in time to wrap his presents for his friends.

He popped out of the bathroom door when he heads Katsuki's voice, and smiled happily at him. "Mina," he guessed as he crossed the room to help with the streamers. He was wearing a dark red suit jacket over a black sweater, and a Santa hat that he very likely hadn't gotten himself.

He stole a quick kiss. "How was your day?"

"Nailed the damn finals," he grinned, his hands easily seeking his boyfriend's ass and giving it an affectionate smack. He changed out of his casual clothes, not waiting to be out of Shoto's sight to just fling his sweater off.

"Look at you," Katsuki chuckled as he slapped the little fuzzball at the end of the Santa's hat. "All jolly and shit."

"It was Mina's doing too," Shoto said, though his smile grew as Katsuki smacked it. He took it off to push his bangs out of his face before putting it back on. He'd been growing it out all semester, which made it long enough to pull it into a band or a braid, but he hadn't worn it out of the dorm like that yet.

"Good job on your finals," he said, not that Katsuki had ever failed a test. "I made cookies!" He added, swiping a sugar cookie off the tray in the counter and presenting one to his boyfriend. They weren't decorated, but they were cookies.

Katsuki grinned from ear-to-ear when his boyfriend praised him. It wasn't much, but he definitely appreciated the encouragement more than he let on. He looked pretty surprised when Shoto presented him with a cookie. He leaned forward and took a bite. They were soft and buttery, with the perfect amount of sweetness that didn't bother Katsuki.

"Shit, was I supposed to make something too?" he grumbled. Maybe he hadn't read the fine print on the flyer or whatever.

Shoto looked pleased when Katsuki took a bite, and finished off the cookie while he let him get ready. "Nah," he said, "I just felt like. This Christmas is ... different."

Once his boyfriend was ready he put his presents and the cookies in one arm and took Katsuki's hand in the other as they walked to the party. He offered a cookie to Momo when he saw her on their way in, but when she shook her head and withdrew he turned a confused look on Mina, who had shown up to loop green tinsel around his neck. He hadn't hung out with Momo since Halloween, but he hadn't noticed anything was wrong.

"Did I do something?"

Her gaze flickered towards Bakugo and their combined hands for a moment before she frowned and said, "Aw, sweetie, don't worry about it."

He looked up at Katsuki and frowned. "Fan club?"

"Huh," Katsuki mumbled, like he couldn't really catch onto what Shoto had said. Not that most people could. He chuckled. "You're being weird again," he said as he changed into a pair of black skater shorts that went just a bit above his knee, the fabric distressed to all hell, and an olive green bomber jacket over a black tee.

Naturally, when the boys gathered, Kirishima and Kaminari forced Bakugo to wear a pair of reindeer antlers, and the three were just chatting, Kaminari casually chatting about some guy he was interested in. Katsuki had known he was bisexual, and he was sure the rest of the class knew, too, even if he hadn't come out to say it outright.

He turned just in time to see Momo, and snorted as he took the cookie that she'd rejected. "Fanclub," he confirmed. "She probably had a big, fat crush on you."

"Huh," Shoto mumbled He was still having a hard time processing that a fan club even existed, but the confident way Katsuki had pointed it out twice now meant that it had to be a thing. He kind of wished he had known. Maybe then he wouldn't have upset Momo.

He reached up and pulled one of the antlers on his boyfriends head, not surprised that his friends had conned him into one.

Mina had already bounced off to talk to other people so he hooked his chin on Katsuki's shoulder to listen to him talk to the other guys.

Katsuki reached up and ruffled Shoto's hair, feeling affectionate and in a good enough mood at the moment to reach back and hold one of his hands, too. He was still a little awkward in public but after a few months of being out, he was starting to get used to being unashamed.

"Todoroki!" Kaminari burst through the little group to clutch onto his shoulders. "You can help me land guys, right? You landed the hardest one to deal with!"

Katsuki might have popped a damn blood vessel as he wrestled Kaminari off his boyfriend. "The fuck?"

Katsuki wasn't the only one still a little awkward in public. Shoto himself was a bit tense, a bit out of place, like he was waiting for something bad to happen. But the more time that passed, the more relaxed he seemed to get, and he twined their fingers together easily.

He leaned back a little in shock when Kaminari was suddenly grabbing him and blinked quickly. He hadn't known he liked guys, and he definitely didn't know how to land guys.

"He's not hard to deal with," he said blankly, like he was honestly confused other people might think that. He shot a thankful look at his boyfriend when he freed him though.

"Besides," Kirishima pitched in. "Who says Todoroki landed Bakugo? Maybe it was the other way around."

Katsuki seized Kirishima in a headlock, squeezing him with the intent to wrestle him to their deaths. "What the hell did you say?" he growled. "Isn't it obvious that he's the one that landed me?" As if he'd even entertain the idea that it was the other way around (which it was).

"You're right, Kirishima, there's no way Todoroki was interested in Bakugo first. I mean," Kaminari appeased Bakugo with some spiked eggnog, grinning. "No offense, Bakugo, you're not exactly the type guys would go for." At least, not unless they had a death wish of some sort.

"Shut up," he snapped.

"Should I ask him on a date?" Kaminari looked a little nervous. "Is it weird asking a guy out for coffee?"

"No, that's wrong," Shoto started to argue, but then immediately blushed. He didn't like the idea of anyone thinking he hadn't always been into Katsuki, but he also wasn't confident enough to keep pushing it.

Taking pity on him, Kirishima threw an arm around his shoulder and handed him some eggnog too.

"Coffee is nice," he said, trying to focus on the actual question and not embarrassing himself into the ground. "Unless he's a tea drinker. But you've got to make sure he's into guys or you might just end up with a punch to the gut."

Unbeknownst to Todoroki, Bakugo and his friends did have the candid "locker room talk" sometimes, after a couple rounds of beer when Katsuki felt in a pleasant mood enough to talk about anything and everything. He usually kept the dirty details to himself but sometimes they pressed enough that he talked about just general stuff about their sex life.

"Ah, this is like the provisional license exam all over again. Nerve-wracking," Kaminari sighed. "Too bad you're taken, Todoroki. You're super cute." Maybe it was the liquid courage speaking, or Kirishima and Kaminari had picked up on the fun of teasing Bakugo as they grew older.

Bakugo snorted. "Like you're his type, idiot?" he sneered at Kaminari.

"Fanclub," he said to his boyfriend.

"Eh?!" Shoto said, even more surprised about this one than Momo. He remembered Halloween suddenly, when he'd been in his boyfriends lap and Kaminari had said it'd looked pretty hot.

He flushed again and almost on instinct stepped into Katsuki's side, pressing his face against his shoulder. How had he missed all this time that people found him that attractive? He'd been all worried not too long ago that maybe Katsuki would find interest elsewhere, all the while not noticing what was happening around him. It made him feel clingy, made him want to disappear behind his boyfriend and say no to everyone that glanced at him.

"Well he's got the blonde down," Kirishima joined in, grinning. "But I think 'Roki here likes them a little more explosive."

"And hotter," Bakugo snorted. "And smarter." He could go on and on with an entire list of traits both physical and not that he technically had an upper hand over Kaminari, just to get back at the idiot for hitting on his boyfriend.

"Come on, let's go make out somewhere," he told Shoto, snatching a cookie out of Kaminari's hands just to be an insufferable shit about it.

Kaminari laughed. "Well, if you guys are into threesomes-"

Before Bakugo could bark back that that wasn't happening, Mineta walked through them, dressed in a Santa suit carrying a sack. The little pervert was calling for the girls to sit on his lap for a present. Kirishima nudged Todoroki and Bakugo. "You guys joining the dance battle later?"

Shoto's nose scrunched up as he watched Mineta walk through them, obviously bothered. "If he ever hits on me," he told Katsuki, his expression blank and tone deadpan. "Kill him." Normally he didn't condone excessive violence - he was in the hero business after all - but he was pretty sure Katsuki could punt the little creep across campus with one kick. If he died on impact that wasn't their fault.

He tuned back into the conversation when Kirishima nudged him. "Dance battle?" He asked, but he wasn't all that surprised. Their class tended to like putting on big competitions during their parties. What else were they going to do for Christmas. He shrugged and looked at his boyfriend. "What do you think?"

Katsuki snorted. "If he ever hits on you, I'm pretty damn sure you'll take him out before I do." But he'd kill him, gladly. The world wouldn't miss another damn extra, especially not a little creep that preyed on women in public so boldly like Mineta.

He slipped an arm around his boyfriend's shoulders, and shrugged. "I guess. I'll blow all of you out of the water," he grinned, knowing Kirishima wouldn't back down easily either.

"We're playing 7 Minutes in Heaven too," the redhead grinned. "Guess you guys aren't joining?"

Bakugo snorted. This really was just a frat party in disguise. "Hell no."

Shoto figured that was a good point, but for some reason it felt more satisfying if Katsuki did it. If he was alone though, he figured he could make a fire look like an accident. He kind of hoped one of the women would put the little creep in his place. It was a shame they had to at all, but.

"I already came out of the closet," Shoto mumbled. "Why would I go back in just for seven minutes when we have a whole dorm room to ourselves?"

Kaminari stared at him for a long moment. "Did you just make a joke? Did Todoroki just make a joke?!"

Katsuki was pretty surprised, too, considering Shoto was notorious for having no sense of humor, not only when it came to telling jokes, but understanding them, too. It made him socially awkward and Katsuki honestly loved that part about him.

He chuckled, which was more than anyone else could get him to do. "Pretty sure Shoto would just freeze up for seven minutes if he was in a closet with anyone else, anyway," Katsuki grinned.

"I mean. I was being serious. But if it was funny ..." Then he really didn't mind. He tilted his cup in Katsuki's direction and nodded to confirm that yes, he definitely would freeze up if anyone else tried to touch him, or expected him to touch them. Maybe even literally freeze up.

Besides it would likely be a mixed gendered game and he remembered his brief stint into heterosexuality at the sex shop way too vividly to ever return to it.

"Can't believe you can't even share for a game," Kaminari pouted.

At what Shoto was sure was a twisted expression, Kirishima said, "Damn, you two serious serious, huh?" But he was grinning like he was happy for them.

"What else would we be?" he sighed. Of course, everybody expected him to be something of a player. The two were an oddball of a pairing, one no one would have expected even if the two were gay. It seemed more likely that Todoroki would have ended up with someone like Midoriya instead since the two were close.

The four kept chatting about this and that, the conversation steering from one subject to the other without any stops. One moment they were talking about All Might, the next about haircuts. All of them had kept their haircuts from high school and they were discussing some change.

"Think I'll shave off the sides," he said as he was mussing up his mess of hair. He glanced to his boyfriend. "You?"

Shoto glanced up at Katsuki's hair when he mentioned shaving the sides, nodding a little because he thought it'd actually look really nice. For some reason he didn't expect the question to be turned on himself, which was ridiculous really, they'd all answered it except him.

"Um." He took his Santa hat off and let his hair fall loose. He hadn't done anything with it for awhile, and it was starting to get a bit shaggy, and too long in the front. "I was thinking I might grow it out, actually? Or maybe an undercut, that's what Mina thinks I should do. But I want to start ... wearing it out of my face."

He'd been trying to ever since Katsuki had mentioned he liked the look, but he also thought maybe it was good for him to not hide his scar. It was part of him, just like the fire was. He was learning to accept that.
